Check In staff was pleasant. Room was nice but a bit dated. Obviously needs a refresh. AC worked awesome. Nice size TV in room but it was not even hardwired / connected…Did Not Work..line was just hanging on TV support bracket unplugged at both ends. We had arrived late so TV was not absolutely needed but would have been nice. We didn’t report it. Bistro food was good…just took longer than we had expected. Bistro atmosphere was unique.

AC did not work in the room, and maintenance was unable to resolve the issue. Several items in the room were broken, including the ironing board, a wall mirror that was hanging loose and partially off the wall, and the closet hanging rack, which had been ripped out of the wall, making it impossible to hang clothes. We booked this room while attending LSU graduation and expected a much better experience. To say we were unsatisfied would be an understatement. I would not recommend this location and would not stay here again.

Rooms are clean bed so so. Strange that toilet seat was not secure, wobbled all over. Hotel did not offer breakfast like many do though they did have grill that you could purchase a breakfast- nearby donut place cheaper and for me better food. Place is right off the interstate so where we were you could hear traffic quite well- have stayed at other hotels similarly positioned and did not hear traffic.
