One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff and food were sublime. The attention to detail in the rooms was amazing like the choice of firm and soft pillows. The gym was pristine and had everything for my workout and the cleanliness was next level. A perfect stay!

Overall it’s a good stay & their breakfast was too good as well. Staff was very friendly & helpful but had 2 major issues 1) too many ants under the table when I moved it & under the bed was also not cleaned enough & 2) found plastic in food we ordered for kids. Hotel manager on duty & staff fixed both of them once informed but issues leaves behind one impression which you can’t forget, specially when you have 18 months old with you. Had hot water issues too when we check-in on very early morning which they were able to fix in the morning only. Cleanliness & perfectness of the room should be their first priority to be cheked when they give room for check-in.

We had a pleasant stay at the Aurika it was brief as it was before a 4am flight but it is close and convenient to the airport, the room itself was clean and the bed was super comfortable and I liked the products in the bathrooms. One downside was there was an ant problem. I'm not sure where they were coming from or what drew them but the bathroom had many, we were moved and another room also had a millipede. For a five star hotel that was unexpected. My hung was because they do not pick up room service food left outside in a timely manner this was the cause. When we checked in there was some and it was still outside on the hall floor 4 hours later.

This property is good. The rooms are inferior and housekeeping staff does a poor job. I had to call because the room was smelly and a dirty q-tip was in the room. Staff to so long to address issues that I had to go back to the front desk, where I found the female staff on her cell phone. Staff clearly need training. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

This hotel is very disappointing. A lovely reception area but that’s about it. Rooms very dated and while clean they offer nothing else. Dated, basic, old soft mattresses. I tired product. Then what ever you do don’t eat in the hotel the restaurants are definitely the most disappointing soleless white areas where the food is bang average. By far the worst “5*” hotel I’ve stayed in Mumbai.

Brand new hotel yet fridge and Television in the room didn't work. Shower had only super hot water and will not change the temperature even if you turned the knob towards cool. Breakfast buffet was just okay.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was healthy and had a good variety of options. The workspaces were quiet and convenient for business use. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Nice hotel, terrible staff and service. I checked in and asked if they were able to offee complimentary breakfast for one night. The staffs tone in his response was rude. I booked a delux pool view room. He "upgraded" the room however the room was on 1st floor with no natral light and no pool view. I booked a cab to airport for my airport transfer for 4:30am. Staff didn't call me i slept through my alarm and almost missed my fligjt.

Hotel was fine for overnight between flights but could be noisy at times with late arrivals from flights. Room quite tight but bed super comfortable and great linen and clean bathroom. Breakfast good but very busy. It’s not really like in the photos, especially not the pool. It’s more like a solid 4 star than a five star. Nothing like the Taj, Trident or Leela Palace hotels.

Rooms are decent and provide most things you could need for a visit to Mumbai. Only issues I had was that the tv didn’t work very well and there seemed to be a light coming from the air conditioning unit which I couldn’t find a way to turn off. Room 607 faces a staff only double door which they frequently go in & out of and sadly it slams all throughout the night. One of the evenings there was an event which made the room shake with the vibrations from the music - bring ear plugs! Surprisingly though I had a side airport runway view 👍 Breakfast was a mess, staff & customers were regularly bump into each other due to such a small space for nearly 700 rooms that all seem to include brekkie. I tried several local options but they weren’t to my taste so all I ended up with was toast and tea. Bit of a waste really. Location is fine for the airport, to get to the city it takes almost 1 hour, mostly due to traffic but Uber’s are a plenty.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than their standard check-in time. A day before my arrival, I called the hotel to confirm if early check-in would be possible, and they assured me that there were enough rooms available and that it wouldn’t be an issue. However, upon arrival, their response was completely different—they claimed no rooms were available and were unable to assist with early check-in. I was traveling with my 8-month-old daughter and faced this disappointing service. Additionally, upon arrival, we were neither offered water nor provided the welcome drink that we were supposed to receive. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. When I requested a different room, I did not receive a proper response from the staff. I never expected such poor service from a hotel of this standard. This experience was truly disappointing.

Absolutely amazing stay at this gem of a hotel close to the airport and equidistant to most places of interest in Mumbai. Exceptional service from some of the best staff I’ve ever come across, calmly helping me relocate a lost iPhone that I left in an Uber. Pradeep and the others went above and beyond to help me navigate the city as a solo traveller. You can rest assured if you choose to stay here.

We stayed at Aurika for two nights in January 2025, with a booking for one adult and two teenage children. Our check-in experience was less than ideal, as we arrived at 2:30 am, only to find that our room wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. Additionally, the extra bed we had requested was not set up, and it took another 30 minutes for it to be arranged. Given that we had requested the bed ahead of time, this delay was disappointing. However, the hotel is relatively new, with an excellent location and good connectivity to the airport. The staff were courteous and professional, and as compensation for the delay, they offered us meal vouchers, a late checkout, and a complimentary airport drop, which was a thoughtful gesture. The morning buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and quality of food that really made us feel excited for our trip to India. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, with a well-designed shower and excellent water pressure. Despite the check-in hiccups, we had a great stay and would recommend Aurika to others.

What a mess! From the point of check in the hotel service was riddled with issues. Multiple credit card machine didn’t work when I got to the hotel so they offered that I could pay at the end if my stay including paying for room service at the end. However when I received my room service food the in room dining team insisted I pay on the spot and then suggested that I call down stairs to gain approval. When I called reception they didn’t know anything about the check in issues. Next the in room dining manager started calling me while I was eating and insisted that I should sort this out with reception. Why he couldn’t communicate with reception or a manager, I don’t know! Next when I tried to book a car the team dispatching the cars couldn’t answer basic questions such as ‘do I need to book the taxi or are they available’. Instead they pit the phone down on me. Finally there are random people trying to WhatsApp me from the hotel since I’ve left. Some big service issues that are not acceptable given the high price tag of the hotel.

Airport hotel, so booked shuttle for early morning but they denied all knowledge and i had to wait for shuttle and arrived late to airport. When checking in the lasy went away to confirm as well.

Good, clean hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff both at the restaurant and front desk were very attentive and courteous. No shopping within walkable distance which makes the area less crowded and less noisy. A good stay overall. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is located at a clumsy place with no shopping or restaurants around it. The entrance is very deceiving. The restaurant is very expensive with very bland taste. The price is not worth it. We ordered room service palaak paneer was added with artificial colors, naan was too hard and rice was very dry. But we had no other choice. Room was good with steady supply of cosmetics. The registration process was not like a 5 star hotel. I gave a 4 star just because of the restaurant.

Convenient to get to BKC. A new hotel - clean and bright. Occasional cruise, tour groups crowd the hotel and dining rooms but usually quiet with the airline crews and regular guests. Staff is very attentive, approachable. Huge shout out to Harshal, Zovi, Kishor and Naveen for making our dining and stay comfortable. Has a great gym and pool. For dining options, go with the buffet.

Beautiful Bollywood theme hotel with awesome breakfast and restaurant on-site. Starting from breakfast spread to A-la-carte menu, everything was delicious. Additionally, it’s just 5 minutes away from airport so I will definitely stay here again.
