My favorite place to stay in the area because its a good value. Close to the expressway, quiet & clean. I particularly like having a kitchen and a workout room. Checkin was super easy. Don't expect anything fancy, but the basics are excellent.

Beverly was fantastic calling me the nite I was to arrive which was good because I was very confused on where I was going. She advised there is NO breakfast. She did say there was Starbucks in lobby did not mention must pay. Got in room and there was no coffee pot. No pepper/salt/sugar. No real kitchen items but a few plates, cups, utensils. In the AM; I was able to get a clearer picture of hoe the Residence works now so no worries since I was only staying one nite. Overall; it was a good experience but will email Mgmt on signage suggestions.

Spent two decent nights. We were warm and comfortable. Only complaint was the parking. Two cars were illegally parked in handicapped near rear entrance which prevented us from legally using them and it rained.

We stayed for two nights while our grandson was having surgery at UMass Hospital. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable newly updated. We will definitely stay again

I only stayed a few hours. I was told the front desk would be there until 8 PM. I arrived at 7:15 and while I had check ininstructions I was surprised no one at the front desk. When I got to the room, the smell was terrible. Very musty and moldy smelling. I opened the window to try and air it out and I left my bags there went out for a bit came back at around 10 and the smell was so bad that I left by 1045 and did not stay there. I tried calling the hotel during regular check-in hours on the day after and no answer and no reply to my message.

The room was much better than I expected, with a small kitchen and large refrigerator. It's perfect for longer stays although I was only there one night. You do hear noises from the other rooms a little but it was very minor. I would happily stay here again.

Surprisingly large room with ton of closet space. Had a stove, fridge and microwave. Designed for long term stay but my one night stay was a very good price (less than half the price of others). Checked in after 8pm, the hotel sent me instructions to retrieve the room key via a lockbox in the lobby which was fine. Room was clean and decent. Wouldn't hestitate to stay again.

Nice kitchen, if a bit cramped. Window shades are nearly useless. Had to drape the bedspread over the window to block the light from street lights. And the room had two high-intensity wall lights. Weird. It was like trying to relax in an operating room.

People were incredibly nice. I got in late and couldn't find my lock box access code for the room key. I phoned and expected a very grumpy person to 'help'. Instead is was an actual smiling, helpful person. Thank you for that "T". Room was clean, comfortable and an incredible value. Seems they continue to renovate. Keep up the good work.

Generally when I don't have something good to say, I say nothing. In this case, travelers need to know that there is a significant downside to staffing cuts. This property only has a staff member at the front desk 8 am to 8 pm. I had an issue in the room after 8 pm. Called the two different "emergency" numbers provided without any response. Was a very uncomfortable nite as a result.

They were extremely rude throughout our stay right up until checkout. The manager told us daily that they were fully booked but we were still able to reserve on expedia which seemed to irritate her and the super knocked on our door on our last day to tell us it was time to go (5 min after checkout time) and wouldnt allow us to shut the door while gathering up our bags to leave.

The lady at the front desk is amazing! She helped my girlfriend, and I check in late at night and gave us clear and simple instructions. Super clean and super quiet. 40 minutes west of Boston and 20 minutes east of Worcester.

Beverly was fantastic calling me the nite I was to arrive which was good because I was very confused on where I was going. She advised there is NO breakfast. She did say there was Starbucks in lobby did not mention must pay. Got in room and there was no coffee pot. No pepper/salt/sugar. No real kitchen items but a few plates, cups, utensils. In the AM; I was able to get a clearer picture of hoe the Residence works now so no worries since I was only staying one nite. Overall; it was a good experience but will email Mgmt on signage suggestions.

The property has been updated, mid level updates. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Check in was quick and easy. Thankfully quiet because front desk closes at 8:00.

This place seemed for people who stay long term. We were very lucky finding this place with low cost to stay for one night. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a big refrigerator and convenient kitchen. The staff was very nice. So, we could not believe this hotel was only a 2 star hotel. We felt we won a lottery.

We were disappointed due to we thought it was the same residence inn owned by Marriott but was not. It was very clean but very old and dated rooms. It seemed there was more people living and cooking there. No elevators so we had to climb two landings to get to our room. No complementary coffee and had to pay a Starbucks machine. For coffeee. If you're looking for price and funny cafe about the rooms then this is good for you. Not for me.

There was no one at front desk. Had to call someone from alcove to get access to key box. Only amenities were vending machines (even for coffee). Limited parking. Facility is next to a street used to access the nearby malls. After midnight, that street turns into a drag strip with cars racing their engines and associated noise … so much for a restful sleep. I would not stay here again.
