Our room was not tidy. The kitchen was filthy. The dishwasher was disgusting and sink. Couldn't use toaster dirty. Hand prints everywhere on microwave and fridge. Shower had hair in it Not what we have ever experienced here.

Staffs are very helpful and pleasant. Room needs a little update. Mattress on sofa bed was not comfortable. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The hotel itself was great, the breakfast was good, the staff was good, everything was clean. We had an issue with the ice maker in the room, it did not work, but they offered complimentary bags of ice at the front desk. They were going to have maintenance look at it after our stay. Our biggest issue was the floor in the room. It appeared clean, but after walking on in with bare feet the bottoms of our feet were very dirty. It is in desperate need of shampooing. Other than that everything was great.
