We were in town for the ice festival. Every one of the employees we talked to were very nice and helpful. No issues with our room. We booked the biggest suite because we had myself, my husband and 6 kids. More than enough room for all of us! The 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen were definitely a plus and made our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was great both mornings we stayed, fully stocked and lots of choices. The only issue we had was there were other guests that destroyed the pool area(clothes, towels in the pool, broken cups in the pool) which was no fault of the hotels. I would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The beds were very comfortable! The pull out couches could use updated mattresses, it was like sleeping on a blanket over the frame, which was disappointing for my 9 year old. The pool was a decent temperature, no hot tub. The breakfast was awesome! Lots of options, my favorite, the waffles and apple juice! Check in was super easy and quick. Staff while checking in and out were very kind. Very nice area, didn’t feel sketched out leaving things in my car. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was dated and carpet Smelled horrible. Toilet ran the whole time unless you jiggled the handle each time you flushed. Kitchen sink was leaking. Water pressure in the shower was not great and half of it came out of the tub. Room was very dark and lighting was no good for putting on make up. Front desk accidentally checked us out a day early and also charged us for our room although we already paid through Hotels.com. Customer service at desk was not very helpful.

You use too much air freshener in your rooms! It makes it very hard to breathe and is really obnoxious. Great layout and pretty quiet. Front desk staff was great and breakfast staff on Saturday was very welcoming and pleasant.

I had two other folks in my room and we ran out of toilet paper , towels and shampoo first day . We stayed three days. Room only cleaned and serviced every 4 days. Mold on tile in bathroom

I’ve stay here previously and enjoyed my stay, but this time was not so good. Construction on the roof was very loud and I was on the 7th floor right under it. Dirty dishes with food on them in the cabinet. Idk if I’ll be returning.

Hotel is situated close to restaurants and a major thoroughfare so travel is easy. Very comfortable and quiet. Had a group of cousins together and had several rooms. The kitchen is great. Fridge size is awesome! Had no interaction with hotel staff

Room was clean and staff was courteous/helpful. We had a joining room, and although it is no fault to the hotel/ staff, the other family was extremely noisy with young kids. The walls were paper thin and we could not sleep in due to the loud voices, slamming doors and kids running in the hallway both mornings. Breakfast was not the best- waffle maker did not work (batter stuck and burned) and not many other options.

Our room was great with a full size fridge, and plenty of room to stay for awhile and make your own food if you needed to. Separate bedroom from living room was great with the kids and different bedtimes. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was very well staffed! I can't remember the last time I saw that many people working at a hotel and everyone was very kind and smiled and said hello. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The gentleman who I checked in with was very polite and great attitude. Smile on his face and late at night let me in when I went out for a cigarette. Right away and opened security door for me. Wish I would of got his name cause he had excellent customer service. I had breakfast next morning and pretty good food, so I'd definitely stay there again.

As a touring party in the music industry, we stay in hotels on a daily basis. The help and service provided by Manager Megan Wright and her team was second to none She personally arranged parking for our tour bus to be allocated and coned off as well as being super helpful all round. Nice rooms and great staff….definitely a hotel I would recommend after 38 yrs as a Tour Manager.

We checked in 6/17/23 and the girl who’s working the front desk was literally the sweetest nicest person and greeted us with absolute niceness. This is our second time staying here anytime we are in St., Louis Park this is our hotel we go to. Can’t wait to be back again.

Quick drive into Minneapolis. Feels very safe and grocery, restaurants, and shopping are all very close. Can even walk to. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave good instructions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable

Friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very spacious for our family of 6. I love that they provide shampoo conditioner body gel hand wash and lotion. Quick when we needed something. Breakfast was great. Get there early to avoid line ups. There’s one waffle maker 3 min wait per waffle. They had amazing toppings for the waffle but I wish they had more waffle makers. Fruit salad was delicious. Breakfast ladies always quick to fill anything up that was low and with big smiles. We would recommend and stay there again.

Staff was very friendly. breakfast could have been hotter. Waffle iron need replacement. The timer was off. They have no certified tornado room. We saw twirling clouds but tornado didn't form. We hid in the hallway.
