Front desk was nice however seemed bothersome to request cooking items. First room I was given wasn't even clean then the second room smelled like smoke reported it to the front desk again requested cooking utensils and pots and pans Etc to be delivered to the room returned late that night to none of the amenities being delivered AC was leaking on the carpet cabinet door knobs falling off while looking for pots and pans lots of dings and dents in walls and doors Etc in the room bottom drawer missing from dresser/TV stands. Front desk staff was very kind but unfortunately didn't follow through with requests

Great experience. The olace was quirky and definitely a bit run down. The card key machine was broken so the frint deak attendamt had to let us into our room. The inner security lock was broken also. Somehow though we had a great sleep and the HVAC ran at perfect temp

When I first arrived; I had the worst room. I stayed there for two days until they had changed it. The second room was much better, but the refrigerator and radiator were very loud; I could hardly hear the television. Also, the room was very small.

I booked this extended stay because we were going to stay the night and wanted to cook our meals instead of spending more $ on food.We brought our food to cook only to find out you had ran out of cookware and plates and eating utensils. We were forced to go out and purchase a set of cheap pots and silverware so we can cook our food. Then time take a shower the shower is so dirty it has a brown rim around it the wall in the shower had brown stains also. Oh and 1 of the burners in the stove didn’t my work so we had to cook on 1 burner! We get up to check in the morning and the bad smell hit us. In the face when walked out the rm! It was disgusting I would never stay here again! Oh and they had rodent boxes on each floor! How can you have 100 extended stay rms with kitchenettes and not enough cookware?

Check in took 20 mins. 1 worker and she has to walk everyone to their rooms individually because the key card system is down and she can’t get ahold of corporate to fix the issue. Rooms are ran down and filthy.

Definitely on need of updating and definitely more of a residential place than a hotel. Just needed one night but ones super busy October weekend anything closer to Salem (all the tourists in October) or closer to Boston (Head of the Charles Regatta) were significantly more expensive. This also happened to be next to the Baldwin Bar in Szechuan Garden which is a phenomenal bar upstairs and amazing Chinese food down. Super-slow check-in with a front desk clerk that barely spoke (barely spoke English?). Elevator was out of order. Clerk walked us up to our room on the third floor (weird). Stood by as we went to unlock and enter our room. Our keys didn’t work - and seemingly expecting that, he had his master key out and let us in that way. Room was stark and blah. Vinyl “hard wood” floors, stark white sheets and comforter. 3 pillows on bed. Ugly vinyl(?) couch. Dim and harsh lighting. Seemed like it was decorated and furnished to be easy to hose down for a cleaning…

Horrible experience. We left one night early because we were so frustrated. First room we for. Both toilet and tv were broken. Got moved from a king room to a queen room and did not get reimbursed the $20 price difference. Trash receptacles in hallway on both 2nd and 3rd floor were over flowing with garbage. And the smoke detector was not installed. Just the wires were hanging. We used to come to the Woburn location quite frequently. I will never step foot in there again

Do not stay here. Check in was done on a iPad that kept dropping WiFi and took almost 20 minutes. Any hotel that has a parking spot out front reserved for Police should be a huge red flag. Room was gross. Not a cup or an ice bucket to be found. Plastered holes all over the room. Hooks where artwork used to be. A broken rack in the shower that cut me. And the smoke detector fell from the ceiling in the middle of the night scraping the crap out of us.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I will after this stay. The room was absolutely filthy. The shower had parts rusted off and under the tile rim of the shower there was thick, black gunk that had accumulated. In the kitchen there seemed to be a dark yellow stain/puddle on the floor. Almost as if an animal had urinated (and it was never mopped or cleaned up). I had spilled water on the floor one night and when I wiped it up with a napkin there was nothing but dirt that came off the floor. The windows were stuck cracked open and they would not close (so the nights were cold). As soon as me and my friend entered the room it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Everything about the room was terrible and me and the person I was with considered just sleeping in our car - but we ended up toughening it out for the few nights we were there. The garbage disposal by the elevators were fowl. One morning the hallway smelled so bad from all the accumulating garbage that I felt sick from the scent. The staff at the desk were friendly and welcoming. But everything else about this hotel was so terrible. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend it to anyone.

This property is infested with bedbugs. I was bit during the night. Upon inspection of the bed, located multiple bed bugs. Incident was video recorded for record. Found needles in the parking lot. Hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Vents have not been cleaned. a/c was filthy. Furniture was torn and broken apparently from a dog or animal. Very disappointed. Spent the rest of my night in the car. Threw away the clothes I brought to the room with me with fear of infesting my own home /vehicle. Contacted extra stay and have not had someone attempt to contact me back. There are drug addicts in the parking lot and needles all throughout that is a safety hazard, especially to the guests with kids!!! Absolutely disgusted with my stay. Very surprised hotels such as this one are allowed to serve customers on the Expedia platform! Very disappointing!

Very dirty. Urine on the floor! Smelled bad too. Chair was filthy. Sheets were thread bare. Pillows were old and impossibly small. Drapes were off of the track. Most of the carpet was wet from the air conditioner. I cannot believe I stayed here and actually paid money for this. Disgusting.

stayed at this hotel from 10/3-10/4. . We had another day planned but ended leaving early. When I tell you the looked like it was we not cleaned in 10 years. There were stains all over the carpet, on the computer chair, stains on top of the toilet, shower was dirty, bed had stains, fridge still smelled of food, hallways reeked of cigarettes. It might of cost less money to stay somewhere else but in the end it didn’t. Do not book!!!

It was a major disappointment. The hallways reeked of a strong, musty odor that hit you as soon as you stepped off the elevator. It was honestly nauseating and made the whole place feel unkept. Things only got worse when I entered the room. It was clearly not cleaned properly—there were stains on the carpet and bedding , furniture was beat up and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. I even found leftover trash in one of the drawers, which was completely unacceptable. This hotel is in serious need of better maintenance and cleaning staff. I expected a basic level of cleanliness and comfort, and this stay didn’t come close. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

There was no front desk attendant when I checked in (9:30pm) and I had to wait roughly 30 minutes for someone to show up. There was no front desk attendant at check out (7:30am) either. The hotel was cheap for the location. I guess the old saying of "you get what you pay for" is true for this establishment. I will not be staying here in the future, no matter how convenient the location is.

Toilet wouldn't flush had to go to lobby to use bathroom like i was home. Found a bug in bed. I left 3am only got a refund for one night which should have a full refund.

Don't book here! This hotel is so unprofessional. I was flying into Boston for my sister's wedding, traveling solo. I booked three nights. My flights were delayed 12 hours and it was nearly impossible to get anyone in the phone to let them know I'd be late. My mother finally got through to someone and let a man named Michael know my flight was delayed. He said he would make sure to check me in ahead of time so I'd still have a room when I eventually got there. I arrived at 10am on Friday morning, hoping to check in for my last 2 nights. After 36 house of traveling I was told there was not a room for me, the reservation was canceled. I even named dropped the man from the phone the night before, the cranky woman at the front desk just shrugged and said to call hotels.com to try for a refund. I am now trying to recieve said refund but hotels.com can't seem to connect with anyine at the hotel. I ended up staying at the 4 points sheraton up the road, they had friendly service and a decent breakfast

I initially booked a studio apartment, and the stove was not functioning properly. I reported the issue, and the associate addressed it promptly and professionally. More like a rundown 1970s apartment building that needs work than a hotel. Rooms have mouse poop in the furniture and cabinets. Two designated police parking spots and they demand photo ID of all persons in the room, they store garbage in the bins in front of the elevator on each floor. Should be removed from Expedia as a hotel. The only amenities are a shower, mattress with dirty sheets, parking and watered down coffee for breakfast. Flooring is peeling, carpets were dirty (not vacuumed even in the hallway). The only thing notable near by is a grocery store across the street. The couch looked like someone had a frosh party on it and didn't clean it after - so many stains/holes/mysterious white something dripping down the arm of the couch! The two staff were trying to be professional, but due to the age of the building and clear lack of through cleaning and upkeep it made their job very difficult. Several residents were clearly permanent residents. For well over 200 USD per night this is a disgrace.

The price was good and it was very close to the highway. The guy at the front desk was helpful and nice. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room we stayed in also smelled like smoke, but more faintly. Someone was screaming briefly in the middle of the night, which was not ideal, but at least it didn't last long. The bed was comfortable. Advertising free breakfast was a bit misleading, as it was really just snacks to go and tea and coffee.

The floors needed to be vacuumed, swept, and mopped. Just filthy. They advertised breakfast included, however they were misleading by not saying it was a 'continental' breakfast. Breakfast is usually a deciding factor when I book hotel stays.

The room has a desk, but no chair for the use of the desk. There are no plastic wrapped utensils for someone if they bring food to the room. The "breakfast" isn't really breakfast. There was no orange juice, no decaf coffee for someone who can't have regular coffee. The selection of food really isn't good.
