Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center

Clean room, amazing staff, good breakfast, great location. The only reason I give it 4 stars-the mattress was clearly old. A bit too hard for my taste and in need of updating, and the elevators did not work consistently. The arcade had a bunch of toy grabbing games but only two actual arcade games.

Fire alarm at 545 am. Bathtub was clogged. Nice people at the front desk.

The breakfast was lacking, what was supposed to be french toast was bread with cinnamon on it. However, the room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and water temperature. All in all, it was a good stay.

Room was ok, very outdated. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. Plenty of parking.

Call to see if house keeping found my necklace and I still haven’t heard and when I call they say I have to wait for manager from house keeping calls me back
