The breakfast was always on point. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast for the entire stay. Pool was ok. The only issues I had was the hotel key card was always not letting me in my room at times and their excuse was to never hold it next to other cards or next to your wallet. That was annoying and extremely inconveniencing. Ive never experienced that in other hotels. So they just need to update the key carding system to the hotel room doors.

Checkout at noon to start. Great breakfast in the lobby. Very friendly and accomodating staff. No smoking if you're vaping. I wonder if vaping is as bad for upholstery in any event if you needed to vape you cant in the room. It was a great place. Easy workaround. Alot of fun. Seemed family friendly. Fun pool.

The parking lot is oddly situated and could use more lighting … our room was clean and housekeeping came both days to see if we needed anything. The air conditioner in our room squeaked… to the hotels credit they quickly sent someone to look at it but he could not stop the squeaking.. said we should contact the front desk if interested in q different room… in the end we just stayed there as we did not wish to move!

Happy with the price, ample parking and the warm breakfast. I didn't like how you can hear all vehicles outside, room not holding temp and coffee was so bad. It tasted like it was brewed/mixed days ago. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

It has happened twice in the last year where I booked a hotel on my return trip in Maryland. Unfortunately both times I ended up with a hotel that wasn't to my satisfaction. This last time was a renovated building that was done poorly. Bathroom was dirty and showed a lot of wear and tear. Furniture was old and banged up. Room had no ambience and echoed like a cave. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more.

The coffee was good. The front desk staff were polite. Room cleanliness was bad. Large sticky stain on carpet visible upon entering. Desk and night table never wiped. 5 night stay and had to beg for clean sheets once. Housekeeping needs overhaul.

Air conditioner in first room blew hot air. Room was not clean as well as could have been. Tub had dirty water spots down side. Mold around floor of tub. Air vent in bathroom was totally blocked by dirt. Chairs had stains. Carpet was not flat in entrance of room. I will not ever be staying there agsin

Hotel looks Beautiful outside....when I walked into the lobby it had a smell and looked dreary compared to outside..I almost walked out but it was late so I stayed...the elevator was stark and unwelcoming...the hallway needs pictures and happier paint color...I was so happy when I opened the door the room was so much better! The bed could be better but it wasnt bad.....the carpet is giving replace vibes...the only annoyance is the a/c fan goes on and off which drives me crazy ...get a constant option in there....other than that the room was clean and updated...I had stayed a few days ago at the beginning of my trip because I had a free choice rewards room and we actually liked it so much we came back for the end of our trip as we drove through

Nice enough place. Stayed there after a concert at local community college. Clean, Friendly, nice real breakfast with eggs, etc. But the bed was hard as a stone slab, and the pillows were so flat and hard. There are dozens of other hotels nearby, if I go again it will be to another hotel.

The cleanliness was average, showerhead was broken barely any water pressure. The front desk staff were not very friendly. There were a group of teens roaming the halls and running around the lobby and elevator. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement.

They were accommodating bc we needed an earlier check in and we appreciate later check out. Staff was friendly although we had to ring the bell for front desk service almost every time. Quite frankly I did have an issue with something...which I won't even mention because the front desk...I think the manager who was on duty was so incredibly helpful, friendly, resourceful, honest...all was resolved. GREAT FRONT DESK STAFF!

Our first time stay. The staff was excellent and a special shout out for Towanda at the front desk. She handled our check with efficiency. The next day we requested another pillow and not only did she arrange it, she asked on our way out if it arrived. She is great!

I was disappointed in the safety of this place. I have two kids and felt terribly unsafe. I’m pretty sure we saw a drug deal go down. Nothing near it is nice. The room smelled musty. We booked two nights and left after an hour. Not worth staying here

Great hotel and nice stay. I must say the only reason the comfort was a 4 is because hotel pillows are too soft for me and i didnt sleep well. But not the fault of the hotel. and the breakfast made up for it. Theres a cracker barrel right next door but the omelets were surprisingly very good, sausage, potatoes (which my wife would have liked done a little more- i thought they were good). Waffles, cereal, bagels... i mean you couldnt ask for more.
