The bed was clean and comfy the room was clean and very nice. The restaurant and bar was amazing and friendly staffing

Rooms were clean and comfortable. A/C worked well. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Breakfast options were great. Willl definitely stay here again

Decent hotel in Ann Arbor with ample free parking. It is a bit away from the university (need to drive) and not many dining options within walking distance. AC fan was noisy so I finally turned it off at night. Otherwise we had a comfortable one night stay.

I didn't like the fact that you didn't have free breakfast! I did like the fact that you had a bar. The rooms were fantastic!!

We had a very restful overnight stay here. The property was well maintained, and nestled in a quiet location. There was also a beautiful patio with a swimming pool, and a cafe with Starbucks. We were grabbed a quick, delicious breakfast (French toast with strawberries & a breakfast burrito with bacon) and coffee before heading out. Our room was large, updated & very clean with a comfy King bed and pillows, sofabed, large TV, coffee maker, and small fridge. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We asked about restaurants nearby for dinner, and the desk clerk talked about options and gave us a printed list. The only thing that could use improvement are the generic soap/shampoo/conditioners mounted in the shower/bathtub; fortunately, we brought our own.

Love the courtyard and ability to open the door. It’s beautiful and the pool area is fun. Close to campus and lots of great restaurants.

Looking to getaway and relax. This property wasn’t it. Elevator down. No access to streaming services but remote has Netflix and YouTube options. One employee said it’s the internet signal. Second employee said they don’t have it. Stale smell in room. Mentioned to front desk how far the walk is due to elevator being down. She said to take the steps then asked if I wanted to switch rooms once she realized she offended me.

Room was clean and furnishings were modern and comfortable. Parking lot was a bit rough, with some big potholes.

The room was very quiet. Tons of parking. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. We didn't try the indoor pool but saw others using it. The fitness room was open 24 hrs, which we didn't get to use, but that's a bonus. We had to stay an extra night due to a medical emergency. The staff provided us the names of two nearby clinics, one of which we did visit & they took us promptly, that Sunday. As Canadians, it was very helpful to get their rapid assessment. We had to go on to the hospital & were unable to leave that night. The hotel made it easy to at first, have what we thought was going to be a late checkout and turned into an extra night. The lobby area was rather cold. I didn't have to spend time there, but found it chilly. Maybe it was just me, but I found it too chilly. The cafe prices for coffee seemed very high. But I guess you are paying for onsite convenience! The hotel, like others nearby, is in a commercial park, essentially. The suburban environment is very quiet. There are a few restaurants which are walkable and quite close and a few more that are about a 15-20 min walk or so, if you prefer to walk-or 2 min drive. For anyone visiting looking for a nearby grocery store, I recommend Busch's at 2240 S. Main St. neaby. It was amazing & has everything you could possibly want. In the same plaza you can get a variety of food from other places including bagels, bubble tea, a bakery & more. There is also a CVS pharmacy if you need one.

Property doesn’t look great from the outside but inside, it’s an above average Courtyard. Very clean and quiet. Would stay again. Excellent value.

Dirty, dated, holes in the ceiling, leaking faucets, and toilets! Disgusting!

It was not clean. After we found hair in the bed sheets we were offered another room. The sheets in the second room were clean, however there was something sticky on one of the nightstands and coffee spills on the door frame. The receptionists were very helpful.

The front desk staff - Chef's kiss. They all were (well, all but 1 dude) fantastic. Great service. Kind. Engaging. The bartender (Tuesday evening 8.26.25) made a mean Bourbon smash. Yummy. The food. Didn’t look appetizing so I passed on that. But the coffee and teas were preprared right! Every morning my lattes were on point. The bad news: the rooms are not as clean as they look. Smh. The rugs could stand a deep clean or even a good vacuuming. When I entered the room the first 2 days it smelled musky. Which, could make sense if it had to do with that carpet. I always bring lysol spray and wipes. And its when I started wiping surfaces down that the secret was revealed. Mold in and around the sink. The countertop had a film of debis/dust? The bathroom floor had a hair on it. Inside the shower fixtures are rusted, the ceiling is peeling, and where the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are hanging, that holder had more hair in between the bottles. The hair was short and curly. Probably not from someone's head. The toilet handle has to be jiggled because the water in the tank runs. The first day I had to take the top off the toilet and lift the plunger thing. At night especially you hear the gurgling of the pipes at the sink. To the extent I thougt it was flooding. It's annoying. But not to the extent that I wanted to change rooms. I may not say anything else outside of this review. Largely due to the excellent front desk service. I had to extend my stay and stayed in same room.

The rooms are a bit outdated but the experience was okay.

I was unable to use the in-room internet. I was able to easily connect with the conference wi-fi in the lobby, but the in-room internet refused to connect.

Nothing to criticize - everything was great! Very clean, comfy room, friendly staff. I'm becoming a big fan of the Marriott! (Only one tiny thing - didn't realize there was Guest Stay Information tucked in the key envelope until we were ready to leave! Maybe check-in staff could point this out.)

Excellent check in, allowed a friend and I to have adjoining rooms which was great!

Staff was very helpful. The breakfast charge for 2 coffees and a scone for about $25.00 was ridiculous. I guess we'r spoiled as 9 times out of 10 breakfast is included the room rate. By - By Marriott.
