Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough

This is the second time in less than a month that I stayed at a Hilton in New England that listed on their website that they had room service and even stated via the QR code in the hotel room that they had room service, but they did not. I had to go down to the restaurant to order and wait for the food. The food took over 40 minutes to come out. Staff was helpful but not particularly friendly, with the exception of the host at breakfast. Room was clean and looked like the pictures online. Hotel was quiet enough, although I could hear the footsteps coming from the floor above us. Patio was nice - clean with a variety of seating.

Clean room nice staff. There is no reason to charge for parking, we pay enough for the room

This hotel was not great and that’s putting it politely. Pretty sure there was a booger or something crusted onto the vanity in my bathroom. In the hallway I could see an exit sign hanging from one of the wires. The menu in the room for the restaurant in the lobby was out of date. I called and ordered chicken tenders and they told me to come to the restaurant to view the real menu. The pool was out of order. The number of things you could SEE that were not in great condition makes you wonder what the areas you can’t see look like. I would not stay here again, not even for free.
