Well maintained property, typical of Hilton. Very impressed with the “gym” as it had a lot more than typical hotel gyms. Could not figure out the tv remote for the life of me, and not sure why it was 16 inches long lol. Weird continuous ticking noise that went on the whole time we were there; luckily easily drowned out by the AC unit though. Buffet breakfast was simple and good enough; worth $14 per person if you’re hungry. Overall a good stay. Would stay here again for the $160 King Bed and tub

Was noted as having a heated pool which is why we came. I live 25 minutes away and got a hotel specifically for my kids to swim. The pool was so cold that my children couldn't even go in. Was told the first day it was being fixed and it never was

Was in Waltham visiting family and got a wonderful rate at this property. The property was extraordinarily clean, everything was updated, the amenities were nice, the pool was adequate and the gym could use a little work but it’s still completely got the job done. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic because there were tons of options that were healthy at the buffet And reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again the room was comfortable and quiet and literally brand new. Looking forward to my next trip this is the new hotel I will be staying in as long as the price is right

This hotel was actually pretty nice for the price. The rooms were modern and the bed was comfortable. We could hear people in the room next door being somewhat loud in the afternoon but it was quiet at night. In the morning I could hear some doors slamming but overall it wasn’t noisy. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. The main lot was kinda small and poorly set up. They had more parking on the side and in the back but because we got back late the only parking left was in the back and was poorly lit. There were plenty of spots in the back because there is a big lot which looked like it was possibly once shared with a now closed hotel behind them. The only entrance in the back was to the pool and I think because the pool was closed at that time we had to walk all the way around. I thought we could at least cut through when we left in the morning but you needed a room key to get in the pool so once again we had to walk all the way around in the rain. Minor inconvenience but still annoying. There wasn’t a whole lot to eat in the immediate area but within a 8 minute drive. It was about 20-25 to Boston and you didn’t have to get on the highway and it was a nice area. I would stay again.

Very pleased. The minute I walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. No issue with check in. Room is small for a 2 queen bed but was clean so I'll take it. Pool is warm and nice. Not big so don't recommend if you're traveling with a big family due to the space. Happy that parking was complimentary.

This is my go to hotel when traveling to Boston. Much cheaper than staying in the city and only about a 25 min drive. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable.

When we just came to our room there was a huge oriental cocrouch on a bathroom wall. Other than that everything in the hotel seemed very clean. However we avoided the restaurant and kept the light on at all times in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet in the nighttime, beds were comfortable and we were able to get good night sleep. If there was no cocrouch it would have been a perfect stay.

Nice place. Spotlessly clean, front desk staff were top-notch as was the breakfast server. Ordered breakfast (rather than buffet) and it was excellent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds medium firmness. Fitness facility was fine as well. Plenty of parking.

Was in Waltham visiting family and got a wonderful rate at this property. The property was extraordinarily clean, everything was updated, the amenities were nice, the pool was adequate and the gym could use a little work but it’s still completely got the job done. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic because there were tons of options that were healthy at the buffet And reasonably priced. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Only comments is that is the in my opinion the shower should have been updated like the rest of the room. The wireless charger in the room did not work. Lastly, the bed is stiff if you have shoulder issues, otherwise it was a good nights sleep.

Wifi doesn’t work (and it’s always been difficult at many hilton locations). TV has awful aspect ratios that makes it a decoration. The bracket under the AC is fallen off because the screw was missing. The shower curtain has a button that’s detached. All the details that goes into a pricier stay associated with the Hilton name is missing, while the big rocks like wifi had been an established problem not faced in other chain. Noise insulation bad. No more Hilton stays.

The Hotel is marked as 3.5 stars. It's 1.5 stars. Hotel outside looks good, but the room is shady. The worst part is the noise because it is too close to the highway. We had a very bad sleep. The heating generates more noise!

I thought the staff and an outstanding job to accommodate us, especially Jasmine, the general manager. I was one of several adults chaperoning a school trip with over 80 kids. Jasmine and her staff were able to anticipate our needs and assist us at every turn. Our plans were disrupted when my husband lost his phone upon arrival and Jasmine jumped into action to try to help us get it back and then to help us solve issues that came along with the missing phone. She was outstanding in her professionalism and a pleasure to meet and work with that

This would be the last time I will spend my night in this hotel, first of all when I arrive to the location the staff was not welcoming, first they gave a two bed bedroom when my reservation was for a king bed when told the staff that was not what i booked, he told me he couldnt change it because he had to give me whatever was left for the night. He even told me rudely to cancel the booking if i didnt want to take the 2 bed bedroom. Very disappointed with this hotel, i rating will be an star.

I was greeted and checked in by Maria at the front desk-she was knowledgeable polite and very helpful. Then I saw Bill to get some dinner, and he was also very polite and helpful. At breakfast I was greeted and served by Sara who was an absolute pleasure!!! I also met Michael at the front desk very nice and courteous. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you one and all!!!

My husband arrived late in the evening approximately 12 am. with a reservation I had made through Expedia. He had my credit card with him. Front desk staff needed to call me and get my approval vis FaceTime. I was asked to show them my proof of identity to give him the keys to the room ( I was not with him in this trip). They had the reservation number. I assume this is protocol however we experienced them as disrespectful and extremely rude. They questioned my husband as to why he did not have his credit card which is absolutely irrelevant to the stay or to check in when a room is pre paid. The credit card was simply to show the card the reservation was booked with and for the incidental deposit. We have dine this when travelling and never had an issue. The treatment with suspicion and disrespectful tone was unbecoming of a Hilton property. We will not book with Hilton again anywhere.

Stayed for 5 days and asked for our room to be cleaned one day ( they clean every other day) but they did not clean the room. Had to ask for clean towels everyday and when they brought them up they only supplied rough for 2 people when specifically asked for 4. Laundry washer was not working. Hotel rooms not cleaned till later in day ( after 3).

Front desk was extremely rude, snacks were told they were “free” up to 15$ and STILL charged me. I don’t normally have bad experiences at Hiltons, this is the first one. Waltham Hilton garden in, front desk woman on Saturday is horrible

The staff at the hotel was lovely. We did not use any of the amenities while there but did order breakfast. The waffles were great! And reasonable. We purchased some snacks from the ‘store’ inside the lobby. We were attending a graduation at Brandeis so the location was our reason for choosing this property. There is no walkability so we needed to Uber everywhere.

I picked this hotel since it was near a family wedding and has a restaurant in the hotel. We booked 4 rooms altogether. After a lovely afternoon wedding we went to restaurant for some food and drinks. After an hour and a half and asking where the food was we ordered twice they said the kitchen was closed and sorry the order didn’t go through. I had someone with a medical condition that needed more than a bag of chips before bed So we ended up eating snacks from our room in restaurant. Manager apologized but that was all. Not that I expect anything but feel like we didn’t matter.

Everything was very good except our experience in the Cafe. We don't eat pork so we asked for turkey sausage and we given pork and was told by the server it was indeed turkey. When we asked the chef he said it was pork and then brought us turkey sausage after we had already taken a couple of bites. Also, the server didn't know what toast was and they had no lemons for our tea. You'd think they'd comp the $20 breakfast after I brought it to their attention but of course not. Customer service is not the same as it used to be.

Great hotel. Everyone friendly. We took a gamble in the hotel restaurant and it was FABULOUS we had a really good meal. That was great because we were too tired to go find a place. Super convenient. Likely under utilized but it was a great experience. Breakfast also fabulous but we paid for it. It was worth it. Room needed a better vacuuming there was a chip behind the door. Otherwise. Would definitely stay again. Pillows a little squishy.

Everything was fine for the most part: staff friendly and accommodating, very clean, liked having microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator in room. Room service from the restaurant would have been a plus. . .that being said dinner/cocktail in the restaurant/bar was excellent. The dislike/rating less than average was the breakfast. . .it was well varied, but I would say the hot foods were possible reheated too often. The sausage was rubbery and the hash browns not so good. The juice seemed quite watered down. Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel as a four star experience and test the water before deciding on breakfast.

A little disappointed about the breakfast not being included in the price, however that’s on me for not looking into it more before booking. Just feels like a breakfast buffet is the standard inclusion when available
