The room was great, we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the room darkening curtains. They weren't so dark and let a lot of light in around the top and sides which stinks when the sun comes up so early.

The toilet was for midgets. Replace immediately. My junk bounced off the bowl water. My meat got wet. The phone did not work. The floor was wet and spongy for 3 days. The towels were very rough. The only night manager Chev knew what she was doing and a polished professional. I left early and did not get a chance to speak with Manager for at least one comp day. Rent a bulldozer. Great location but hotel is finished.

Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was convenient to our adventures while in Bar Harbor. Would definitely stay here again when return to the area.

The room was the not clean, moldy, had poor beds, old bedding. It had a moderate rating and it should be lower. Breakfast was good. There was no air conditioning, the machine was full of dirt the top part was broken. The bathroom was really bad, black mold, cracked peeling paint. Do not bring young children there.

The room is just something to get by when you stay here. You come for Bar Harbor & this is available so, you stay. Old style motel more than anything. But, it's a place to stay. The staff was not very responsive when I called & requested day less since, my flight was canceled & rebooted. Thus, losing a day. I requested & reminded when I checked in. The front desk said they would note it & gave me parking pass for day less. But, didn't note it. So, I'm driving back to Boston on highway & get called about leaving early. I explained to him situation & hopefully Adam straightened ot out.
