Staff was great. Hotel is clean but needs updated and lots of work. Shower was meh. Pool and hot tub was down the 5 days we were there. Need to sell beer and wine in the shop but overpriced items, go next door to get better deals and a bar. Worst "hot breakfast" I've ever had. Food was terrible everyday, cold and tasted funny, fruit was way over ripe, and missing a lot of items.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was easy to find off I95. The rooms are spacious and have the amenities you need. We had a 1 bedroom suite with two beds. There is a full size kitchen area. The shower was hot and the A/c was cold. The beds were very cozy and clean. It was perfect for my family of 3. The pool and spa were clean and there is also a fitness center with a peloton bike. There is also a complementary breakfast but we didn’t try it. Also coffee and tea was available 24/7 with self service. The hotel staff is friendly and check in was easy. We were in Bel Air for a family wedding and this property was perfect for our needs. We would definitely return here.

The stay was actually quite nice. We felt a bit deceived about the pool and jacuzzi being "closed for renovation". We actually booked this hotel for the jacuzzi access. Need more transparency regarding hotel amenities.

The expedia advertised there is a working pool and jacuzzi. The hotel said its being closed for months for renovation. I chose this hotel because of the pool and jacuzzi for the kids and when we got there we were so disappointed to find out they are not working.

Wonderful staff and service. Pool and hot tub were not working which was disappointing to our son and general maintenance could be improved (closet doors off track and unusable, no dishwasher pods for dishwasher, etc) but overall convenient and good stay.

Perfect! It was the perfect getaway for me and my fiancée. It was his birthday weekend and the room was so spacious, clean, the kitchen was a plus! The 24 hour coffee downstairs really helped for the late nights. And even though it is pet friendly it was still very quiet. I will be returning here just to have a clear space to relax

We decided to stay in the hotel because of the indoor pool and prior to book the stay, I called and they told me the pool is being serviced and should be open the next day. I went the next day and it was still closed for service. The room was specious but the building was setup like a maze that it was a small hastle to bring baggage to. The shower head had mold build up on it. We didn't notice it until the whole family already took a shower. I talked to the staff about it and they worked with us on this situation. Hopefully this would change their cleaning routine but I would not stay here again. This situation has impacted my family travel itinerary due to both my kids having medical conditions that would be affected by the mold. We had to stay for another 24 hrs (not in the same hotel) to observe our kids in case they needed medical attention.

Pool was closed for 4 out of 5 days and then when it opened a gaggle of little leaguers took over with their oblivious parents letting them do flips and roughhouse splashing my relaxing family. We lasted 10 minutes. After a complaint the hotel DID give me one night free. Thank you for that.

There was large areas/puddles of green mold around the hot tub. The bath tub was clogged when we checked in and it took until almost noon the following day to fix. There was trash all over the ground near a dumpster out back.

Room had not been properly cleaned. Hairs all over the sink, dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirt in the dresser drawers. Teflon frying pan was old and chipped, had to throw away the food I cooked because of all the teflon chips that got into it.

Hotel, rooms, linens and towels are very clean. No smells, no dirty in corners, full fridge, soft mattress, large rooms. The staff was courteous without exception. Delicious breakfast and very well prepared. You can order Chinese from Fred or cook your meal in the room's kitchen. Very safe environment. Absolutely non smoking on site. Ten stars!

We arrived at 2:45 for 3 o’clock check in and our room was not ready yet so we waited for 15 minutes and it was ready at 3 PM. The one downfall of this place is a large courtyard with grills and fire pits that sits right outside of a lot of of the rooms. There was a large group who was sitting outside until 4 AM laughing and carrying on. There’s also a basketball net out there and somebody was shooting layups at 7 AM and all you could hear was the ball bouncing. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was average parking was easy.

Clean and fairly comfortable. There were some little things: the TV always had problems . . . channels unavailable (satellite TV?) When we asked, we were told we could stream, so connected my lap-top to stream some movies, etc. Closet door did not slide open far enough; made it hard to reach the whole rod and get the iron/ ironing board. Bottom sheets corner elastic was stretched, so had to keep trying to tuck the sheet in . . .Toilet seat was loose. . . Just little annoyances. This stay was for 9 days; we've stayed before and will stay again, but trust these small things will be addressed.

Property takes no cash whatsoever. Couldnt even get a soda without giving them a card and had to do it each time. Could not be added to the room. Charged $50 refundale for incidentals. This was fine except it had to be done every day. It could not be carried over the next day. So everyday tbere would be a $50 charge to my card and the refund would take 7 to 10 days. Just a real pain in the ass!!

Excellent customer service. This is a newer facility that is right off the interstate. They also have one of the better breakfasts out of any hotel Ive stayed at. This will definitely be a 1st choice when i stay in the area. Definitely a 1st choice

Having the kitchen was nice. The pool was smaller than expected but the children still loved it. The children also said the pull out was super comfortable…I wouldn’t know lol. The bed was comfortable. Close to dining options and entertainment options. When I booked, this hotel had much better rates than the hotels right next to it…
