I checked in tonight, May 17 and left just a few hours later. I found poop or blood on the bathroom wall, hair on the toilet and while in the shower I found more hair on the wall and the tub. Long hair. There is no way that was my hair. I am a bald man and check into this room alone and left alone. Went to the desk to check out and show the person behind the desk my pictures. He told me to contact the app I booked on. The app is no help. I left at 10pm and had to find another hotel to stay without a refund from this hotel. Also, look at the black mold by the tub Update They wont refund my money. I was in the room for a few hours and left. Their apology below means nothing when they keep your money after you had to leave and go pay another hotel for a place to stay. Spoke with their manger Tony this morning, May 18, he said he has a hard time believing the hair isn't mine. I pointed out I am bald and he can check the cameras to verify, he then said they are public hairs.

I was confused about the whole concept of the hotel. Other than that the front desk people were decent as well as the breakfast. The room was clean and decent, definitely liked the provided soaps they had and the brand. But still overall was confused about the concept of the whole thing.

The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful! The rooms and property are clean and in decent shape. This is our favorite hotel when visiting our grandson.

Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints.

You get what you pay for. Don't pay more than $100 bucks/night
