The service was abysmal. They were unaccommodation and impolite. They did not have the room we booked (a king) and acted like they did me a favor by giving me a double queen. I did not want that, it is not what I booked. They failed to mention it upon check in and when I asked the front desk they mentioned off handed that it was due to a lack of cleaning staff. Upon forgetting an item in the room they would not allow me to retrieve it. They said it was likly locked in the lost and found, to which they did not have the key, and they would not be able to access it until the cleaning staff came in the morning (we come by at 5pm). There was considerable trash and debris under the bed and the lock on exterior of the building was completely broken off. The fitness area was out of use, there was no mention of this before booking or at the desk. All and all very unpleasant.

Not so good. The shower curtain smells really bad when we got there. The laundry room was under maintenance and they said they will let us know if it’s okay to use and they didn’t give us an update. We asked for a room service, no one came.

We were traveling with someone in a wheelchair. They advertised handicap accessible rooms, but NO elevator and the desk clerk said the outside doors to the lower entrance didn’t work. How is that handicap accessible?? Our bathroom was dirty behind the door. Will not stay again!

Unsatisfactory, roaches , stained bed sheets, carpet wasn’t vacuumed lack of attention to cleanliness. Front desk never answered the phone at anytime of the day I tried to get a refund and check out but could never reach a manager to speak to them

Pretty poor experience. We’re not sure if the room was fully cleaned before we arrived. There was hair on the sheets. There was a cockroach in the bathroom when I got up in the middle if the night. Pretty disappointed.

There were literally holes in the wall. No closet but a hanging rack hung half way over the bed. The bathroom laminate flooring had huge pits in it that were filled with dirt.There were blades of grass all over, so the room clearly had not been vacuumed in quite some time, and were very noticeable so it was a lack of effort on staff to maintain cleanliness. The room smelled of dampness/mildew.

The hotel is in much poorer condition than the photos looked. Leak around the toilet seal. Shower was gross and stained. Had larger bugs in bathroom. Bed was actually comfortable and shower had good pressure and consistent water temperature. I'll give them that. I had my dog with me and it was a last minute booking so I just went with the first thing I could find. When I woke up Sunday morning I had bites on my face and neck. Left right after that (was check out time anyways). Dr said it appears to be bed bugs. Health department and Department of Agriculture contacted.

I liked that there are places close by to shop. But I didn’t like the rude staff. I don’t like that you walk into a dirty room. I didn’t like I called the main phone before getting there several times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The room stunk really bad of mildew. The floors were gross and felt slightly wet. The chair was disgusting. The indoor gym what was listed online was closed down when we got there. Barely any breakfast. There were crumbs from the last person. Just overall wouldn’t recommend staying there. I stuck it out for 3 nights so I wouldn’t lose any money. But I won’t do that again.

We didn’t stay. The room was filthy. There was long hair all over the bathroom floor, there was food splatter all over inside of the microwave, there was a dead cockroach on the window sill, there was makeup stains on the pillowcases, and when we pulled sheets back on the bed there were short hairs between the sheets. We immediately went to the front desk and informed them of the issues and left. They have a sign posted at check in that says no refunds. So I didn’t even bother trying, I just wanted to get out of there.

Good for a one-night stay. Room price is reasonable, however it is quite dated. Little things, no elevator, legs have been removed from reclining chairs in several rooms, low bulb brightness in several bathrooms. Carpet was stained in the room I occupied. however the bed was comfortable

This facility needs someove. Though staff was responsive to requests it needs updating. The wifi is reslly bad. A speed test revealed it was less than 1 Mbps. Also the wifi name and password provided at check in were both incorrect.

One of the lights in the room wasn't functioning. There was a musty smell in the room. Two cigarette burn marks on the comforter in a no smoking room. A stain on the fresh sheets. It was a cold day, and I was hoping for a hot shower to end the night, but the hot water never got hot enough, even after turning the water off and waiting for an hour. Nice location though. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower was hot, had good water pressure and the bed was comfy. The fridge was unplugged so originally I thought it didn’t work. When I realized why, I plugged it in and it worked just fine…but there was mold growing in it so I didn’t use it. The tv would only play for about 10 seconds before the screen would go black from anywhere from 3-30 seconds. I really only stayed there to sleep so with the comfy bed and good shower, it was worth the cheap price.

Minor annoying problems...the door took several tries to recognize the key every time, the TV was unwatchable because the signal was so flaky, the hvac unit would annoyingly cycle on and off way too frequently, and the shower drain was partially clogged.

The chair in room 317 had no support, you feel like you’ve fallen through to the floor. The linoleum in the bathroom is curled away from the bathtub. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. This room needed an upgrade years ago. For 256$w/tax- not great.

We were in town for the weekend, our stay was comfortable and affordable. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean and our stay was quiet. We had a problem with the television not working and it was promptly fixed in the morning while we were out. The location convenience, friendliness of the staff and clean rooms will definitely bring us back the next time we need to stay in town.

The staff was incredibly rude! We had concerns about our room. Mold in the bathtub. Hole in the shower area. The phone didn’t work. The a/c was the brink of death. Went down to the office and the rude lady with black hair working the front desk said she does not care about our stay and if we didn’t like it we could leave. I told her to refund all my money back and of course that wasn’t possible. I emailed their manager and the manager doesn’t seem to take the issues seriously. I would not recommend staying there ever. It’s a run down motel. Worst Super 8 I have ever experienced.

I didn’t stay at your hotel. The woman at the front desk was horribly nasty to me when I tried to check in early. When I did finally try and check in, she tried to charge my credit card more for a pet fee than was listed on the hotel policy page. She wouldn’t let me talk to a manager, so I left and found a different hotel. I tried calling 4 different times to talk to a manager and the phone rang and rang and rang. No one ever picked up. I am completely disgusted with the way someone in customer service as you walk in the front door would treat a customer.

The staff are so sweet here. I was stranded in Manhattan for 4 days and stayed here for 2 of the days. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The only downside was the key reader didn't work to my room so I had to have staff let me in every time I had left. The location is fantastic. Walkable to so many things and very safe.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies! Dark & gloomy rooms. A guy sitting on stairs where you have to walk to get to your room. Crazy lady screaming up and down hallway. Then traveling to different floors. Definitely felt very unsafe. I left the property immediately.

The motel is clearly a bit older, but it gives it character. It isn't fancy but I enjoyed the older feel and simplicity. It's also in a really good spot near the mall/restaurants/downtown. This is my type of place.

Cheap spot, obviously very old and in desperate need of some new furnishings. I came for work, and trying to work in the room was a no go because the desk was so lousy and the chair was broken. Staff were nice. Breakfast was bad; continental meant bread, Cheerios and a waffle maker; no pastries or any variety any of the days I was there.

This was a great deal. It was inexpensive, but the room and bathroom were both very clean, check in and check out were fast. The breakfast included waffles and Sausage & Bisquites and was decent. The facility was a little dated, but it exceeded my expectations.

We knew we were only going to use the hotel to sleep and for breakfast because we had a lot to do that weekend so we weren't there that much. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean but the breakfast was not so good. They had about two scoops of gravy left at 8AM and no biscuits. The waffle mix filled half a cup then ran out. I had half a waffle, a piece of toast with a little gravy on it and juice. No coffee, it was empty also. I went to get more juice and it was empty. A lady came down, checked everything, opened and closed a few cabinets and left without filling anything back up. We ate out the next morning.

I didn't have breakfast because the waffle maker was broken, and the milk was spoiled. How did I know the milk was spoiled? I took the word of another guest who poured her milk out while she complained to the Super 8 guy who wasn't getting much done. There were some bagels. All of the blueberry yogurt you could ever want filled the refrigerator though. The lady at the front desk bent over backward to check me in a couple of hours early. I know that early check-in can't always be done but she made it happen. The motel is in a good location that is well lit and clean. I felt safe in the parking lot at night.

My only complaint was on Sunday morning, going down to get breakfast.....Coffee was good once the front desk person told me grumpily where the auxiliary pot was....but unless you wanted to make a waffle...there wasn't much else [some apples[?], bread for toast, packet of instant oatmeal] scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 5
