Pros: staff was pleasant , room was clean Cons: dated, looks like they are trying to remodel/update. Unsafe: both back door and side door did not lock. Side door propped open with a rock and locking mechanism was ducted taped. Breakfast was underwhelming. No elevators, stairways were dirty

The beds were amazing! They're in the midst of reroofing the building, so parking near building was limited. GSR spoke my room number out loud when giving me my room key. That is a breach of my safety & security especially traveling as a woman in care of a disabled mother. DO BETTER!

No ramps for luggage. No automatic doors, you have to go through 2 sets of doors to get into hotel, having to hold them open and get your luggage through the doors.

Parking was free and plenty of places to park! I was greeted when i arrived but when I went to check out in the morning i waited as long as i could upto 4 minutes without being late for my appointment i left my card on the desk because no one came out. I wasn't aware of the breakfast otherwise I would of loved to have saved money vs going down town to get breakfast with coffee. But otherwise the hotel gets a 5 star rating!

I traveled from Ny to Visit my daughter and have her spend the night with me. This property felt unsafe their were folks hanging out in the side parking area which had a door for access to the property. Your key card lets you in this door. But the door stayed propped open the entire time.

We were somewhat disappointed with our stay at the Baymont. Upon arrival and departure, there was no front desk staff available—just a sign on the door with a phone number to call for assistance. The building was undergoing interior renovations, and construction materials were stored in the stairwell, which we had to use to access our room. Additionally, the side door had duct tape over the locks, raising serious concerns about security. While the room itself was clean, there were visible patches on the walls that hadn't been sanded or painted, giving it an unfinished appearance.

The hotel is old and not maintained. Ground floor rooms had no drainage from the sink or tub. To brush your teeth the sink filled up and took forever to empty. And one of the taps leaked onto the sink top. We complained but no one looked at it; an ongoing problem. Breakfast choices very limited. And the tv in the breakfast room was tuned into a religious channel! Really? The carpet in the room was damp and filthy and the temperature in our room and our friends room was set on 64 degrees when we arrived. Probably to inhibit mildew. Freezing! Aside from that, we had no interaction with staff. No amenities. It was cheap. But not THAT cheap. Spend the money and go elsewhere.

The place was dirty. The ceiling had a drop ceiling that was moldy and looked as if it was about to fall due to being full of water. None of the doors to the outside of the building closed properly or locked. We checked out a day earlier than planned due to conditions of the hotel.

The hotel was filthy and smelled like cat pee! There is mold on the walls and carpet in the hallways. The window in my room was unlocked (first floor), and the screen looked as though someone had broken in. The room said no smoking, but smelled like someone had been living in there smoking every day!

The hotel was undergoing renovations and was filthy, the construction crews were loitering in hallways throughout the stay. Our room was never cleaned, we received two towels for four people. When we asked for more, the night desk clerk scolded me. There was no rollaway bed for our youngest kiddo. As far as the cleaning goes, our room was never cleaned - no trash emptied, towels refreshed, or beds made. After two days of complaining, we finally got moved to a clean room and the situation repeated itself - no cleaning occurred. When I complained again, I was told that housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms for guests, they only do switchovers. It seemed wrong. Many things in the room were broken - about half the plugs, the fan in the bathroom, and many spots on the walls and ceiling. We were approached by two guys in the hallway offering a good time with their girl down the hall. One of the guys let us know he runs girls out of the hotel all the time and they turn rooms at night for him. In all, I’m incredibly disgusted we stayed there as a family. It was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Sink in bathroom did not drain. Our stay was for 3 nights and we had no maid service any day. Had to ask for clean towels on our second night. Asked to have the drain checked on first morning and it was not taken care of. Maybe it will get better as they were going through a remodel but would not stay again anytime soon

Desk staff needs training on greeting guests. Deposit should be one flat rate not whatever staff decides. If it’s non smoking why was the smell of pot so strong throughout halls and my room. Guests very loud till late at night. Not the best place to stay but house keeping was great room was exceptionally clean

Good quiet area, hotel was being renovated when we stayed. Nice enough for the price. Sheets were scratchy, beds were shaky and loud. But no bed bugs, showers had pretty good pressure and held temp morning and evening. Hotel itself has a generally musty smell and the breakfast was subpar but edible and coffee was meh but drinkable. All in all I would stay again because it it’s easier on the budget. It’s good for what you’re paying for. An air purifier, some fresheners and better bed spreads would elevate this place to another level.

We check in and then went to car to make some phone calls, which took about an hour. We were in the room for a few mins to check everything was good. My husband and I then began to see tiny black bugs on bedsheets, long black hairs under sheets, and yellow stains on the sheets. We turned the TV on and it didn't work correctly and the room only had one lamp not two like their pictures . It was being renovated but was opened. They had opened boxes of toilets outside and some old stained sheetrock. I was so upset, I had to have my husband do all the talking while I figured out a different place to stay. We were driving for 9 hours and were exhausted. This made everything stressful. I just want a full refund. I used my husband's card so it needs to go back on their or refund my card in full and I will give him the funds. We didn't stay there and we will be planning on writing a Google review to beware.

They’re doing some renovations. When you first walk in it’s got a very early 2000s feel with the bright red couches, patterned carpet, and overall color choices. To me it was one of the things I actually really enjoyed about the hotel. It had a cozy feel and the staff are very friendly. I loved the woman who checked us in, she was funny. Not a bad place to stay for the night- and certainly not a bad price either. Bed was comfy, pillows were fluffy. Wish the tv worked with my phone (wasn’t compatible with iPhone). But other than that I can’t complain. It’s really close to a lot of stores and restaurants but it was really quiet, which was nice too. I would stay here again.

The TV didn’t work the first night and they couldn’t do anything about it. The second night, we were given a room that was good (nothing broken or any issues). 20 minutes later, we were told to move to a different room—no explanation give. The new room had a cracked mirror and the closet’s latch was broken. Good price for the holiday weekend.

My room was facing the parking lot which wasn’t a great view and a light was shining brightly directly into my window. Also, some yahoos were yelling and partying close to my window late at night so it was a bit annoying. Thankfully, they didn’t stay too long. The stay was good overall, for the type of hotel but I just wish they had a better variety of fruit for breakfast. Only apples. I don’t know anyone who eats apples for breakfast and I didn’t see anyone take any in all three days I was there. Should have bananas at least.

Rooms are too tight with the furniture for a wheelchair. Sidewalks are not even and have a lot of raised bumps and crevices. Tv signal goes in and out. Bathrooms are great and spacious.

Property is shown aging. The first room television screen did not work, the second room handle to the toilet was broken and the television picture was subpar. The telephone in all rooms did not work, we were told they were being worked on. The air conditioning unit in the rooms left clothes and shoes with a dampness. Granted we were traveling and were too tired to continue our journey so we booked this 1 hour before our arrival in the evening just to rest overnight. The hotel staff were nice, it was ok for overnight stay but not for anything longer than that.

I like to stay at this location because it is convenient for me to get to work being a traveling CNA. I noticed for the second time tried giving the benefit of the doubt the first time after speaking with them. This time again I was charged my deposit, taking from my account when there was no issue with the room on my end. Seeing this is the second time I will not be staying there any longer. If you stay here watch your account. Keep a close eye.

This hotel is about what you would expect for the money. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, but it definitely needs some updates. My only complaints are I arrived early and couldn't check my bags while waiting for a room. They also put a 200 dollar hold on your card which is quite high. Ive stayed in resort hotels throughout the country and have never had a hold this high. Staff was great and were as helpful as they were allowed to be.

I wasn’t happy with my deposit return I haven’t received it yet, but they didn’t have waste any time taking it off my card when I checked in when I walk from the front desk to my room door, they already had the money taken off my card, but I haven’t received the money back on my card yet and it’s been a couple of hours or longer so somebody better do something about it that’s not fair

Check in was ok. There 3 front staff but only one was helping a customer when i entered. I was told that breakfast started at 7 am the next morning. I left my room at 7:05, put my bags in the car abd drive to the enterance to check out and get breakfast. There wasnt anyone at the front desk to check out and the breakfast room was dark, no breakfast. I probably wont stay there again.

The reservation agent put in the wrong date for our arrival, therefore, when we arrived, I had to pay for the room out of my pocket. I did have travel insurance and was told by Expedia‘s customer service agent that I was due a refund but they have not been able to reach the manager of the Baymont. They have not returned any emails to Expedia. I don’t know who’s responsible for my refund but this is my third request I paid for it I deserve it and I want it. My phone number is 508-863-9320. I look forward to hearing from someone within the next five business days . Thank you.

Very nice hotel; had a clean room and bathroom. Coffee/tea maker, microwave and fridge all in the room. Location is easy to reach and close to highway, yet still quite at night, easy parking right outside the door. Can recommend this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights for a concert. It was a good location to stay close to the Vault music hall (less than a 10 minute drive) Staff was friendly. Interior was average, but the room was nice. The only issue is that every time we went back to the room, there were people smoking by the side door. Im not sure if it was staff or customers.

It is supposed that the all rooms are non-smoking rooms, our assigned room (139) strong smelled to cigarette, we were in the front desk to request a room change, and the representative said that does not have another room for us. We stayed in this room during three days and no one reached out to us to at least try to solve the issue or give us an alternative. The breakfast was terrible, poor variety on the breakfast, the first day orange juice gone and never was refilled. It was a bad experience.

The property was very clean and it was clear that they are renovating to make it newer. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh. I would absolutely stay here on my next trip up this way.
