Not so clean room, carpets were stained and dirty. Noise from neighbors drinking and smoking weed at night. Drunk guy was passed out in the parking lot. Pool was ok, heavily chlorinated, possibly to mask any smelly water or dirty water. It was scary to go out at night for a late dinner.

If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel was anything but “quality”! Ironic name for such a dreadful place. Dirty, unhygienic, disorganised, poor service, simply dreadful. The fact you have to sign a bit of paper upon checkin to say if you have any issue with your room you must report within 30 minutes, speaks volumes. Original room disgusting. Dirty bed sheets, hair everywhere: in bed sheets, in shower, toilet, floor, rank. Desk chair badly broken and dangerous. Even someone else’s old sock in room! Fridge frozen, seals dirty and broken, old. Microwave dirty. Air con very noisy. Reported to reception and given another room that was worse! Absolutely filthy dirty, same problems, dirty, hair, stained bedding. Back to reception with all our luggage late at night, hot and tired after a long journey. Just wanted to shower and sleep, but instead was given the cleaning spray and a cloth to clean the room ourselves and more bedding to refresh the beds myself!!! No help offered. Unhelpful, poor service. The “fresh bedding” was also disgusting and stained. Towels also stained. I purchased brand new bed sheets myself instead. I booked this hotel aware it looked dated, but didn’t mind that as long as it was clean. It wasn’t. No way was I going to attempt eating any of the breakfast food on offer with the lack of hygiene present. The swimming pool was disgusting, stagnant and unusable, which was a feature I wanted. Cost high, quality low. Cleanliness needs urgent attention.

Stayed 1 night

I stayed in a double queen room as that was the last one available so I took it for $99 bucks. One of the beds, when I laid in it was broken and not suitable for laying in at all. So I switched to the other bed which was better but not by much. While working on my lap top at the desk, a cockroach was kind enough to join me. I tried to catch it in a napkin but was unsuccessful. That made for a tough nights sleep. Took a shower the next morning at 0730, I was in ankle deep water by the time I was finished. Went to the breakfast at 0800 and all that was left was 3 banana's, 1 bagel and a few slices of bread for toast, every thing else was gone. Finally the alternate entrance closest to my room, the door going to the outside was broken and anyone could walk in if they wanted without a key card. This was a rough stay, but for $99 bucks, I guess you get what you pay for.
