The hotel offered absolutely no services. There weren’t even laps on the night tables. There was no hairdryer. There was no phone to be able to call down to the front desk was like living in a hostel. Good thing I didn’t unpack because I went back to the front desk with my bags and checked out and got a refund. And speaking with others who have stayed an extended stays that was their experience as well.

The pictures speak louder than world . The carpet had stain and the bed skirt as well,the fridge door was dirty and the window on the garbage container full of old mattress and furniture did not help .

Property was a little dated and had a “smell” to it; neither inviting nor offensive. It’s a basic hotel. No frills.

Advertised breakfast not available, not even coffee. Paint on walls not completed, furniture chipped. The bathroom flooded I'm not sure why. No ice available at all: the ice tray in the freezer was empty. Cockroach in bathroom. I found another hotel

hotel was really filthy... even outdoor areas very littered. aND unkept the sign to find hotel ( the location was behind another chain hotel ) was not lit up so really difficult to find. yet Andrew at desk was helpful to help find it. the corridors were absolutely filthy. EVEN even bathroom had soAP scum still evident in tub alcove... tv did not work , wall paper thin with a very noisy neighbor to the left of my room , they argued and spoke loudly. Even with BABY CRYING IN THEIR ROOM...

Rooms were old and not kept up well. Walls and doors don’t block sound, could hear everything going on in the lobby all day and night. Construction making loud banging noises all day. Fridge freezer sounded like a freight train when the compressor kicks on. Metal spring bed frame looks like boot camp beds from a movie.

Property is in a quite location just old and needs some maintenance and updates.

Facilities are old. Room is dirty.

Waited at front desk No receptionist. Cleaning person checked me in(who was super nice ). Bathroom falling apart. Remote for TV didn’t work. Will never use extended stay America again

The woman at the desk asked for my name. She said I did not have a reservation. I showed her my Hotels.com confirmation email. She said, wait a minute and walked out of the office. Ten minutes later she came back with another woman. They did some stuff on the computer and said my reservation has been cancelled. I assured them I had not cancelled. So one of them ran for the stairs saying she was going to look for a room, while the other worked on rebooking me. The woman came back and said room 211 was empty but still needed clean sheets and a wipe down. Meanwhile, my mom desperately needed a restroom. The desk woman said they didn't have one, but the one that found the room said she would find her a restroom. She escorted mom down the hall, unlocked a guestroom, and walked away. My mom found her way to the toilet in a room that looked like a family with kids lives in there. The room was full of stuff, but no one was home. We finally got keys to room 211, but they said it still needed to be cleaned and they would call when it was ready. We waited out in the car. During the 90 minutes waiting we watched the woman from the front desk take two joint smoking breaks next to the front door. We finally went back in. She acted like she never saw us before. I asked how the clean sheets were coming. She said the room was ready. There was a strange smell in the hallway as we approached the room, like drugs. The room itself was fine, clean, and comfortable, but I would not book here again.

Red flags went up as soon as we walked it. Elevator does opened up and the there was something spilled on the floor. The hallway smelled bad. Opened door to our room as were met with a fridge covered in rust. The floor was sticky, stains on the sheets, and soap scum in the tub. Did not stay. Received refund without questions. Only upside was the people at front counter. Very friendly.

Checking in was asked what room we wanted. I said whatever is easier. Lady said well what floor because there are rooms on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. I said well how about first floor. Lady then puts me on 3rd floor. Get into room and open cabinet in kitchen area and roaches are running around. Bathroom was also very unclean. Would not recommend.

The front desk person was very friendly and accomodating. Within minutes of checking in there was a bed bug on our shower curtain. I along with the group I was with immediately left and asked for a full refund. She wrote down the room numbers and said she would take care of it. Many of the group were told they wouldn’t receive a refund because they couldn’t find bed bug evidence. Well I had at least one bug on my shower curtain, and I have pictures. And I am still waiting on my refund. The room was also not very clean. Trash under the bed, front of the refrigerator was filthy, and crumbs still on the counter.

Carpets were dirty, hallway smelled strongly.

Our stay was terrible. I travel for work and have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world the last 50 years, and by far this was the worst hotel we had ever stayed at. Rooms were filthy, mold, dirt, hair everywhere, from the bathtub to the bed. Broken furniture, mattress had so many lumps you could not get much sleep. There were holes in the walls and furniture. We had to wait 31 hours for someone to unclog the toilet. The outside of the fridge was disgusting. Manager claimed it was rust, if so, then why is it removable with a towel and water? Stove light and fan didn't work, told to open window while cooking. Mold and hair all around the stove top. Room door didn't lock all the way. I have pictures of everything. There was no daily room cleaning, we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned. Funny thing is, they do not allow anyone to be in the room while they are cleaning. Hmm, it's not a state, federal, county, or city law, why can't we stay? If you needed clean towels or sheets you had to go to the front desk, no problem. However, usually there were no clean towels or sheets available, sometimes it would take a day or two to get them, but you had to keep asking. In the time we were there, the hallway corridor, was only vacuumed twice. We were allowed to change rooms twice, but the issues remained. When we complained, the manager made excuses, he had only one cleaner for 50 rooms, not enoughstaff, corporatewon't allow them to fix or replace items, etc. There's more

I honestly should’ve asked for a full refund, but it probably would’ve been a waste of time. There were a lot of bugs, both alive and dead, in the room, I found stale potato chips scattered all over the floor and I had a pup with me, so all of these things already, bad. The toilet leaked from the bottom as well (I had not used the shower or anything yet, this was as soon as I walked in and looked around to check the room for things my pup could find). The room also reeked of fresh paint and the floor was not vacuumed. A good majority of the guests staying there were very off and too in your space, so I mostly hunkered down in my room and only left to walk my pup outside. I truly wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it, I only stayed here because it was last minute, and I have been to wayyyy better extended stays in other locations.

The room I was given looked like a room from the first 48! Big stains on the carpet, blood stains on the wall, bathtub looked like someone was jack hammering in it, holes in the kitchenette area that was filled with glue. The floor and fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I went to the desk and got a full refund and booked elsewhere. I will post pictures if it allows me too

I saw more than one cockroach in my room.

I found the room adequate and smelled like smoke. Hotel guests were smoking in front of the hotel doors.

It smelt like cat pee in the lobby. There was a bad smell in the elevator and the hallways. Our light in the bathroom was broken and in the sink when we arrived. The lights by the bed blew and the bed was noisey like paper and very uncomfortable. No one was around when I went to the desk to tell them about the lights. Checking out I couldn’t find anyone either.

This place smelled horrible. The staff were very nice but the heater in the room was very noisy. Recliner didn’t work. Bed not very comfortable

It was nice and quiet I like the place

They gave away our room in the middle of the night so I’m going to say this hotel is absolute garbage and I would never recommend them to anyone. The staff was rude and my family has to drive 2 hours home.

Booked a stay here because it was very close to my office and other hotels were booked. I prepaid through Expedia. I had a very late cross country flight and knew I was going to be in after midnight and would not be n until 1:30am, so I called the hotel a day earlier to confirm the late check inThey told me that they would note my account and that everything was good. I arrived at 2am and went to check in and they did not have a room for me. They were quite rude and told me that because I booked with a third party (Expedia) that the room was not guaranteed. I told him that booking and paying for a room absolutely should guarantee me a room. He told me that I need to go find a room somewhere else. Beware booking a room with them through Expedia, because apparently it doesn’t mean anything to Extended Stay. I spent 45 minutes outside trying to find another room. Had to Uber across town after finally finding the last room in the area. Spent a lot of money going back and forth to the office that was not expecting. Not only did they give up my prepaid room, they were very rude about it. Never going to Extended Stay again.

The room was OK except that the bed looked like someone had slept on half of it. It was late, no more rooms were available. We got clean sheets from the front desk and changed the bed ourselves. An assistant manager said she would give us a partial refund through expedia, but we never got it. The hotel does not seem well kept.

Carlos was super awesome. So accommodating and friendly. I was a bit of a Karen about the initial room we got and he without hesitation showed us another and made it happen in minutes... this man needs a raise!

Not much for food options just Owen olearys within walking distance if your without a car like i was there are delivery places just limited unless you love pizza every night! Hotel over all is what its used for a warm place to sleep great staff!

its proximity to the highway

Close to where I was working.

We liked that there was a kitchenette and was close to the highway. We noticed a very strong, disagreeable odour in the lobby. Don't know what it was. Also, felt a little uncomfortable having to walk by residents who plant themselves near the front door, to hang out and smoke.

I reserved a room with a double bed and got a room with a single bed. They said the hotel was booked (although it hardly looked it at all during our stay). They found us another room. Advertised they had free cribs which they did not have so 2 people and a baby shared a double bed. The fire alarm went off at 9:00 at night just after we got the baby to sleep and we all had to evacuate outside. Since there are kitchens in the room, staff told us this happens fairly frequently. Breakfast was coffee, muffins, granola bars and a packet of oatmeal. Not what I was expecting. It was fine for a quick overnight but I would have paid a little more for a neighboring hotel if I knew it was this bare bones. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

This property looks NOTHING like the online pictures. It was very worn down! The room was not clean and everything looked very old and worn out. When we used the bathroom we had roaches come out from under the toilet seat. There were bugs in the shower and we had absolutely zero water pressure. Everyone we worked with was very nice, but I took time to find people. No answer when we called the front desk and when we went down in the morning no one was at the front desk. We waited (along with several other guests) and finally she came in from the front smelling like she must have gone out for a cigarette or something. The “breakfast bar” was lukewarm coffee and some granola type breakfast bars. (No big complaints here, but the pictures showed bagels and muffins and other drinks besides coffee.)

They advertised a grab and go breakfast which most of my 11 day stay was just coffee, tea and oatmeal. They will only clean your room once per week. The rooms all smell like cigarettes and some dont have microwaves. Stephanie at the front desk was a friendly face in an otherwise dismall setting

This hotel is so run-down & not maintained at all. The fridge is so old & rusty, you’d be scared to put food inside. The toilet sink is clogged, the toilet paper holder is missing, the shower curtain smells bad. The supposed to be bagged breakfast is just muffins & health bar. I regret booking in this hotel.

Restaurant in walking distance. Very clean, staff is amazing.

Staff are great rooms are average not much around walking distance but my stay was over all relaxing and comfortable!
