What an amazing family owned hotel in Jessup, MD! Have been staying in this hotel for a while. Rooms are clean and very well maintained, staff is friendly and very helpful, you feel yourself here at home - for the short time this hotel is your home. It takes < 10 mins to drive to Columbia, MD, and around half hour to Washington, DC or to Baltimore, MD. RIght around the corner there is Costco, Trader Joe's, etc. The hotel has a small gym that is always open, and the breakfasts are good. Sound insulation is amazing, I could never hear neighbors. Windows are facing either very silent parking lot, or green area, and it is only the side of the hotel that is facing the road noise from which can't be heard insite. Very highly recommend this hotel, and will continue staying here with pleasure whenever winds bring me to this area!

The room was very well maintained, the bed is comfortable, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, parking is easy and plentiful, wi-fi is good, breakfast is included and the options are varied and well-stocked.

It's a decent place to stay for what you pay for. Rooms are in a bit of a rough condition but they're clean. Service is friendly, welcoming and responsive. I would come here again. Free parking, WIFI and breakfast.

While the facility was ok they had signs posted in the lobby saying that you could not bring anything from the breakfast area back to your room. The second thing is that the staff could not resolve the issue I had when try to connect to the internet. The breakfast was ok but the staff kept on coming over to see what I was doing or eating like if I was being watched. I felt very uncomfortable and probably would not stay there again

It was one of the best hoyels i have stayed at!!!! Staff was great, place was quiet, room was very clean!!!! Only bad part was no place to do laundry but thats not an issue for me

We entered the assigned room and after we used the bathroom we noticed mold in several areas on the ceiling and walll. The receptionist agreed to change the room only after I insisted that we can not stay in a room w mold and told him I’ll call Expedia to get reimbursed . Nothing to do around the hotel pretty abandoned area . Parking lot and hallway on the first floor where we were moved strongly smelled like marijuana . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone . I would have uploaded pictures of the walls w mold but this review does not give me that option .

The staff was excellent! However the room condition was very poor. There were stains on the floor, damaged vent grates on the air conditioner, mismatched paint on walls due to damage repairs, dry wall protruding from around the bathtub which revealed behind the wall, mildew in the bathroom where counter meets the backsplash, and overall feel of disrepair. Again, the front desk staff was excellent - friendly, engaging, and diligent. If room was repaired, this would have been a pleasant stay.

My bathroom smelled like cigarettes every time someone would smoke outside (often). I let the front desk know and that was the end of it. No apology no sympathy. I guess this is normal and he was tired of hearing about it. The carpet was soaked leading up to the elevator. I almost slipped a few times.

I was totally shocked when I was told there was a smoking floor, which was the first floor. The entire floor smelled and then she told me my room would not smell well it did and every time I open the door it was even worse. I didn’t even think any hotel had smoking in it anymore, very upset and annoyed with it will never stay there again

This place was right around work and had to stay to make sure all shifts were covered with the snow. While I had tried to get some sleep, wasn't overly tired. My room was also practically facing a busy road so a tad noisy. Overall had breakfast and was a good stay. Front desk was very friendly

Decent rooms, friendly check in, beds are not very comfortable for me but I am not a fan of hard beds. Older feeling plenty of dings, and chipped away places with outdated AC and tv but they both work. The microwave does not work well but the fridge does. All in all, not for the picky travelers but it was okay. The price is good for the area.

The staff was extremely rude every day. Initial day staff gave wrong times for beach chair rental. Spent two days with fire alarm issues. Now dealing with credit card issues. Front desk stole card info and now resort trying to charge invalid fees. Had to cancel card. Do not stay at this facility.

Downstairs lobby was dirty with stain old furniture. Doors were kept open and it was cold and unpleasant. The check in was the worst. Couldn’t find reservation so had to wait for 20 minutes late at night.

This hotel is sufficient, we reserved 2 rooms one of the toilets didn't flush properly and when I alerted the front staff about it I was given directions on how to get it to work instead of them offering to fix it. Breakfast was okay however their waffle maker wasn't properly working at the time. They ran out of eggs at 8 am and I told the front desk person and he said they did not have any more eggs, this person just didn't want to look because 5 minutes later the Breakfast attendant took care of making more. The beds were okay, the carpet could use a shampoo walking on the carpet in socks will turn your socks brown from dirt. All in all it was okay for what you pay.

The room wasn't bad, the employees were k8nd but not very attentive. The lack of attentiveness was especially true during breakfast, we were down an hour and fifteen minutes before they ended and they didn't refill anything or even check on the food.
