Great for skiing at Butternut with family. There are many restaurants < 3 minutes away! The staff is fabulous. Old school hospitality feel. Really nice! Pool was fantastic with hot jacuzzi. Small arcade kept the kids preoccupied for a good 30 minutes. Breakfast was good. All in all 💯

We always stay here when we go to the Berkshires. Hot tub, pool and breakfast included. Great hiking trails and kayaking spots a short drive away. Barrington Brewery just across the street which is always a must for us!

You must drive pass the motel in the front to get to this hotel- but once there you'll be happy. Parking is complimentary - you will get excellent customer service - A clean hotel that is quiet - accessible with a pool- gym and free breakfast starting at 7am! Breakfast is delicious and well crafted. I enjoyed my stay here and will stay again. I must also say that they are customer centered here - it's about the customer so it's hard to be unhappy. The room was immaculate- the bed was very very good. Overall I'm very happy

I’ve stayed here a few times with my grandkids. They love the pool and game room. The breakfast is incredibly impressive and the staff is super friendly and helpful. A friend told me about this Marriot and she raved about how her kids loved it. Also, it’s very close to Butternut where we like to ski. All around great spot to stay!

We made a last-minute change (based on reviews) because we thought a hotel would be more comfortable for our son than a cabin. The reviews were glowing, so we chose here. I mean, it's not bad... but it's just a regular, run-of-the-mill hotel. The only one standout feature was the complimentary hot breakfast every morning (however, drawback - it ends at 9am, which isn't great for families). And if you go at 8:30, you get old food... most breakfasts go until at least 10. The biggest drawback of the stay was the pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose here (large pool, hot tub). The pool and hot tub were so chlorinated it hurt my husband's eyes (he is a swimmer and the level of chemical in the pool was outrageous). He went through all of my allergy eye drops. We travel a lot and have seen a lot of bad pools for various reasons, but I'd rather have a dirty pool, to be honest, than one full of chemicals. Also, none of the lights in the pool area worked, so it was dreary even with sunlight pouring in. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and did grant us a late checkout - absolutely zero complaints about the staff. The room: what you'd expect. Only one hook for everyone's towels, etc., so that was inconvenient. Fridge and microwave both worked great. I did find several dead bugs in the bureau drawers, and the lever to turn on the shower was broken. The room had no charm, as did the rest of the hotel. I had a lot more to say, but it cut me off!

Very nice accommodations. Robin was at the desk for check-in and was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and well furnished. Shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast room was as expected and hostess very accommodating. Close to Great Barrington and Stockbridge which were two towns we were visiting. We will stay there again when visiting the area.

Didn’t like that the air conditioning and fan turned off . We woke up several times during the night because of the lack of sound and the room got warmer until the thermostat started the AC up again.

It has a great location - lobby area and breakfast room look nicely updated. The room was decent but thankfully with better lighting than other Fairfield Inns I’ve stayed in. The front desk employee at check in and breakfast room attendant were very friendly and helpful The only disappointment was the fitness room- very small with just a few pieces of similar equipment

Worst checkin experience of my life. And I travel a lot. First off, the key to the room did not work. Then I called the front desk. Instead of them doing the right thing and bringing the correct key to me; they made go back to get the right key. Then they sent me to the wrong room where I barged in and scared the hell out of this guy whose room it actually was. But the worst part of it was that they showed ZERO remorse and blamed me for not knowing the room! Nasty people..... And I live and work in New York City..... Wow....

Stayed a week while working in the area. Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean & quiet, mattresses pretty comfortable. The only thing keeping it from a solid 5 stars was the breakfast is not so good. Watery eggs just aren't my jam.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The front desk was outgoing and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and fresh, the breakfast was exceptionally good (and Ann, the lady responsible, was great). There are some good restaurants very near the hotel, and we had an exceptional dinner at the Mexican restaurant (Xicohtencalt).
