Staff treated us exellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing was our a/c started acting up around 6 in the morning but it worked out well since we were leaving around 7. Staff offerd to fix it or move us but there was no need since we were checking out anyway.

Very nice stay, the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, was the room Smelled a bit musky and they don’t have washcloths.

Staff at hotel was great. Condition of the hotel was very poor. It was clear that Hyatt has not maintained this property to the standards of other Hyatts I have stayed at. The decor was dated, worn and in bad shape. The couch in our room had a large stain on it and the toilet backed up after one use. The inside elevator door had a noticeably dent in it. The music played over the lobby intercom system had a lot of static. It don’t seem any updates had occurred to the property since the early 2000’s. I would not stay here again or recommend it to my colleagues.

Everything was great aside from the hot water did not seem to work out first night there. The shower would never get hot. However, it worked great the second night of our trip.
