We had to come for a funeral. I would stay again. Room was clean, beds were a bit firm but good enough for the night. Staff was polite and friendly. Pool was clean, a little cold so we didn’t stay in long. Breakfast was meh, could’ve had more hot foods. Like I said it was good for the night and would book again if needed.

Pool was small but nice but people were letting there kids dive when it says no diving and got attitude when we said something Becuase our kids almost got jumped on . Beds very comfortable. Room was average . Ac worked great . Bathroom tiny . Lots of tv channels . We asked for more pillows and a blanket and no issues . Breakfast is cereal toast and bagels .

My husband thought the hotel was 6 mos old. It is 24 years and maintain to a high standard. We had a room with couch and chair, brand new. Lovely pool area. Basic breakfast, no waffles or hot items, that aside it was nice. Not a lot of restaurants but quite a nice Chinese buffet 2 mins by car.

This was our first time staying at the Days Inn in Imlay City, MI so I wasn't sure what to expect. WOW, was I pleasantly surprised! The facility was clean and brightly lit. The Pool looked inviting, but we did not use it. I used the precheck in so once we arrived the check-in was seamless. The room was spotless, and very roomy. We had a wonderful stay and no complaints. Will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises.

The reviews looked amazing so I was disappointed when I discovered a large amount of black mold in the window/ac unit. For the first time ever I asked to be moved to a different room. The next room had the same. Otherwise, the pool was clean. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast had very limited options. We ended up eating elsewhere.

Continental breakfast was definitely lackluster. We opted for McDonald’s instead. As for the room, the sink is in the main room, not the bathroom—not really my liking. Also, only paper coffee cups to drink from even if you are drinking water. TV stations were the “free”TV stations, so we missed all our regular TV shows.

There was no breakfast and only a regular 12 cup coffee pot in the lobby. Coffee was terrible. A guest set off the smoke detectors throughout the whole place late at night. They had to call someone to turn them off. Not too great since we had the work at our event early in the morning.

Liked all ideas listed above. Additional breakfast menu items would b great. Such as eggs, sausage or bacon, make your own waffles and a couple more standard cereal choices such as corn flakes, cherrios or Special K. Same for yogert such as Vanilla in regular or light. Thank You for asking. My suggestions are based on Choice Hotels Continental Breakfast menu. Yes, they have spoiled us.

Everything was fine EXCEPT for the coffee creamer. There was only Coffee Mate available. It’s all chemicals and you should offer half and half as a primary creamer. There was low fat milk which not everyone drinks as well. Make us healthier.

The staff was kind and helpful. The pool, building, lobby, and room were very clean. BUT BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS. Their pillows were horrible. Like someone shoved a handful of cotton balls in a sack. We could barely sleep. (I swear I’m not being dramatic. It was rough). We will definitely stay here again, we will just be better prepared.
