I LOVED THE HOTEL HOTTUB!! Inside to outside!! ITS HOTTT!! The room was beautiful the jettub was comfortable!! easy access to everything. Enough room for parking.

Was told a week in advance that it was likely we could get an early check in at 2:00. When we arrived we were told that was not the case, I was even told that conversation never happened (it did). We were told to come back at 4:00. When we asked if we could at least go to the water park (we were traveling with two little kids) we were told "no" and that the water park was "closed to the general public" (despite the fact that we had traveled over two hours in a car with two little kids who were beyond excited to go swimming). So we had to go sit in our vehicle and drive around to kill time for another two hours. When we returned at 4:00, our room still wasn't ready and we ended up having to wait in the hall by our room for a while before we could even get in. We were also denied any kind of late check out to allow our kids to swim a little longer the next day. Overall not a good experience. Restaurant was good and breakfast was good. Room was relatively clean but the shower had hair in the tub. Pool room was also not very clean. Dirty floors that weren't cleaned overnight. Water park is very nice and the kids did have a lot of fun when they were allowed to swim. But to not be able to check in till after 4, then the pool closes at 9pm, doesn't open again till 9 am, and you have to be out of the building by 11 am, it is not worth the money to stay here.

A great property! The staff was very accommodating! If you’re a business traveler, get a room on the 4th floor. It’s sooo quiet. Remember this is a family resort hotel. Just slightly out of town but close enough. Very convenient. I slept like a baby! Very very clean! Highly recommended from a guy that has lived on the road for 25 years.
