The property was just as advertised, and better! The location couldn't be better. Right on the water with canal access, easy to slide the 3 kayaks (included!) into the water. We saw 3 manatees one evening right next to our dock!The bikes (also included!) were much appreciated. We used them at least once a day, riding 5 minutes to the Cabana Club to hang out at the pool, or on an evening ice cream run. Inside, the property had everything we needed. Brand-new appliances, plenty of towels, fast WiFi, lots of room, clean and updated. If we ever return to Key Colony Beach, we're staying here again!

We brought 3college boys to hangout and relax. We had a great time using the bikes and kayaks. We also rented a boat that we were able to dock right outside. We loved sitting and reading under the tiki hut and drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Sunsets at Sunset beach-close walking distance is NOt to be missed! We would definitely rent here again! Beds and pillow were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need!
