Wonderful staff who worked to get our room ready early for us. Comfortable and clean room. Only complaint is that it was so hot, and the ice machines were out of order. I would have loved to have been able to have a nice jug of ice water.

Not setup for much truck w/trailer parking. Our comforter on the bed was stained. The air conditioner was installed very poorly. And there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower (see pictures).

It was under construction and the halls were a mess. You could hear banging/thumping into the night. Our room was fairly clean but we were on the ground floor and had 2 windows and neither had locks on them, they were just gone! There was a 3 inch gap under our door, there was a hole in the tub covered by black gorilla tape, the website says breakfast buffet and there was absolutely nothing for breakfast and the 2 coffee carafes were empty! Huge waste of $100. I didn't bother speaking to management because based on the reviews and the way it looked around there, it doesn't make a difference. Sad....Never again.

Hotel was renovated but the Reno was like a diy. The ac unit in the room was a small window unit inadequate for the room. There was a pile of construction debris on the side of the building. The area was iffy. Did no feel safe

The room was recently redone and very quiet and comfortable. We didn't want for anything within our room. The hotel itself needs some updating (*maybe they're working on that?) Staff was pleasant. Cleanliness, hallways had bags of garbage in them (from other guests) that could be picked up. The parking lot itself needs re-paving and re-marking. But overall value for what we paid was good! We will rebook for next year's event.

The hotel was under construction to the point that they should not be renting to guests. The room that I booked online for a specific reason was available online then when I got to the hotel it was not available because it was under construction and basically a storage work room. Had I known this room would not be available I would have chosen a different hotel as I needed that particular type of room. Carpet installers were still working at 11pm making a lot of noise. Just disappointing overall and I will not return. The basic response when I questioned the front desk was a very polite "sorry about your luck". It wasn\'t the front desk employees fault but there was nothing they could do about it. The management is deceptive in that they should be upfront about the situation. They are VERY under construction and it absolutely affects your stay.

When I checked in there was no one at the desk and had to call to get someone there. As I went around outside to the side door to get to my room the outside door was not locked or even latched. My room was in the second floor but the stairs looked like they had not been cleaned in quite some time with trash in the corners. Our room appeared clean at first but the floors were definitely not vacuumed since I found a quarter right next to the bed. Remote for tv did not work ( property knows this since their “how to use remote” description says sorry the remote doesn’t work as the first thing on the paper. Bathroom had hair all over the floor from previous guests. Would not recommend breakfast. If you saw a mouse trap in the kitchen right by the food and the state of unclean I don’t think you would want to eat there either. A bed to sleep on and not much more.

The room was somewhat updated but still quite dated. The sheets on my bed were stained, the sheets were fine on the other bed. The couch in the room was stained as well. The evening and day staff were both very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were limited but decent for the price of the room. I would not choose to stay here again.

I didn’t see any roaches or bed bugs, so I guess that’s a plus. Staff, although friendly, was not helpful. The continental breakfast was a joke. Consider staying elsewhere, I know I won’t be returning.

This property is not properly maintained or cleaned. Bed had crumbs which were obviously leftovers from previous guest. Towels had stains on them and leftover toothpaste in the sink. For the $200 charge this property is one to stay away from. Very disappointing!

Filter in coffee maker in room was never removed from previous guest. Makes me question if it was ever cleaned. Furniture in room was old and very outdated. When sitting down in lobby noticed the layers of dirt on the baseboards and around windows. Manager needs to step up and take care of property.

The hotel room needs some updating. AC very noisey. My clock alarm went off at midnight that I didn't set. Not impressed. However, the bed was comfortable. Sabrina at the front desk was very friendly and informative to the upcoming concert. The reason for booking this hotel was it was a 4 min walk to the Fairgrounds for Keith Urban concert which was a bonus!

Check in was fast staff was nice. While checking in you could hear kids running up and down the hallway on the 2nd floor, they did stop running when we came around the corner off the stair well. Never found an elevator. Was a nicer room but I feel like maybe a $100 room not close to $200. If the bed was not hard as a rock I might go back if in that area again.

We found the A/C did not cool the room and was unclean. Also the bed mattresses were in poor shape and felt as if an elephant had slept in them first and made them saggy. The room was also very dark. I won't be staying there anymore in the future.

Well, you get what you pay for. Room was rather small. Room darkening shade, but not a regular one; it was either dark or open to the world. Breakfast was sparse. The whole place was dark and needed updating. It’s a Wyndham property and I asked at the desk about Wyndham Rewards program. They didn’t seem to know anything about it.

Nice hotel, well maintained, helpful staff, economy room had comfortable Queen bed, big wall mounted TV, large ‘frig, plus desk & chair. Just off the main highway near a lot of shopping areas including a Walmart. Good place for an overnight stop or as a base for a longer stay in the Escanaba area.

Older hotel. Some improvements and decently clean. Some noticeable things that could’ve been cleaner. We had a king bed and it was soft but worn to the point two people with forced in the middle. Breakfast was standard but breakfast area was super narrow.

Charged the card you reserved with automatically. 1st time that’s ever happened to me when I choose “pay at hotel” Hotel itself was fine, room was clean, little outdated. Breakfast area was tiny, like 1 person can get food at a time tiny, selection was minimal. Probably would find a different place to stay next time.

The room itself was clean and as good you could expect for the price paid. Location was great for a dog owner as we had room to walk our dog away from traffic. Main drawback was the breakfast. The bread was stale and the jelly so old it wasn't spreadable. The waffle was good, but nothing else was very fresh. It was only " good enough"
