Property had not been plowed since the most recent snow leaving the parking lot an icy mess. I was almost hit in the head by falling icicles. The pool is only available to registered guests ( my minor son was not allowed to join us) which would be fine if it was listed in the rules ahead of time but we booked this hotel specifically to use the pool. And to top it all off the heater in our room would only work if it was set on continuous heat so we had to sleep in a sauna all night.

It was okay for a basic stay unfortunately the pool was closed ( only reason we booked here) we had a mini egg hunt in the hall for our daughter and her 3 friends it lasted no more then 2 mins and the girls came back in the room

Pool and hot tub was nice, no issues. Breakfast was better than most free ones. Room was large. We could have walked to shopping if we were in better shape. We plan on coming back here again. Staff very helpful.

There were many dead bugs around the pool area. The hot tub did not work properly. The toilet in my room was not cleaned (dried pee and hair under the backside of the toilet seat).

The room was nice, the pool was very small. The hot tub was OK. Warner than the pool but not really hot and the only protein at breakfast was microwaved sausage patties that were an unappealing color. The toaster worked great and the cereal and donuts were OK but definitely not a main dish.

The hotel is in an excellent location — I loved how peaceful it was, and most places were easily accessible from the hotel. If I ever return to that area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Well there’s a few things wrong the room was dirty. There was hair on the bed so don’t think the sheets was change. The toilet didn’t flush beds where so uncomfortable, the tv wasn’t working if would freeze up we went to try there breakfast and that was a negative we are some where else

My son and I checked in pretty late for an appointment that we had the next morning. The lady at the desk was so sweet and kind when we checked in and even had a sense of humor which I like! My husband and I have owned a pest control company for over 20 years and the first thing I do when I go to any hotel is look for bedbugs. And there was absolutely nothing to be found but a very clean bed and perfectly white crisp sheets. The hotel was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, and, I honestly honestly couldn’t find one thing wrong with the place! I would definitely stay there again. If I could rate more than five stars I would.

Room and hotel were very clean. We were comfortable in the bed. Everything appeared well maintained. Did not get a chance to try out pool and hotel, but looked pretty decent. Good for a clean, basic hotel. Breakfast was pretty meager- only had 1 non-bread item. Even for a continental breakfast, felt like they could have a c couple things.

Flat sheet and comforter had blood stains on it. Towels also had like blood stains on it. Bathroom door closes so tight you have to yank on it hard to get out. Tv would keep a channel on because kept going in and out of signal

We enjoyed the breakfast and most everything else about the motel, but we stayed on the second floor and the room above us was unbelievably loud. The first night we finally complained around 11:00 and it got better. The second night it was the next morning starting around 5:50. Whoever was above us wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary as far as we could tell, but we could hear every footstep. If we would stay here again (doubtful) we would request a 3rd floor room.

It was very outdated and felt a little dirty on floors. Toilet tank had issues filling up and had to mess inside tank to getvitvto work multiple times. Furmiture was old and stained and pullout matress was very thin. Was a disappointed in overall cleanliness of property.

Came up for the Super Bowl parade. Hotel was what you would want at this price-clean room, clean building. Bed could have been softer, but that’s a matter of preference. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Breakfast was decent, too.

The lady at the front desk is terrible person she said that she doesn’t care about her job or take any exp. She also was cussing and telling me she didn’t care about getting fired because she never will! Laughed in my face and was so rude Rudest lady I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! If you hate your job just quit you never should treat customers that way! Especially an 8 year old child that was with me and she spoke that way in front of her

They told me that if I didn't pay 90.00 by 4 o'clock Thursday the 15th that the room would not be booked. So Saturday the 17th we booked at another hotel. Monday when we were home I noticed a change of 89.00 to my bank account from Quality Inn Lenexa. I called them and asked why I was charged for the room and they told me because I hadn't called and cancelled the room I was still charged the booking fee. The desk clerk told me to call back Tuesday the 20th before 9qm and talk to the manager. I called at 8 am and the manager said he was on the phone and would call me back ASAP. I called again at 9 am and the clerk said the manager was still on the phone and that he would call me back as soon as he could. The manager never called.

Alex was working the front desk. He made sure he had every single thing we needed before we even asked. You have one WONDERFUL employee. He even remembered my name from last March. I cant wait to bring my boys back for spring break. This is now our go to hotel in KC. Thank You for a great NYE pretrip!

Quiet and off the beaten path. They let me check in early for a low price but it was well worth it. We didn’t take advantage of the pool which is why we stayed here just didn’t have time. Breakfast was great! We would stay here again. Safe and clean. Also seemed like we were in the country with squirrels, birds singing, and a baby bunny in the grass eating. Felt like home in the country. I checked to see if there was rooms available for next year, since we were there for the soccer tournament, but the hotel was already booked. I will have to look for something else similar but really wanted to stay there again!!

Quite a rough area in my opinion.(homeless area, i arrived after dark) The room smelt of vinegar upon arrival. Bed was nice, plenty of pillows but the dumpster was so close I was woke up before the sun to the trash being collected by the city truck.(loud) Overall average hotel, breakfast was okay but the bottoms of my biscuits were burned.(had biscuits and gravy). I do appreciate that the staff was pleasant and hotel was clean.

Breakfast was poor quality, bed was hard, shower water pressure was low, pool water level was low about 6 inches and closed all day Friday for an unknown reason. Squirrels raided the trash can by the front door because it was not secured. I will say the rooms were clean.

The pool and hot tub was very nice. I have stayed in other hotels with continental breakfast this was the worst the biscuits were hard and cold. They only had soybean sausage and eggs that were lukewarm where bacteria could set in.
