With kitchenettes there are no dishes, silverware, pots & pans. No ice maker in the building for a one night stay. Otherwise clean and nice rooms.

Made reservation way in advance, got an email confirming the stay within the week of the reservation. Check-in was very easy. They were very attentive. Wide range of amenities. The only downfall is there isn't an ice machine. However, there are ice trays in the rooms. The room was nice, had a full kitchen and was clean and well maintained.

This property was great and I love the fact that it is pet friendly. The free breakfast and facilities were great.

Hotel is busy but met our needs for a hockey tournament weekend stay. Front desk manager super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and AC was great on a very humid and hot weekend. Parking great and easy to get around. Full kitchen which was awesome.

Place was great for our needs. Pet friendly and plenty of grassy areas around the property to walk our small fur baby. Staff was very friendly. Ended up extending 1 night and front desk was super helpful when I couldn't find anything available. Kitchen set up was provided but minimal. Queen suite was decent size with a sofabed and recliner and clean. Probably could use a refresh but was in good shape. Would definitely stay again.

The good: check in was smooth, the room was clean aside from the floor being very sticky and a dead bug on the window sill. Staff was friendly the whole time, except that there was an issue with me using my grill out front in my own handicapped space directly behind my vehicle. I did not see how I was causing a problem, however was told that I had to grill out back. We were done grilling and were unaware of their rules when we got confronted by staff as we said to the staff, but beware. Apparently all grilling has to be done out back. Which brings me to the bad: besides the sticky floors and dead bug already mentioned, there was no sleep sofa bedding, but the front desk staff gladly brought some to us, so great! Not enough shampoo for 3 people. We only had one small bottle. They are so tiny that it should be one per person. The reservation clearly said 3. Again, the front desk staff was great giving us anything we needed, including dish detergent. Breakfast? What breakfast? Just Nutrigrain bars and lousy coffee, so unless you want to cook breakfast in your kitchen, which is the only reason I’d consider Extended Stay again, don’t count on breakfast here. The McDonald’s across the street was much better. Bring your own cookware. The kitchen is not stocked and it costs quite a bit extra to use the hotel’s cookware. I stayed here based on other reviews. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. You get what you pay for and if you grill, do it out back.

The hotel room was good. The parking lot was not cleared of ice and snow and was dangerous to walk on.

I did not like the stay. We had to apply our own bedding they gave us, which did not seem clean. Additionally, there were roaches in our bathroom

First room we were given was filthy. The man at the front desk took care of it by giving us a different room. He was excellent. That said We would never stay there again

Smells awful - marijuana and cigarettes. Then has an awful smell in hallways that is different. Thankfully my room smelled ok.

Filthy shower, the breakfast was mediocre, our bathroom had black hand prints in the shower and smelled like urine. Yellow water drops on ceiling. Sink drained slowly.

Nothing was unique about it. I got bite by bedbugs. The room smell was funky

It was a terrible experience. The room itself was fine, it was clean and neat. The shock came when we came in late one night to the screeching sound of a mouse that was under the sofa bed caught in a glue trap.Because it was so late at night we got the front desk to come and remove it and decided to stay there. Early the next morning we woke up to a loud snap and the cries of another mouse. We got up and packed up. We contacted hotels.com and got a full refund. My advice is pass this place up, they dont have respect or consideration for their guest. They knew they had a mouse problem and set traps up but never said anything beforehand.

The room was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. The place was clean. Would’ve liked to have some kitchen utensils in the drawers. But overall it was comfortable.

I have stayed at Extended Stay properties in various parts of the country and have never had a great experience. The beds and pillows and sheets are extremely uncomfortable particularly for a place for extended stays! The air conditioners are very loud. I’ve never had a good nights rest at these properties. Bathtubs / showers look cruddy.

Need to ask front desk for kitchen ware. Old refrigerator made a lot of noise but room was extremely spacious.

Most everything was good for the price. The sleeper sofa bed was horrible with a capital H.

The flooring was loose and coming up in the bathroom and in one area in the bed area. Could be a trip and fall hazzard. The second floor corridor had a strong cigarette smell. The room did not, but the hallway was quite offensive.

The beds are not queen, they are full size. The AC does not work right because of the curtain placement. The room had stale humid basement smell, we had to ask for another one, which was a bit better.

Wide parking and good looking area and color of the hotel Very basic breakfast (no eggs no toasts etc) Good bed but the sofa bed is not extra . The bathroom sink was a bit clogged I asked for a wakeup call but they forgot the second day

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. And it was perfectly quiet and I slept like a rock which was the most important thing.

I arrived and gave my confirmation number for my reservation. I was told there was no reservation under my name and the number i gave was showing another individual that was already checked in. They had no available rooms and I had to find somewhere else to stay. They then proceeded to CHARGE MY CARD for the stay. I called, they said the charge was through Expedia so I had to call them. I did and Expedia confirmed the HOTEL ran my card. The Expedia rep called the hotel directly and was just told they couldn't find the reservation. He asked how they could charge me if they couldn't find a reservation and the manager HUNG UP on him. WORST experience ever and I will be as vocal as I can about how terrible and incompetent this hotel is!

The gentleman was pleasant at check in and then followed up with a phone call to check that my son and myself were settled and happy with our room.

Got to property at 2am and no rooms were available. Didnt make it a big deal, but asled numerous time if this would be refunded and was assured it would be. As of today charge has not been refunded.

We had a late flight and arrived to hotel late. Couldn't get in and nobody ar the front desk even though 24 hour check in. Called from phone in there doorway and was told charged extra night for no show even paid in advance. Finally a patron let us in and waited in lobby. We finally didn't get into our room until 6am. It was about 2 to 2 1/2 hours of waiting .I asked for compensation because the manager said she was upstairs trying to keep kids quiet. She supposedly credited my account. Upon checkout, per a different manager,I found out it went back on Expedia not my account. I did get a free night to use within a year, but not sure I want it. It was dirty, we had a broken chair, noisy with screaming man and crying baby, and a smell I am not used to.

There was no one at the front desk upon arrival. The check in procedure seemed unnecessarily complicated.

About 5 minutes after I got into the room the front desk called to ask if I was happy with the room and if I needed anything. It was a nice touch.

Great stay, hotel room was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, telecommute working made easy. Front desk staff were great. They were very helpful and hospitable that Evan even called to check in to ask if we were happy with our room and they even allowed me to check out 1 hour later so that I could attend a tele meeting. Thank you Evan and Tony. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

my experience was horrible. First off all the senior lady at front desk was very rude. secondly the room was very dirty and the sofa bed was disgusting. Also the shower was not working well and they don't have another room there when I complaint, Also the corredor was smelling very bad. break fast included was ridiculous coffee was cold and muffins was done. in addition when I asked for pillows to sleep they said we are out of pillow. Wich kind of hotel has no pillow. It was my birthday but they made sure how to destroy my experience. I drove 7 hours to this hotel for a worst experience so ever. Also i have no choice to cancel as soon as i arrive because i paid fee non refondable. As a gold hotel.com customer im looking for some compensation

Decent hotel at a good price. We stay here when we visit Westborough.

Hotel was fine, only problem is that there are three hotels with the same name within a half mile of one another.

We stayed overnight one night for a concert. It was a convenient location and was quiet. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. Cute little kitchen set up we didn’t really utilize.

Staf was super great there. I had a short trip convenient for what I needed. They had coffee and muffins in the morning early, which was nice so I could have something before I would leave . not really any complaints here. Walls are also a little thin and the area is a little noisy but being right off the highway also makes it easy access to hit the road.

We had to wait a long time for someone to come to the desk for check-in. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana and various food smells. The people in the room next to us were screaming/banging around half the night. The smoke alarm went off at 2am the second night. The beds were uncomfortable. Didn't seem the cleanest. The "breakfast" was basically weak coffee and granola bars. It wasn't the most convenient location with all the one-way roads.

Good and economical. Need to be careful while driving at night - stop sign could easily be missed...

Staff was fantastic!!! Area is safe. Convenient to major roads to go in any direction throughout Mass.

We enjoyed the size of the rooms and location that we needed.

The grab n go breakfast of small muffins was ok for my husband. But just oatmeal was all I could eat. Coffee was good.

Property was okay. It was very clean and very roomy but the kitchen had nothing in it. No plates, no cups, no coffee maker, there was a sign that stated you could order these items at the front desk. The breakfast offered was only coffee, oatmeal and a packaged muffin but the coffee was very good and hot.

A good value even if you don't use the kitchen. The breakfast is minimal, mostly coffee, instant oatmeal and some breakfast snack items. But the price reflects that. And many do some cooking in the rooms.

The dishes and pans aren’t already in the studios, and you have to request bedding for a sofa bed when there’s a second guest registered. The staff were nice but other guests were noisy and there’s no water in the foyer. The complementary breakfast granola bars and prepackaged muffins with buckets of coffee and some flavored coffee mate.

Location was convenient, room was decent but we stayed for 12 days and received no housekeeping. We had to bring down our own dirty towels and sheets. Also had to sweep our own room. Grab and go breakfast was terrible. Fresh fruit, yogurt and bagels would have been better.

Lobby was clean. The breakfast has been reduced to muffins and coffee. We had to make our own bed as there was no linens on the bed. The room had the smell of smoke although it was a non smoking room.

We only spent one night and from the areas we saw, everything was nice enough. As others have said, would have been nice if there was a second garbage can in the room, one in or near the kitchen perhaps. Breakfast is a very limited grab and go, coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins and granola/fruit bars. No real complaints.

We had a very lovely family stay. It was hard to get things we needed and the to go breakfast wasn’t really anything.

Place was acceptable. But hotels need to stop calling a single granola bar option and out of stock oatmeal “breakfast”. One light roast coffee option that tasted terrible. Place was clean and safe enough.
