We thoroughly enjoyed our spur of the moment stay at Inn of Coushatta. From the ease of booking and checking in, courtesy and friendliness of the staff, clean room with an abundance of room amenities, our stay could not have been more perfect! Within walking distance of Coushatta yet even had a shuttle to and from. Our only wish would have been an onsite restaurant or at least breakfast included.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room ac was cold. I tried the shuttle. It was convenient most the time. Except on my way back to the hotel on one of the trips. We waited so long we ended up walking back. We never saw the shuttle the whole way. The only problem we had in the room was a carpet nail poked me in the foot. So i just kept my shoes on.

You know that smell gramma's house use to have back in the day...yeah, that mothball mixed with musk smell, well this hotel smells worse than that! I booked here because of high reviews on Hotels.com, ONLY TO BE MET with unsatisfactory customer service and an old smelly hotel with hot hallways and a smelly room!! Yuk, disgusting, and I should have selected another hotel other than this smelly overpriced subpar joint!! I HATE handing my credentials to a clerk only for her to demean me and place it on the counter when returning them back to me, so %/\=#; disrespectful!! Oh yeah, don't expect the convenience of using your key at a side door for entrance because there's no such thing here!! Oh and my room had an 'uninvited guest', a roach on the side of the bed and FYI the toilets are EXTREMELY low at this hotel!

Under new management there has some kinks to be worked out. The hotel and room were clean but I had a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke so bad I couldn't sleep. There were lots of handprints and streaks on the headboard so the rooms need cleaning from floor to ceiling. The bed was comfortable. The tv remote didn't work. Just a few things the new mgmt can fix. Great shuttle to casino and staff were awesome.

It was fine but I must say for the price the room didn’t live up to the top dollar pricing. I thought it would have a refrigerator and microwave but it didn’t. Water pressure was poor for shower. Beds were ok with lots of pillows. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a five for the pricing of 226.00 for one night stay. Over priced today the least.

Bed was comfortable and slept well. I would recommend staying at the Casino if price is comparable. Casino is easy to drive to from here, just across the parking lot. Check-in was fast, but getting to our room and turning on the AC it was loud. Sounded like an 8 Cylinder car idling in the room. There was no way we were going to sleep at night with it. We went to counter to see if they can move us to another room. The attendant seemed put off by the request and not apologetic. Others in our party that were staying in another room actually commented to him that it wasn't my fault the AC was loud because his behavior was so indifferent and unaccommodating. He finally put my wife and I in a room with 2 queen beds instead of King bed because he didn't want to accommodate us in another King room where the rate was simply $10 more. (Not sure why the new king room was going to be $10 more as our reservation was for a king as well) The bathrooms could use a vent fan to reduce humidity after showers because visually looking at the ceiling in the bathroom you could see the spackle pulling away and bubbling from the moisture. Other than that, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The most upsetting was the treatment at the counter when requesting a change in room and the Service Representatives attitude. That alone will probably guarantee I stay at the Casino in the future and not here.

However, their WI-Fi and internet service is awful.....doesn't work most of the time or you have WI-Fi and no internet. Very disappointing. Might as well not advertise it is available.

Hotel need to be renovated, toilet was lose. The person who was in night shift qas not polite at all.Went to breakfast at 9:30am they didn't have egg for breakfast. The only good thing is that casino is very close.

It was a few things that stuck out for me. 1. The room was ready before the posted check-in time, which was a plus. 2. The rooms were clean and the bed was heavenly...I really need someone from Best Western to email me the name of the pillows, and the breakdown of sheet, spread, sheet ratio that they use when making up the beds! And 3. The lady who was responsible for putting out the breakfast spread the next morning deserves a raise and a standing ovation. Best blueberry waffles I've ever eaten, and the rest of the food was noteworthy!
