The hotel is run down and the rooms are dirty. The staff is great! The hotel chain needs to remodel.

My rating has everything to do with the run down condition of the hotel! The location and staff are amazing! The breakfast is pretty good too. But the hotel is dirty! The hallway and the rooms. Everything needs to be renovated! Its old and makes you feel like you can’t touch anything in the room.

It’s obvious the owner’s are neglecting upkeep from the trees and shrubs dying from drought to the horrible smelling, unclean carpets in the hallways to the exterior doors that are broken. Outside and in, this place is in need of an overhaul. The pillows are old and flat. There’s no usb connections in the room. The kitchen sink smelled horrible, the bathroom sink was stained. Also the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled very masculine with a strong unpleasant odor. Total bill for 3 days was around $450. So while my expectations were not expecting a $400 / night experience, I was expecting a cleanliness that lives up to the Hilton brand. Sadly this place seems to be struggling with maintaining that Hilton standard.

Staff members very professional! Clean inside and outside. Very convenient for out of town folks. Also close to the interstate & not for from both of our universities and the Mall of La.
