Extremely comfortable night sleep! Shuttle was unavailable from airport to hotel so they reimbursed me for a Lyft ride. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast. Highly recommend!

Hotel was good. Clean. Staff were friendly. My biggest complaint was the shuttle from the airport took over 1hr even after being told 5 minutes, 3 different times. I ended up cancelling my room on my departure day here as I need a reliable shuttle for flights. If you’re driving or willing to uber, I’d stay here but for the price, I didn’t want to pay 10% of the hotel price on what should’ve been included.

My only issues were: 1) In the laundry facility on-site, both washers were not working. One was marked "out of order" and one would not start even after loading $2.50 of quarters and following all instructions to start the washer. The manager was never trained on how to work them and did not know how to start the washers. The service number wasn't helpful because our stay was on a Saturday evening, and the service number only receives calls during weekday business hours. We had a lot of laundry to do, so this was most inconvenient. 2) Myself and two other parties had to wait approximately 15 minutes at the front desk to check in. There were no personnel there: only a sign saying that someone would be with us momentarily.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was quite nice, other than the attendant snapping at everyone for not putting lids down or using the wrong utensils. Hotel is neither near the airport, or town. Could not use airport shuttle, because they only run on the hour & we didn't want to wait 55 minutes for the next one. Uber was expensive. Front desk was fabulous & very accommodating to our late check in.

My stay was an awful experience. The staff were nice. The rooms were not clean. I was changed to 3 rooms and each room had a problem. The front desk clerk did all she could and I was thankful for her, but they refused to refund me my money. I left to find another clean and nice hotel. 1st room 223 was clean but the restroom was a mess, red juice was in the tub etc. I guess the cleaning lady forget to clean the bathroom. The front desk apologized. The 2nd room 228 smelled like mold, she stated this really is a good hotel and I thank you for your patience. The 3rd room 338 was nice until we showered. The water did not drain and we stood in dirty water as we showered. Awful!! Very bad experience!!

Everything was good about this hotel but the room had a humid smell. This was in two rooms I tried. Usually that smell goes away when the AC kicks in, however the AC in both rooms on the first floor were not working well.

Our experience was awesome from the moment we were picked up by the nice young man driving the hotel shuttle van until the time we checked out. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Our room was clean & stocked, the water pressure was amazing, and the A/C worked well. What more can you ask for? The breakfast buffet was well-tended/clean and had several options: cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs (some days fried, some days scrambled), turkey sausage patties, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, danishes, orange juice, cranberry juice, milk, fresh ground coffee machines, and warm Cinnabon rolls. We will definitely stay here again! :)

Good location from airport, nice spacious rooms, very friendly staff, very clean and inclusion of free breakfast added bonus! Only slight complaint was the air con unit in our room seemed very old and was very loud which was not ideal, given we were tired from travels we were able to sleep and block this out but others may not have been able to.

Our room was the last room on the first floor next to the exit door. Not only did we hear the door bang for hours but music from the new bar next door made the night sleepless. We caught a 4:00 AM shuttle to the airport after a sleepless night. The staff was great and the property fine except for the noise.

We had a great 1 night stay. Close to MSY without being in the flight pattern. Lovely grounds and patio to enjoy. Large rooms that had plenty of room to stretch out in. Loved having all bathroom products that were Dove. Very quiet and wonderful staff

Great location convenient to airport. Ernie, the shuttle driver, was awesome! The day time female front desk agent was super nice and helpful, the night time female agent not as much. The door to my room did not fit the frame... there was a fairly good sized gap on the side where the locks were located... so wide that you could see light and people walking by thru the gap. A little unsettling. The bathtub needs to be redone... it was nasty looking. Very convenient to the airport and Ernie got us there fast. It took the female driver forever to get there when I arrived on Fri... I had to call twice!

Gina is amazing, check in was wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Great hotel if you are going on a cruise. Room very comfortable, I wanted to take the bed home with me, so so so comfy. Highly recommended.

The only negative is the adjoining room. You could hear the people very well on the other side of the door. So well that you could hear their conversations. Not very pleasant.

We arrived because of a cancelled flight, the airport was closed. Cat at the front desk did a magnificent job of handling a very difficult situation, juggling rooms. She is to be commended for the fine job she did under incredibly difficult circumstances.

We were unable to find a reasonably priced room in New Orleans, so we stayed here. The hotel is about 25 in car to the French Market (as a reference), but the place was very clean, the staff was friendly, parking was free, it had breakfast, so that helped justify the driving distance

Your hotel was close to my venue. I was surprised how clean and new it was. A little distance from restaurants and stores (about 1.5 to 2 miles), but close if you have a car. Really impressed with the hotel

Nice property, didn’t have any places to eat close to the hotel and the snack bar area in the lobby was very under stocked. Employees were very pleasant and willing to help in any way they could. Continental breakfast was disappointing our second morning as there wasn’t any bacon left and when our family came through there also wasn’t any sausage or eggs at the time, but overall the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

When came for breakfast 15 minutes before closing time and it was just left overs, I asked about having food and the person answered me, come at 6am and you will get food, I went to look for the manager and the girl took away the few items left, nobody care

For a restful night’s sleep before a flight, this Holiday Inn Express is perfect. Everything in the room works properly, from the climate system to the plumbing. The bed and pillows are great, and the breakfast is very good. This is the first hotel I have seen that offers decaf tea bags in the room and the breakfast. Attention to detail is very good.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff (housekeeping & front desk), not too far from food and other bigger cities. Was disappointed that on the 2nd day, they ran out of food for breakfast with 30 minutes left. There is a Bar & Grill next door that is "coming soon", so that may be nice once it is open for convenient dining.
