everyone was so friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service to the airport and downtown for the evening was excellent. I would highly recommend this Marriott to anyone going to Portland.

When we got there, our room had been double booked. We then found out the whole hotel was under construction and that the pool and hot tub were unavailable for use, this was very disappointing to two teenagers and an 8 year old. They also had no cots for us to use as the room the gave us was smaller than the one we booked. All in all it was a nightmare. Good thing I have a great family who made the best of it. 10/10 would not recommend.

We were a bit disappointed that the photos on their website show a hot tub in the pool area, but no hot tub existed. We were also disappointed with the very expensive breakfast options and lack of water options at the snack area. Overall, the place was very clean and check-in was very easy. It was a convenient location.

The staff was amazing overall. I was disappointed that they advertised having a whirlpool, but there was not one. Their advertisement was misleading, it advertised that there was 1 restaurant, 1 coffee shop and 1 bar. But the truth was they are all 1place. I was really looking forward to a night away with all these right there so we wouldn't have to go anywhere.

Hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was out of order during our stay but the staff accommodated us and our three children with a swim over at the hotel just across from our hotel. Even during renovations, the noise was not an issue! Great stay!

We booked this hotel solely based on the fact that they have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. When we check in we are told that the shuttle guy doesn’t come in until 330 so we would be late getting to the airport. Consequently we had to get an Uber to the airport and spent $50. Also, for our return trip we arrive back in to Portland at 1am and will have to get another Uber spending another $50. The ice machine was directly beside our room and we could hear it all night. And then to top it all off they don’t even have coffee available for their guests. We were VERY DISSATISFIED with our stay

We stay here every year at Christmas time to go shopping. It’s a great hotel. We did notice that housekeeping was slipping a bit this time. Stuff not restocked. We had to get coffee pods and paper cups because they weren’t replenished in between guests. The pillows were not as comfortable as they usually are. Didn’t feel “hotel quality” at all. Little things that could be improved on. Will stay again.

Entrance room doors extremely noisy. Need to be properly realigned/hung so not slamming shut day and night. Our room door wouldn’t properly close and we were forced to slam all the time. Also no body wash in room on arrival. The hallways on Saturday night extremely noisy as well. People running up and down.

Fire alarm went off. You can hear everything in hallway. 1 “ gap at bottom of hallway door. Not sure if that’s by state building code or what. But has to contribute to noise levels. Also warm on 4th floor. Had to turn on air conditioning in early March to keep temperature down.

Hotel is located adjacent to the on-ramp for 295, so all night you hear vehicles accelerating up to the highway. The rooms also have a HVAC system that does not allow you to keep fan running all the time so you hear that system cycling on and off while trying to sleep. Otherwise, while it seems to be an older establishment it was clean and convenient. Furniture was getting worn though. The hotel is a decent option but would be hard to give any more than 4 stars.

When we got there, our room had been double booked. The hotel is fine, but the Starbucks cafe was pretty awful. Service was extremely slow, and either the staff didn't know the recipes or didn't have the ingredients for the menu items, as items were missing from the given descriptions. This was true at 2 meals.

Was so amazing.. we went for a funeral stay and everyone was so kind and welcoming, the Christmas decorations was just enough, the card on the stand was thoughtful! We will be back. The food at the cafe was yummy.

I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. I can go simewychesper and get a microwave. It was not up to the quality of a nice motel. It was a “wanna be”. No complimentary breakfast.
