Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel

Great customer service at desk. Breakfast was okay but not great. Clean. Pool was out of service all weekend which was highly disappointing for the kids in our group

The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and friendly. My room was very well cleaned and was cleaned on a daily basis of my stay housekeeping was excellent

I've stayed at a few different hotels in this small area. Sheraton's room was updated with more modern bathroom than some others with dated furniture and bathrooms. However, the wifi in the room was pretty non-existent. Also some others offer free coffee all day, which was not the case here. The room seemed clean, but it wasn't vacuumed as I found some leftover trash on the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the front staff was nice.

This hotel is not far from Michigan U main campus and the downtown. Hotel check in and check out were easy. Their small convenience store was convenient for snacks and drinks. Plenty of parking as well. Our room was on the main floor. It had an awful musty smell like a wet damp basement. I'm not sure if this was because it was a rainy weekend and the parking lot was our direct view but it was not pleasant. Rooms are outdated re carpet and curtains but the beds were comfortable.
