The staff did their best but I had to request dishes, cutlery, and coffee maker. Light bulbs were not working properly in bedside lamps: had to reseat one to get it to work; the other was missing. Breakfast is very minimal--hot drinks and a muffin.

Room was not very up to date. Shower pressure was terrible. No usb plugs at all. Forgot my usb plug. So nothing. Choice of coffee for breakfast and 3 blueberry nutri grain bars. Not impressed. First time at an extended stay America. Probably won’t stay at one of these again.

Crumbs in the chair cushions. No dishes etc was dissapointing. Tent card said we could call the desk to make srrangememts but that was strange to me. Breakfast at 6-9:30 was a granola bar and coffee urns. My experience is tgats whats in the libby always. Not a timed breakfast and then taken up. No coffee pot in the room. Dirty behind bedside table with what looked like a crap pipe behind it

Grab and go “Breakfast” was bare bones, consisting of nothing but coffee ( which was lukewarm) some fruit bars and pouches of instant oatmeal, however there was no hot water for the latter, nor any teabags. Fortunately the area has plenty of dining options. Overall, the place is a bit rundown, but clean, quiet & safe.

The floors in the room were sticky. The room had a weird smell and didn't feel clean. It was only one night stay, so it didn't matter, but definitely would not stay here longer than one night. Breakfast is a joke!

BED BUGS! Checked in and after a couple hours discovered bed bugs crawling on the pillows. We immediately left. The management did give us a full refund which I appreciate but even though we never slept there I am covered in itchy bites.

The room smells strongly of cigarette smoke, particularly in the bathroom. The front desk was nice, and the room was surface clean but very run down. Mostly the smoke smell made our stay very unplesant

It was indescribable - and not in a good way. Moved a chair against the door, floor was sticky, tub was filthy with slimy walls, washcloth draped over the shower curtain by a previous guest as well as melted soap in the soap dish. mattress was lumpy, dust ruffle ripped, art stolen off the wall, mold on the window sill, loud until 2:00 am, didn’t dare sleep under covers or put head on pillow. Dirty doesn’t even begin to describe this place. but, hey didn’t see any bugs. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Grateful that I didn’t have children with me. Didn’t dare open the refrigerator.

This room was shockingly filthy. There were crumbs and grease on the counter in the kitchen area of the room, hair in the tub and on the bathroom counter, general dirt and grime in the bathroom, the faucet handles had grossness and someone’s beard (?) trimming, one bed had a broken leg, the ac was broken, the mattresses had weird spots, there was a wrapper by one bed… It was probably the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in.

The hotel was just over all not very clean, lots of dirt in corners just not cleaned properly. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet in our room it felt VERY grimey on our feet. The bed didn’t have any skirt just a bare mattress box spring , there was a hole in the wall that was repaired but never re painted so it was just a fresh (not fresh) spackle patch. There were no amenities such as cups or conditioner or lotion. The very bare bones for a nights sleep which is alll we did and left. Also the “free breakfast” was a coffee and tea station that also had oatmeal packets and the only creamer was also in packet form. The people working were nice enough but nothing above and beyond. OH and they couldn’t call the front desk because our phone line was actually cut.

The room I was given had stains all over the carpet and the carpet was ripped. The place was very noisy, the room that was on the floor above me kept waking up because of the jumping on the floor. When you asked the staff a question they did not know the right answer. Would not stay here again

Noticeable repairs needed in the room. For example, large hole bigger than my hand in one of the window screens, and they had the windows open when we checked into the room. Bathroom was missing toilet paper dispenser. Fire alarm went off two times while we were there. Once in the evening and once at 6:50 AM. Thought this was standard everywhere, but no coffee maker in the room. Ice trays in the freezer were dirty so we didn’t use them. Grab and go breakfast was highly unsatisfactory, but I guess that’s the quality you get with “free”. We parked in the back, near an entrance to our hotel room, and that key card entry scanner was not working to let us in and it was a real bummer because it was raining and we had to walk all the way around the building to get in (other exits and entrances other than the front we’re working, just not that one). Not the staffs fault that the hotel was shabby & had meager amenities, as the front desk person we checked in with was very professional and polite.

Started with long wait to check in because of overbooking and key making machine not working. After we finally got to room, couldn't get on internet, wi-fi said I had the wrong last name, call to desk did not resolve. Room was clean, but had only one glass available for use.

Not a good experience. I believe there are families living at this property. which is ok, but at a certain point in the evening, they need to learn to be QUIET! Noisiest night I’ve ever spent in a motel. People slamming doors and stomping around all night. Surely will never go back there, and probably won’t consider a long-term motel like that ever again. Lesson learned.

The exterior of the building looks nice, but the room was old and never has been renovated. One of the Queen beds was unstable and rocked when you sat at the foot. The beds were rock hard and our kids & grand-kids won't be staying here again.

Wifi didn't work, local staff not at all knowledgable and no directions available, but very knowledgable support person fixed it within an hour. Several minor repairs needed, A full grocery store just down the road with no stop signs or lights to go through! Perfect for extended stay.

Property itself left much to be desired, including they only had one staff member for the whole hotel. Poor guy was running aroubd like crazy doing check ins, maintenance issues, everything. There was not even a manager assigned to the building let alone on call for issues. Worker was super helpful but really disappointed in how the place was poorly kept and vlatently understaffed

I called 4 times after booking, starting over a month in advance. Every time I called, I advised I’d be a late check in. I was assured by each person that would not be a problem at all. Then on the day of my stay, my flight was delayed and the line for budget rental was nearly 3 hours long. Exhausted and frustrated, I finally arrived at the hotel ready to sleep only to be told that I could not be checked in because the system wouldn’t allow it. Not one person advised me there was a hard cut off for checking in, though I called 4 times letting them know my plane was landing after midnight. So I left after requesting a refund and drove an additional hour, thankfully finding a Holiday Inn that checked us in so we could sleep a little that morning at a discounted rate. This was a horrible experience and nobody I’ve told this story to could believe that a hotel would turn away guests for a room that was already paid for.

Then on the day of my stay, my flight was delayed and the line for budget rental was nearly 3 hours long. Exhausted and frustrated, I finally arrived at the hotel ready to sleep only to be told that I could not be checked in because the system wouldn’t allow it. Not one person advised me there was a hard cut off for checking in, though I called 4 times letting them know my plane was landing after midnight. So I left after requesting a refund and drove an additional hour, thankfully finding a Holiday Inn that checked us in so we could sleep a little that morning at a discounted rate. This was a horrible experience and nobody I’ve told this story to could believe that a hotel would turn away guests for a room that was already paid for.

When I arrive, I had to wait for the gentleman working the desk to stop flirting with a woman before he finally served me. Then he finally gives me a key to my room. I go to my room, open it, and walk in on a person cooking their dinner. I go back to the front desk, and the gentleman is no longer there, but a woman who appears to be his superior has now taken over. She told me that he “had a long day,” and doesn’t know why he made that mistake. Then she gives me a key to a second room. I opened that door, and I find a gentleman sleeping on his bed in his room. So TWICE I was given room keys to OCCUPIED rooms. Then I had to wait in line again for multiple other people to be served. I had been at the establishment for half an hour and had no room. Finally, the woman very proudly states that she herself has checked the next room, and proceeds to walk me there and show me that there’s no one staying in it, as if this is some sort of amazing accomplishment on her behalf. If there was a grade lower than zero stars this place deserves it. They are a literal clown show and have no clue how to run a business whatsoever. The female employee murmured something about refunding my stay, but I’ve not received any indication that that has actually happened.This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel, and I am a musician who travels around the country and stays in hundreds of hotels each year. The hotel was understaffed, had no ice machine, and no hair dryers in the rooms. I had to call the front desk on three different occasions and no one ever answered. My room smelled aweful and was very hot when I arrived. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have the ac running when you arrived. There was only one person at the desk during checkin time and some people waited for 30 minutes. The manager didn't seem to know how to handle an annoyed customer and instead of jumping behind the desk to help her employee she headed up the elevator with no explanation. I will never stay here again. Outside the side door there were cigarette butts all over the ground. Why not have a receptacle for them so people don't need to throw them on the ground. For the price, I expected more.

Room was not ready upon arrival after driving 6 hours to get there. Housekeeping had only made the bed, but did not clean up the bathroom. Trash in the tub, sink, countertops, dirty towels everywhere and trash cans were still full. Plus the hotel smelled. Front desk person was brought in from another location, had no idea where anything was, plus no support staff on-site to assist. Housekeeping wasn't even available to clean room. Card system was fawlty, as we were given key cards for two other rooms, none of them worked. After 3 attempts to access 2 other rooms, and over 1.5 hours trying to get help, we left the property to seek out other hotel options in the area. Was told I couldn't cancel reservation with them, would have to go through Expedia, and even then would get charged double room rate. Out $125 for a room we never stayed in. Would NEVER go back!

I made the reservation via Expedia. Received a confirmation number then when I arrived at the hotel hours later the front desk told me they were over booked with no rooms at 11PM at night. Why would a hotel allows a third party to book a room with no availability? Not to mention the rude behavior of the half stoned front desk attendant! Marty classy extended stay you rejects.

Could not understand attendant, who is trying to be funny and had a deep thick accent. Room was clean, but property was dirty. Sketchy people were constantly smoking at the exits. My daughter felt unsafe so we checked out the next morning and checked into a much nicer hotel.

Room was not very up to date. Shower pressure was terrible. No usb plugs at all. Forgot my usb plug. So nothing. Choice of coffee for breakfast and 3 blueberry nutri grain bars. Not impressed. First time at an extended stay America. Probably won’t stay at one of these again.

The substandard breakfast …offered only one packet of instant oatmeal (Quaker Oats brand) and that’s it! I told the person at the check in counter about this and another person (who had just moments before dropped off the coffee creamers) overheard me and said…”well that’s all we have”. I couldn’t believe this complacent attitude when there is a supermarket down the street where he could’ve went to buy some oatmeal. What lousy service! The only options for breakfast were snack bars…mostly sugary and small muffins, again mostly sugary. And the coffee, and no place to throw away the stirrer, empty sweetener packets. Such bad service. This is my second time in an Extended Stay America and it will be my last! They are pet friendly and I was given a room that smelled like only dogs had lived in it. I had to ask for another room. The people providing services in this country are LOST!

Needs updating, tiles peeling up in the room, breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bars and muffins, if there were any there. Don't rely on this for any real sustinance. Employees were helpful when something was requested. Overall ok for the rate.

Grab and go “Breakfast” was bare bones, consisting of nothing but coffee ( which was lukewarm) some fruit bars and pouches of instant oatmeal, however there was no hot water for the latter, nor any teabags. Fortunately the area has plenty of dining options. Overall, the place is a bit rundown, but clean, quiet & safe.

The floors in the room were sticky. The room had a weird smell and didn't feel clean. It was only one night stay, so it didn't matter, but definitely would not stay here longer than one night. Breakfast is a joke!

The room was clean. Late check in was easy. Breakfast was grab & go which was disappointing. But it served our purpose. Because of leafy foliage that covered the hotel sign, we passed the property twice.

Total chaos at check in. Granted we arrived early. We were told to come back at 3:00. We did that. They were still scrambling to find us a room. Took over 30 minutes before they could give us a room. No apologies were given.

Check in was easy and quick . Room was not finished being cleaned . Floors were sticky bed wasn’t finished being made ( no pillow cases on pillows I had to ask for them) trashed wasn’t removed from prior occupants. Chairs in middle of kitchen . Bathroom had no liner in shower curtain so water goes on floor . Coffee bar had expired bottle of solid liquid coffee- mate that wasn’t cutting it ) rugs through out the place looks like they needed to be cleaned or replaced
