I had requested that my 2 rooms were on the same floor. They did not accommodate. My kids were on the 3D floor. Noisy, unclean,room smelled disgusting,elevator not working all five days,people hanging out in stairways and the non smoking are in front of the hotel was never respected.

Beds was horrible very uncomfortable, room had a musky smell and loud guest in other rooms. TV not the greatest. No ice machine, sheets had stains on them and pillows sucked. Would not recommend wasn’t worth the price

Elevator was out of order for multiple days. Hallways leading to rooms are very dirty - food and pet hair on the floor. Staff was friendly upon checking in but could be heard loudly complaining about costumers the next morning.

Property had remodeling/roof work being done that started at 7:30am! Had no warning about this otherwise would’ve changed hotels. Floors in the room were sticky, yuck! Bathroom didn’t look/feel clean.

This property was filthy, my room was gross I had to clean and sanitize my room before I could use it. Countertops were peeling away. Bedding was dirty. And all of the furniture was damaged and peeling despite this property being smoke-free my room stunk like cigarette smoke, and there were several burn marks in the counters. I tried making the best out of my situation because of an upcoming snowstorm, the cake topper was when the hotel lost power. It did not have a generator. It was an entire day with no power not even offered a flashlight to find my way around. When I went down to the lobby early in the morning, they had a small generator propped outside the door to have a light for the lobby and to brew coffee. There were Extension cords running through the lobby on the floor which I tripped over on my way out the door. Ridiculous!!! What was supposed to be two days of relaxation ( no kids, no husband, no house to clean) became a nightmare. I think this hotel is more for people that are homeless than it is for people on vacation I would never ever ever stay here again. If your coming to Maine on vacation DO NOT stay here!!!!

It's a nice area everything close by food etc. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was on my entire life i ha e stayed in hotels in many places but never NO ICE MACHINES !! EVEN JUST ONE ON THE LONBH AREA

The elevator was broken, and there was no attempt to find another room for my elderly spouse. The floor was very sticky. Mildew on the shower curtain. No coffee maker in the room. We aren’t planning on staying again.

The whole hotel smelled stale, no one ever did any house cleaning the entire time we were there! We even had to get our own clean towels! We had to buy deodorizers because the room smelled like they just painted over the cigarette smoke on the walls, and the carpet was stained and filthy!!!! It was altogether a bad experience

My fiancé and I stayed here as we were visiting family in the Portland area. This place is not great. The tv did not work, the bed was very uneven it felt like someone had laid on on side for a long time. The air conditioning smelled dusty, and the toilet did not flush. It’s definitely in your budget if that’s what you’re going for but don’t expect anything good. We stayed in room 124 for reference

The room was clean and quiet. Some of the kitchen items have seen quite a bit of wear. All were still functional, but a bit beat up. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big. The tub wasn't draining effectively, so we ended up with about an inch of water in the tub by the end of the shower. The only part of the hotel that wasn't acceptable was a funky smell in the hallway.

Booked a king bed room and got put into a double bed room and not even 2 queens they were just small beds. Lady at the desk said they were fully booked and would not give me the room i paid for. I told her i would not pay the price of a king for a less valuible room and wanted the bill adjusted to that kind of a room rate, i do give her credit as she did lower the bill to accommodate. Overall it was a dissapointment as we did not get the room we booked and got shoved into a lower value room but they were clean at least

Very nice place to stay if you need to stay long term and need a kitchen. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. If we didn’t need a full fridge and stove top I probably would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Not much to like. Arrived and checked in, went to room and dropped off luggage and other items, went shopping, returned to find that both our key cards did not work, went to front desk and they stated that we were never put in the system as having the room and they had given it to someone else because the room was available!! Turns out the other guests entered are room while we were gone and then reported the room was occupied when they went in. They were not impressed and left the hotel. When we were told of the situation we did not feel comfortable staying for fear that someone else would walk in our room for the same reason. This was a huge error!! We left the facility and I am waiting to get a refund but not sure it will happen. Steer clear of this hotel, it is soooo sketchy.

Worst service. Manager walked into our room at 11pm stating "our name was not on the room." Same manger checked us in after saying we had two reservations. Only had one. This place is so poorly ran. Will not go back.

Seemed no staff was onsite at 2am - as the lobby check in had a metal roll down window and a little box for key return. Never been in a hotel like that - seems there is always someone at the front counter and or security, ? A parking spot in front marked for Police - as if a perm spot was needed for police. ? The elevator needs a good scrub - the floor outside on 2nd floor had a puddle of something - maybe pet urine? Sticky it seemed as you could not avoid.

Got to the property and waited forever to check in. Finally called the hotel and spoke to staff who were away from the desk. She was working short. Then got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. So because she was working short, we offered to get the bedding and make the bed ourselves. Obviously short staffed here in reception and housekeeping. Otherwise I think it would have been fine.

Not at all a clean facility. Smoke stained bathroom counter top. Hallway rug was dirty, debris all over the outside parking lot. People sleeping in their cars in parking lot. Went to leave this am and someone had thrown their clothes throughout the hallway. Room had a fuse panel hanging off the wall. Bed was comfortable.

I booked this place for my boyfriend dog and I after flying all day. We got to the property, let my dog to go pee and there was needles in the parking lot, my boyfriend went in and checked in and said the lobby had an awful smell. We got to the room and as I do everywhere I stay I check sheets/ sinks: tub and toilet and it was all dirty. There was a bogger on the bed frame and pee on the toilet seat. Lady at front desk was lovely though.

There were drug sales going on in the parking lot, the lobby smelled like pot, there were homeless people living there and walking around the property all day long. I felt unsafe at times and gave up my last 3 nights to stay in a different hotel. Never again will I stay at such a place!

We were looking for something cheaper than being downtown. We got it but also got what we paid for. It has not been kept up super great. The grab and go breakfast was fruit bars and sugary muffins. The staff was kind and helpful. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and I had to ask for a coffee maker.

We were looking for a safe, clean place to spend the night - no need for extras or anything fancy. Our stay fulfilled that need at a moderate price. However, the facility smells of cigarette smoke even though they state there is a “no smoking” policy. Perhaps it’s because of the many people smoking just outside the lobby door and the smoke blows into the hotel. Also, the free breakfast is just a coffee pot and a few packaged muffins and granola bars with no place to sit. We went out for breakfast. If the need presents, we will consider staying there again.

Carpets were old, kitchen is not supplied (you have to ask for pots, pan and eating supplies from front desk) general condition of the hotel needs a overhaul. Stove was a two burner stove that looked like it was from the 70s Breakfast was muffins and cereal. Coffee you had your choice of regular coffee or water for tea.

You get what you pay for. We chose this property because of its location and cost. Lesson learned. We had to wait *a while* for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. There were no plastic cups in the bathroom- I understand at an extended stay you can request items for the kitchenette- but there should be cups in the bathroom. The shower itself did not have hot water, the water pressure was low and it didn’t drain properly. The fan in the bathroom was chock full of lint and dirt. Just gruesome. The morning after showering, there was *still* water in the tub. The floor of the room looked like it hadn’t been swept. There was a drawer in the bureau that kept sliding open, (not outrageous - but awkwardly bothersome) and a bulb on the night stand lamp was out. Everything was nicked or scratched or dirt or missing. Felt like a post-apocalyptic getaway- complete with ‘we don’t care’ attitude. The cherry on the awful stay sundae was- there was no coffee left in the lobby with the ‘free breakfast ‘ when we checked out (9am).
