Stayed 2 nights

I have stayed at this property for decades, but this current version is the worst. It seemed to be more of a residential housing for the homeless than a hotel. It smelled. The AC did not work. Black mold was everywhere. And they tried to cheat me out of my second night. The health department and family services need to investigate this place. A shameful decline of a once proud property.

Terrible hotel! Toilet would not flush, smoke detector was missing, sink drained very slow, cement at top of stairs had a hole about 10" diameter, AC would only cool on 61 , no refrigerator, trim was peeling off of wall and it stuck out in front of bathroom door causing a tripping hazard. Bed was comfy but pillows was dirty and had no pillow case. Bed spread was clean but very worn. Will never stay again.

Stayed 1 night

The room didn't even appear to be clean. There was garbage still in the waste basket and a dead bug on the floor. The bed wasn't made and the pillows weren't even on the bed. I had to move the nightstand as the light wasn't even plugged in and discovered cigarette butts on the floor. It was rainy and I didn't want to have to walk all the way back to the front to complain. The adjacent restaurant wasn't even bussing the tables. I even mentioned they needed busboy and all I got was giggles back. There wasn't a breakfast option and I wasn't going to try the restaurant again. I left shortly after waking up and packing up my things. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
