This hotel is a dump. Once we arrived we checked in, the front counter lady was nice. The elevator was broke so we had to take the stairs. The room was old stuff peeling off the counter in the room, the bathroom was disgusting and SMALL. I didnt even take a shower the night i stayed because it was so disgusting. The bed was comfortable but had to ask for more bedding because there was hair and stains. The ONLY good thing about this room was the air worked SO GOOD, it was freezing.

Upon check in I was informed the elevator was not working . Only way to room was via stairs . Was not possible for my husband to walk up multiple flights of stairs . Had to find another hotel . Not sure if I will get my money back . This information should have been made available to me prior to checking in so that I could have made new reservation. This led to us trying to find a hotel in the middle of the night in a city we did it know after driving all day .

The room was disgusting. Had pubic hair all over bathroom toilet and tub. Was very nasty floors and tub. Had food all over pillows and they had to change me to 3 different rooms and all were the same exact way very nasty. The air conditioner didnt work because all the dust build up on it and they had no working elavator. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

They room was not as it appeared to be in the pictures. The towels were dirty and had hair everywhere. It said no smoking but it smelled like an ashtray everywhere. Then the elevator didn't work

Loud people staying above us, would not be quiet. Called the front desk and they sent security to the upstairs room. Funny it seemed like security was in the room next to us. The pool is nothing like the pics. Bathroom is terrible and nothing was wiped off. I have pics and video!

The beds are very hard ,I found myself waking up several times.the bathtub was pealing it looked very old . The shower curtain was turn at the top all the way across.The elevator was in bed shape some buttons were missing and it looks very dirty with scratches all over the walls ...The hallway was not in the best shape it definitely needed to be cleaned.

We arrived at this hotel in the dark after traveling all day. The check in was quick and easy but the lobby smelled like a perfume factory. The hotel check in desk has bullet proof glass around it, not seen in photos here. The elevator smelled like a dirty mop. We were tired and wanted to rest but when we entered the room, not only would the light come on, but the room fumigated in marijuana. We immediately walked out, went to the elevator and could not even push the button to go down as it was missing, you had to find a way to get it to work. We went straight to the front desk, told him about the smell in the room and that we could not stay here. He stated he would let Hotels.com know but we never received a refund (now disputing this charge). I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are looking for a hotel that presents as a pay by the hour hotel. I have asked Hotels.com to review this listing and requested they remove it.

We got there at 8:30 the pool was closed. As you walk in the smell of fabuloso and smoke hit you. The room had broken blinds, no curtain and you could not open or close them because it had no cord. There was also no hair dryer.

The pictures of this hotel look great online but this was definitely not a tip top hotel. The hotel itself smelled musty. the elevator smelled moldy and the rooms had a very musty and old smell as well. The Bathroom door in our hotel room did not close. The Tv did not work and the floor was very sticky and gross. Any time we had to wait for the elevator we would have to wait for not less than 5 min. On one occasion we were in a hurry so we used the stairs instead of the elevator and there was pee all in the stairwell and it smelled horrible.

You can hear everything from everywhere. The key didn’t work half the time; I had to come downstairs to get it fixed. The rooms were dirty; there were stains on the sheets, as well the towels in the restrooms, and there was no room service or cleaning crew. The hotel was an overall mess; I don’t recommend it for the price.

Immediately had to be moved out of our room due to a clogged sink with throw up in it. The next room had dead bugs and stains on the bedsheets. The other bedsheets were not cleaned and smelled like body odor. No smoking is plastered all over the property but still smells like smoke everywhere. The front desk woman who took care of us might be the only good thing about this property.

The service at check-in was friendly, but everything else about this hotel is very bad. The rooms are dirty, decrepit, and look nothing like the pictures posted online that must have been taken when it was first built. Until every inch of this hotel is completely refurbished and renovated, do not stay here.

We stayed here for one night, really didn’t look like the photos online. the floors were very dirty (made your feet black just from taking a few steps). the tv in the room also didn’t work, not really a big deal but still. the photos online are very misleading but if you’re in a bind and need somewhere cheap to stay go for it!

Had the room with hot tub and it looks way much better in the pictures but it's not bad but it could use some improvements. The overall room itself do need to have some updates done to it like the bathroom and the bed yeah has needs to be updated and they could do some remodeling around the building itself always elevated lobby yeah they need some serious upgrades.

The pictures do not reflect the a true vision of the hotel. It really nerfs to be torn down. Our television didn’t work at all. We complained several times to no avail. I asked for compensation or either extended check out time and neither was given to the point when it was time to check out they came to the room to talk about it. We were already prepared to leave because I didn’t want any extra charges. The facility is dilapidated.

Male employee at front desk was not in the right attitude. Floor was slippery, room smelled (musty), room did not look clean, and bathtub had peeling paint in it. I was not use to these type of conditions. I've never saw a hotel like this. It needs to be cleaned and remodeled up to date.

The guests in the room above us were so loud all hours of the night. It sounded like they were running all night. You could also hear their shower running for several hours. The smell of marijuana was so strong it made us sick. Despite us not getting much sleep, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Dust and cobwebs everywhere and desk clerk refused to give me a check out receipt when I left a night early . I didn’t even ask for a refund for the unused night because we had an emergency . I just proof we left and what time. He refused to give it and I didn’t have time to argue cuz I had to make a last minute flight.

Took way too long to check in even though i was only person at the desk. Please improve checkin process, fifteen minutes standing there while the lady figured things out was too long. But fair price for clean room. Questionable area. The elevator worked thankfully.

The room I paid for, which was a jacuzzi room, jacuzzi was broken. The front desk wouldn't refund my money. I couldn't even get a discount. Thankfully Expedia stepped in and made it right. The front desk attendant was rude.

Upon check in the workers at the front desk were not friendly at all. After finding our reservation they made snarky comments regarding a deposit. Once check in was completed we went up to our room. The door to our room was open and there was a man in it “working” on the door. We didn’t feel safe at this point. We went back down stairs to inform the front desk and request a refund. They knew nothing of this man being up there. After some conversation the man called someone and told us this was his maintenance man. The hotel was nasty with a bad odor throughout. When I requested the refund again they told me they could do nothing with a refund and I would have to contact my booking agency. I did, still couldn’t get a refund. All this transpired, from booking online to leaving the property, within a matter of 30 minutes or less.

Was awaken out my sleep by a smoke dector alarm going off at 5:30am until 8:30am. I checkoit becore time due to reported the issue and nothing was done regarding it. Staff was asleep on the sofa when wemt down to check what was the issue.

Kasim was extremely friendly and accommodating! We had a slight problem with one of the rooms and he was on it immediately! He had the rooms switched in 5 minutes! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I will be back!

I liked nothing about the property, it was very dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, the room, the bed had cigarette burns, everything was sticky, the area around the hotel is decent, last time I try to go cheap, but it had good reviews,? I absolutely don’t know where they were from? I didn’t even stay. I checked in and checked out 20 minutes later lost my money, but didn’t care because I absolutely was not staying there.

By far the worst place ive stayed. Not clean, hallway smelled like marajuana constantly, very noisy, suspicious people hanging around in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Did not feel safe. Did not look anythink like advertised in pictures

No room service as shown on Expedia, dirty old property that smells terrible. When calling the front desk it takes 7-10 rings to answer then not customer friendly when it is answered. Definitely will not choose this location ever again. There are many options on the same street

It was a very nasty hotel the compliment tree breakfast that was supposed to be between six and nine we went there at 7:30 and there was two bald eggs two slices of bread, a half a gallon of milk, and some very burnt coffee. The rooms smelled very bad. The toilet would not flush half the time the TV was hanging off the wall.
