The hotel staff was very accommodating, updating our room choice once we had to add our daughter to the trip. After we checked in, our TV wasn’t working. Someone came to the room right away to problem solve. Once he couldn’t figure it out, he sent us to another room. We will surely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed overnight for a quick trip to get away for our anniversary. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We used the hot tub and the sauna. Our room was a king size that looked out over the parking lot but towards the water which is what we wanted. We slept in so we didn't have breakfast but the menu that was put up looked amazing.

Where do I begin? This was the most incongruent per night spend to quality received that I’ve ever experienced. To begin the room is dark, dank, musty, and the pillows smell like a cross between marijuana smoke and hair product. The bathroom did not appear clean, I kept my shoes on the entire time we were in the room. We booked this hotel as part of a road trip and had a long 7 hour drive the next day. There was a party in the room next to us from 2 AM to 4:30ish. Even though this room was relatively close to the first floor office, nobody was addressing it. I did call to complain around 3 AM but the party raged on till about 4:30. To pay the money that we did and not even get a whisper of a good night sleep is nauseating. We walked by the pool to get to our room, I’d rather fight a bear than swim in that pool. It was so cloudy, with a film on the top. This property is not well maintained, it needs a major facelift inside the rooms. They also need staff that are going to firmly address rowdy guests in order to provide some type of decent aspect of hospitality service. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. We frequently travel and will avoid this spot.
