Extended Stay America Suites - Boston - Waltham - 52 4th Ave

This place is a disaster. Holes in the wall, smoke detector broken, lights don’t work right and it smells like smoke. No breakfast.

Parking is good; staffs are friendly, and they do everything to make your stay better, but they have limitations if the manegment does not step up; unclean rooms, unclean toilets, poorly washed sheets and towels, poor breakfast,

Someone opened my door in the middle of the night, and if the latch hadn’t been broken, it could have been a disaster. How could this happen unless the room key cards were the same! The elevator wasn’t working properly, so I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs from the third floor, and the stairwell was extremely dirty. The window screen was broken, the window wouldn’t lock, and a foul odor was lingering in the corner of the room. It was the worst experience of my trip to Boston.

Basic hotel. Nothing in kitchen. Had to ask for 1 plate, cup, and utensils. After a two hour wait I went down to desk to get them. No coffee or tea in room. The sole clerk, who was very nice had not been able to get away from front desk to bring items up to room. mm. Plenty of parking. Be aware there aŕe 2 Extended Stay Suites on the property. 52 is behind the front one.
