Wasn't overly clean. Was very dated. Seemed like an older hotel chain that was switched over to a Fairfield. Very limited parking due to so many storage bins in the parking lot.

This property is undergoing a lot of construction. The pool is not open in mid Feb at the time of this review. The bed and room was perfectly fine and the check in process was seamless; thanks Austin. Overall, 4/5 but I’d stay here again once the construction is finished.

When i booked this room i paid in full. So i get there and the pool is closed for maintenance. They are doing construction so the parking is limited to all the bins being in the parking lot. As i go to checkout the lady said i had to give them my card cause they havent been paid i showed them that i was paid in full so the receptionist said i would have to pay again and then have expedia refund my money. This is unacceptable.it should have mentioned the pool was closed on the website so i could have gotten a cheaper room or chose one that actually had a pool. The only reason they get any stars is the rooms are nice with nice beds.

All was good,but we were on the second floor and our window overlooked the pool and it opened at 6 AM and it was very noisy and woke us up,so next stay we will request away from the pool.

My biggest issue with the hotel is that the rooms smelled pretty off / bad. The first room smelled so bad I had to ask to move to a new room at 11 pm. The hotel staff was awesome and accommodating, getting me a different room right away. However, the second room had a similar smell— but not so bad that I had to complain again. It kind of smelled like wet towels. The area is nice and convenient, but I probably wouldn’t come back due to the smell.

Rooms were Wrong rooms, staff did best they could considering they were sold out. Had to have kids sleep on floor, they are under new construction so our room was new carpet. Woke up next morning and ants all over the room.

The place smelled like an ash tray when walked in. First room was cigarette smoke saturated. The second room wasn’t as bad-still smoke smell but the pillows were gross- smelled of wet dog and mold. Nice staff

There were lots of noise because of sports teams there in the lobby. You could hear kids running and playing the exercise equipment. Kids running down halls. Spider in our bathroom. Parking is limited

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Hollie checked us in quickly. Terri greeted us both mornings with a smile and light conversation. She was constantly checking to make sure the breakfast area was kept clean, and that the food was hot. Please thank them both for being exceptional employees.

This trip was for a baseball tournament and the hotel was a nice, clean place to come back and relax. The outside space was nice as the indoor pool was packed, and the staff was very attentive! It was a plus that there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

The hotel is clean, and the bed is adequate- not the most comfortable, but I've had worse. The decor looks pretty cheap and basic, and there are no black-out curtains for light and privacy. Breakfast was good, but they were out of scrambled eggs. There was no hot water, so none of us got a shower that morning. Called the front desk, and they said to wait a while because they only had 2 hot water heaters for the whole hotel. I told them we didn't have time to wait, we had to go, and we paid for a bed and bathroom. The man at the desk said he would have the general manager call me. The GM never called. I called the main Fairfield line, they said they would make a case and someone would call me. Noone ever called, they just emailed me to telle they added 5,000 points to my Marriott account, which is pretty worthless.

This was my third time staying here. I chose it because it close to a lot of restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Excellent customer service, friendly and always available if you need anything. The pool area was nice and clean, and the lobby area. Breakfast is always good and many choices to chose from. Great place to stay!

We've stayed here off and on for years, we did not realize the hot tub had been filled in. The eggs on the breakfast bar were expired. However the beds we stayed in were very comfortable compared to other hotels
