Beautiful hotel albeit a little outdated in rooms. Lobby areas are great, good little pub with a nice selection of tasty food. Large room, felt it was a good value. Only real complaint was the pool was chilly and my kids couldn’t enjoy it long.

I enjoy going on staycations. I recently learned that it was the birthday of a woman I have been dating. I had driven by this hotel on a few occasions, and really wanted to check it out. So, I got the room to celebrate her special day, and I was amazed by how spacious and wonderful the room was, and the breakfast in the room options were fantastic! And the renovations to bring Kip's Irish Pub RIGHT to the hotel room was phenomenal!

The staff was all really nice and the check in/out was a breeze. The room was nice and clean, but it had a funky smell to and needed some maintenance. The bathroom had no working fan, a toilet that barely flushed, a ceiling light that was falling down, and a sideways soap dish. The room was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the grounds and nearby trails were very nice.

It's location is close to the highway but there isn't a lot within walking distance. The restaurant is good and the property is nice. Don't really understand the paying for parking give it's location - seems to be using every angle to charge more.

Not much of a view… mostly parking lot. Neighbors were loud - thin walls. Close to highway made convenient for getting around and there were a lot of shopping and dining options close by. Super fast Uber location. Staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay again.

The hotel was nice, but the floors of the room were dirty. I got a queen suite and there were hair balls on the bathroom floor and dried contact lenses on the carpet. It was obvious the floor hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Here for a FI event and stayed over as from Viroqua WI. Check in gentleman was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and I did not have to fight with TV to get it to work. Good stay.

Great hotel with really thin walls. I felt like my neighbor was in my room all night with what must be sleep apnea and constipation. I heard every sound. I was facing the atrium and heard every every loud conversation held in the lobby. Overall nice but not restful.

The biggest problem we had was noise. Our room was on second floor and our windows faced into the atrium with noise echoing around the atrium it was very noisy Turned the AC on to try and get some white noise but it was terribly noisy- measured it at 67db from the bed. So we ended up tired from poor sleep. We will find out options in the future.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and loved having a comfy chair in the room. Would have been a perfect stay had it not been for the extremely loud air conditioner unit that kept waking us out of a deep sleep every time it turned on. Made for a restless night, unfortunately. Despite this, we would definitely return again.

Front desk folks were amazing when checking us in. We did have to call down to guest services because the room they placed us in was incorrect. They then brought our new keys up to us and asked if they could help us move to our new room. Our new room was amazing with a private patio!!! The only “downside” is that when we walked in the room it was set to 76 and we were roasting alive. Haha.

I’ve stayed in a ton of hotels and this one really stood out. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in (and out) was a breeze, the hotel was beautiful with great amenities. I was there for a NYE party in the ballroom which was catered and just fantastic. My room was so quiet and comfortable with great pillows and updated amenities. Just really all around excellent!

The staff that helped me during my stay were quite unfriendly. The man at the front desk during check in seemed annoyed to have to help me and treated me like he was above me. I paid extra when purchasing the room for a food/beverage credit during my stay and the hotel refused to honor that. They did honor it after I made several communications with Expedia and trips to the perturbed man at the front desk. He gave me a “courtesy” coupon for 20% off my meal (even though I already had paid for it). So I saved less than half of what I spent for the perk. When he gave it to me he told me just how much he hated these third party booking sites (like Expedia). I didn’t appreciate being treated like a second hand guest or like I was looking for a handout when all I was asking for was what I paid for. Expedia has also decided not to honor or refund me for the credit that was sold to me. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because the staff in the morning were just as unfriendly and would not engage acknowledge me. I guess if you want good service here you had better make sure you show up in a business suit.

We had to switch room, because our TV was not working. Our 2nd room a woman was screaming in distress next door (really loud that you can hear it in the hallway). We called the front desk and front desk heard it and called the police to do a well check on the couple.

They were unable to fibd my expedia reservation. There were 2 confirmation codes imbeded in the numerouse expedia emails i received. We were about to refused a reservation. Not sure if a expedia or Marriott issue.
