Fairfield Inn Boston Tewksbury/Andover

Parking was safe and convenient. Staff was helpful and attentive

Bathroom is a little cramped, and the bathtub drain was a bit slow.

Nice room staff were very polite and helpful. We had to depart early due to the funeral we were there for got cancelled due to incoming snow storm. We only stayed Saturday evening and left Sunday morning.

Everything was perfect.

The experience was not a good one. Front desk man was rude. I asked for a quiet room because i wanted to be able to sleep. He gave me a room on the first florr right next to the lobby/main entrance and eating area! I asked to please put me in a different floor because i coupd hear 2 other employees talking and 2 other guests that were sitting in the eating area. He said sorry we dont have any other rooms avaliable. THERE WERE BARELY ANY CARS OUTSIDE. I was pretty sure the hotel was not completely sold out. I checked out almost immediately after checking in. I lost my money due to no refund, but i was happy to go to the Hilton Garden Inn in Tewksbury, MA down the street and pay and extra $50 where i have stayed many times before without any issues!
