The only thing I didn’t like was the doors don’t shut behind you, you have to make sure to pull it shut and no ice machine on the 2nd floor! Other than that, very nice comfy and clean!

No ice machine was available (had to buy ice at the convenience store), Pool was down (was down when we visited in March). Overall cleanliness could have been a bit better (a lot of construction guys staying there so a lot of dirt was tracked in the back door and on the carpet - so it always was dirty).

Ac unit on but not producing cold air, room smell horrible and killed 8 roaches. Very difficult to sleep. Two nights for $800. This is not ok and will be reported My first bad review ever! Breakfast biskits were amazing and front staff very nice. However I do not recommend staying at roach motel. I tipped the nice room assistant and apologized for the 8 roaches killed and two are on the loose

We stayed 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend for a family get together. We booked 5 rooms. The hotel itself was dated and showing a lot of wear. We had to wear our shoes inside because our feet were getting dirty from the carpet, but the rooms were relatively clean otherwise. The staff was outstanding (with the exception of the housekeeping manager who was extremely rude and has a serious anger problem - avoid him). The super nice front desk ladies went way above and beyond to accommodate us and make us comfortable the whole time we were there. They made sure we were all together on the first floor and had an adjoining room as requested. They alone made up for the carpet and the mean housekeeping guy. Be sure to hand your housekeeping tips directly to the person cleaning your room. The rude, mean guy goes into the rooms before the cleaning staff and takes their tips. I had a hard time believing it until we saw it happen. Even though all was not perfect, we would stay again because the ladies at the front desk were so good to us all.

Our bathroom was disgusting the base of toilet had urine and hair. The shower also had hair we got in late so I just wanted to sleep so didn’t complain. The carpet needs clean also

Checked in late about 8pm. Check in easy. Room all the way to the end on upper floor. No elevator. Room okay def outdated. Bed was fine. Wish i had time to eat the free breakfast the next morning but needed to be at event by 8am. Did have an annoying problem w the fire alarm going off more than once when a hair dryer or curling iron was used in the morning. Prob would stay again for one night.

We are just stopping here overnight on our cross country trip. Our room was comfy, but the room itself was was tired, dark, and dated, kind of stuck in the ‘80s. The hallways were the same way. I was told by the check out staff that the interior of the hotel is slated for a complete renovation of the interior. That is a good thing, because I don’t see the current status as attracting repeat visitors.

The appearance of the hotel was great, clean and rooms were spacious enough for one evening. The walls are thin as paper. We could hear people talking in the hall and noises down the hall. The beds were not great. I woke up feeling tensed up and stiff. Probably won't stay here again.

We got a room with a jetted tub. This room looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The tiles in the bathroom were loose. The carpet was dirty and missing in some spots.

The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The entire room was clean. The air conditioner worked well. We had everything we needed! Breakfast was subpar, even by hotel breakfast standards but that was the least of our concerns. We enjoyed our stay!

What a delight to stay at the BW Manhattan Inn! The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the staff was above superb! From the night check-in staff to the morning crew including the breakfast chef, what a joy to chat with them and share some time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Not a great Best Western. Exterior is old, inside is in need of any kind of remodel. No elevator. Front desk person at night Connie? Was amazing & helpful, front desk in the mornings was in charge of breakfast & manning the front desk for check outs. Breakfast started 15 min later than scheduled bc she was doing so much & I’d say 3/4 of what they offered on menu signs wasn’t put out. It’s a hotel meant for 1 night stays & for construction workers who reside there long-term for nearby jobs. Not near other hotels nor walkable to other services like gas stations, restaurants or food stores. It was passably clean & what I mean by that is barely. Not what I would consider a ‘Best’ Western by normal standards. Stay somewhere else in the Manhattan area if you are passing through or dropping someone off at college.

The hotel is in an isolated area. It looks ok from the outside but the inside is outdated and kind of run down. The front desk lady was not real friendly and seemed to struggle. The room too was very outdated. When the room above us turned on their shower it was extremely loud. Sounded like they were in our bathroom!

Bed was comfortable, staff at the checkin was very pleasant and friendly. Bathroom was fine. Room was large and very nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was very limited. No yogurt, no butter, no juice! We were told the truck had not arrived. The bacon, sausages, peppers and scrambled eggs were all served in the same greasy skillet. No biscuits for the sausage gravy.

Checked in at about 8pm, got room promptly and without issue, next morning, breakfast had no proteins of any kind and was told "our frying pan is broken". they surved Hostess Twinkies and Ring dings at breakfast.??? next morning, it seems the overnight clerk, just decided to leave in the middle of the night and did not tell anybody. was told by another guest she was so stoned she could barely stay awake. When the owner was called to be alerted about this issue his response was "where did you get my number from"? For these reasons I could not reccommend this hotel to anybody..
