Front desk not occupied after 11 pm and front door locked. Sign in lobby says to use a phone there for after hours check-in, but phone didn't work. Luckily, someone happened to walk by and let me in. There was no info during reservation that mentioned the closure at 11 pm. Facility was generally clean, but hallways smelled like marajuana. Things are a little run down, but there was plenty of parking and it's in a safe area. Wasn't worth the $100 /night I paid. Looked like it might be a little less to book directly on their website rather than the travel site.

First off it is a bad smell in the walk way into the property. when you check in you find out that you have to pay $1.75 to exchange your towels if you want clean towels per each one. If you want any type of utensils or cookware that is stated is available inside the unit, you have to pay an additional $25 for each one. and return it when you’re done with no refund. Our bed was not made. It was still covered in plastic from where it was purchased. We had to make our own bed. The refrigerator was not plugged in and was warm so we had to wait for it to warm up before we could put any of our cold goods that we brought in off of our trip. The lamp shades were still covered in plastic and started to smell once we turned the lamps on and noticed that they had a plastic covering still on the lampshades. The floor was dirty. The shower was dirty. I will not ever stay here again a complete waste of my money.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room we had was dingy and damp. The Formica on the kitchenette counters was secured with clear box tape. The bathroom looked like it should be in an abandoned inner city project housing building. I asked my husband if I should request shower shoes. The TV was a 24 inch that the picture was going out on. I wouldn’t allow my friends to visit me there because I wouldn’t want to expose anyone to it. There was no closet but had closet mate wire shelves that were sticky and yellowing partially hanging in the corner of the room.

This is the hotel is by far the most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed in. The shower apparently hadn’t been cleaned in months, there was a roach in my room, there was hair on the towels, the halls smell like a combination of smoke and mildew and my room key was repeatedly deactivated. So if cleanliness is optional and you relish the opportunity the reside in an unsanitary infested cesspool of bacteria, make you reservations for Extended Stay in Baton Rouge.

The hotel carpet in the hallway leading to rooms is smelly and filthy. The room bath tub very dirty. The kitchen was dirty and refrigerator was banged up, the desk chair was soiled and dirty, the carpet had holes in it in the room. The area to hang your clothes had rust on it. It was just grossed. We check in and out within minutes of the hotel.

One bed was completely broken in our room. The wood supports inside the mattress were broken therefore it sagged on one side. The front desk was closed and locked when we left the next morning at 8:30 so we couldn’t report the bed issue. I don’t usually mind minor issues but will never stay there again. No staff presence at all.

Very clearly understaffed, but tried their best. My room had this old smell even after airing it out for a few hours. There was also a used tampon in the bathroom trash. Also as a young woman traveling solo I felt uncomfortable w the front desk being unattended after 11p with the doors able to be open without a key. I was only staying a night so it was not terrible, but was also not the best place I’ve been to.

No onsite staff after hours. They lock the front desk with a metal gate. Theres a piece of paper that tells you they've cancelled breakfast service. No notice online though.

Hotel was okay. Beds squeezed, pillows were lumpy, and there was no breakfast as they stated. Coffee was watered down and there was one granola bar and a couple packs of instant oatmeal. I don’t consider that breakfast. I was more disappointed by the coffee though.

Place reeked of old smoke. Vanity sink was cracked, mirror trim was falling apart, Stove was rusted, no pots, silverware, plates. TV was difficult to navigate. Curtains didn't close fully. Hotels.come should not affiliate with this dump. Coffee was not even drinkable. The desk employees were very nice.
