Room was great. Front desk staff was great. My issue was we went so the kids could swim. The pool chemicals were so far off what they should have been. Eyes burned and kids started coughing within a half hour each time of being in the pool. Disappointing!

Ptak unit needs fixed, could hear gears grinding and excess water in the unit. Room was humid bc of it. Thermostat on wall needed batteries, had to use unit thermostat. Slow drain in sink. Shower leaks and could have been cleaner. Hairs on some towels and on the toilet. Inside of toilet not cleaned the best. Toilet paper was thinner than tissues paper. We have better toilet paper at my corporate job. The room was fairly clean, not too dusty anywhere and No bugs. Bed and pillows were fairly comfortable for being a hotel bed. Did not use couch, don’t know comfortability on that. Fridge was nice and cold. Night staff could have been friendlier. Day staff very nice. Sketchy elevator, has been sketchy since the last time I stayed here 5 years ago. Windows and doors could have used a good cleaning. Some stains on the carpet, per usual in a hotel. Did not eat breakfast, can’t say what that’s like. Very close to all amenities. easy parking with lots of spots. fairly quiet.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Pool is very small. Property is being upgraded which is good, however, chemical smells were present right now. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. 4.5 stars.

This was our second stay for Snowfest, we stayed in 2022 as well. The hotel stay was as expected, room was great, staff was great, breakfast was meh. However my issue is parking. The hotel does not patrol their parking lot on the busiest weekend of the year, to ensure there is space for their incoming guests. There were NO parking spaces AT ALL. If I am spending +$300 a night, I expect to be able to park my vehicle in their lot. When we stayed in 2022 there was someone patrolling the lot. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

The breakfast was very well done with a great variety. High quality of food. What we didn't like was how stingy they were being with ice. The ice machine was broken and you had to ask for ice. They would only give you two (small) bags of ice a day. How expensive is ice? Let people have even three bags of ice for their coolers. Most people are in the process of traveling somewhere when they stay.

The pool area is very slippery. It has a very smooth tile that when wet is like walking on ice. Also we got locked in the pool are twice because the doors would not release.

The rooms are old and outdated. Very low water pressure and Luke warm water. To many kids. The elevator is filthy, free breakfast has limited items. Found bugs, housekeeping is just terrible.

When first entering our room, we were hit with a very strong mildew smell. The smell only got stronger each time we left the room and came back. There was mold near the ceiling in the bathroom and a large dark stain on the mattress that was visible through the sheets. Disappointed with the cleaniness of the room with having 3 littles with us.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and there were areas in and around the shower with mold. There was always a smell of marijuana inside and outside the building. Will not stay there again. Bathroom is gross....

The room when we first arrived was very dirty. The mirror looked like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. There was hair on the toilet and bathroom floor. My nightstand looked like it wasn’t wiped down from whoever was there before me. Plus, there was dust piled up around the air vent telling me it hasn’t been dusted in a while. The pros was that it was right downtown and most things (restaurants, stores) were in walking distance. However, my wife encouraged me to book a hotel sooner so that we didn’t have to come back to this one.

The room had not been dusted. There were cobwebs covering the coffee pot to the little basket where the coffee pods were stored. The floor in the bathroom was just grose...not clean. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We were very disappointed for a $383 stay for 1 night in Frankenmuth, MI.

Very Loud - room near side entrance - constant activity on first floor with gym and pool. Children jumping off the bed in the room directly above us and running hard - until 1:00am. Got worse after staff asked them to quiet down.

We try and take our granddaughter to Frankenmuth every year. This is our first time staying here but will definitely consider it again when planning. Our room was spacious and perfect for our stay. Having the couch sitting area was a great space to play a card game before bed.

Great hotel, room was very spacious. The hotel staff was friendly. The only problem was TV placement in the room... Couldn't see it well from the couch or the bed, it was stuck on a stand in the corner. Everything else was great.

Very close to downtown. Can't get much better as far as location to all the shops and chicken dinner. The place looked old on the iinside and in some areas- dirty. Great bed, service, and pool. But the walls are paper thin and if your neighbor wants to talk and party all night, your screwed.: ( Hope this helps!

Excellent property in good location. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. A lot of dining options very close by. Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and perfect for our family of five. Complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites of Frankenmuth! There were a few small issues (there wasn’t enough toilet paper in the room, no bar of soap, and the extra bedding/trundle bed sheets were dirty), but they didn’t deter from the positives. The biggest plus was the staff. Tracie, specifically, was amazing! She was always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was ample. The hotel is just steps away from the start of the shops on Main Street. We go to Frankenmuth several times per year and hope to stay at SpringHill again!

Very happy with our stay at Springhill Suites in Frankenmuth. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast offered nice choices. Room was very clean. Enjoyed having the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Wish the refrigerator had a small freezer section for ice packs. Right in town, close to all the shops, etc.

The room was fine. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired. Fake eggs and sausage. We went back to get hot water so I could make tea and they were out and someone else was looking for more coffee and they were out too and it wasn’t even time for the buffet to end they just didn’t restock it.

We checked in after a family reunion in Vassar. The room was great. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub all by ourselves for over an hour. We ordered Pizza from Howies and it was great! The breakfast in the morning was very good (however, our granddaughter wanted bacon and there was none). The staff was friendly and kind. The one issue I have with the hotel is the parking--there didn't seem to be any open spots and we had to park quite a ways from the hotel and carry our stuff back to the hotel to check in. I would also suggest that the rule about a cover-up needed in the lobby down to the pool should be posted somewhere other then just inside the pool area. By the time you are reading the pool rules, you have already gone through the lobby to get to the pool.
