Room not properly stocked for number of guests, should be nightlight lighting when getting up to use the bathroom as light switch is outside the bathroom so gets bright for those sleeping if you want light in the bathroom, sauna didn’t work, hot tub was warm (but not as warm as it should be) and half the jets didn’t seem to work, plus the area you sit on is very rough.

Friendly, easy check in. We slept comfortably. The beds and pillows were nice. I also liked the in room coffee that was offered. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel as we had grandkids sporting events happening in the area. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast with waffles, sausage, egg, cereal etc. The only thing that wasn’t so good was the pool. We went in to look it over, there was such a strong chlorine and almost smell like something hot electrical burning?? My eyes were watering and burning. Would stay here again for a good nights sleep. Not fancy but sufficient for our purpose.

I booked this hotel because they had a hot tub and sauna. I was looking forward to relaxing after a long day. The hot tub was maybe 94 degrees, of which my bath water is hotter. Went to the sauna on October 7th, and 2023, it wouldn’t turn on, then I noticed the sign on the door saying closed for the summer season, well it’s not summer. So for me it was disappointing. The entrance was a cabin feel and welcoming. The rooms are out dated and dirt in all corners of the bathroom. So my review is, if you are Looking for a hotel with the amenities they list, this is not the one. You’ll end up disappointed, if you need just a place to sleep, this would do the job.

I've stayed here before and had a better experience. Overall, the hot tub was barely lukewarm, the sauna was out of service, and our room was not stocked with towels or soap after cleaning. The fireplace also did not work.

Upon entering the hotel we noted a pungent disinfectant odor. Nevertheless, after a long day, we took a room. Once in the room we found a new and even less pleasant odor; one of damp mustiness and perhaps mold. We immediately set the AC to high which functioned properly for about 15 minutes. We also noted the carpet was damp. Having run out of patience and noticing a physical reaction to something in the envirnment, we asked to moved to a new room. Although there were less than 10 cars in the parking lot, we were told we could not change rooms. Instead we were offered air freshener. At that point we returned to our room in order to book a room in a nearby hotel and gather our things to depart. Extremely disappointing.

Very poor property. Grounds have not seen a mower or landscaper.... ever? A barking dog next door greeted us as we entered our room (constant barking) needed TWO moves to escape the noise Complimentary coffee MT/NON EXISTENT No soap in room - Really!! Only one bath towel for 2 adults Gal at the desk was friendly & tried but you left her no ammo!! Room was sub par didnt smell "fresh" but under dim lites hard to tell how clean it was Breakfast?? lets just say below average selection - 2 cold sausages, 1 egg, less than a spoonful of potatoes & i was there @6:30 Oh & no coffee! It should have been a $69 tab to have any value Worry not you wont see me again

When we first enter the room, you can smell a musty smell. One of the lamp didn’t work. The bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guest. Used soap and shampoo and conditioner. Use towel was still on the rack. Only three pillow. The ac unit was very loud.

This was a cozy hotel that had a family owned feel. It was convenient to the interstate. The bed was huge and comfy. the apartment for lack of a better term, was big enough to host a small gathering if desired. a full living room, water closet, and bathroom and then a huge bedroom. The breakfast area was well kept. and then there was the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.... oh my what a way to end the day of stress and driving... It was quiet at 10pm and had it all to myself. Nice size of all three and all were working correctly. Only downside was the shower bar in the bath tub wouldnt' stay closed.

This is a renovated property that is very clean and new. Breakfast is very modest but serviceable. My complaint comes with the tiny pillows that provide no support. I also had very loud neighbors that argued for hours after midnight. The staff did nothing. I believe there were few staff on duty to do anything. I also left my toiletries bag at the hotel which contained medications. No one ever called to help return the items.

Walls are very thin; every time a toilet flushed in the room on the floor directly above our room, it sounded like the waste water was rushing down the wall into our room. Very loud.

It was ok, loud highway close by, the 2nd bed was too close to the ac unit which made it hard to get in and out. They tried to update it, it was ok. It felt clean enough. Maybe I’m just picky.

During a 2-night stay, our room towels were not replaced, even though we placed them on the floor as the sign by our sink directed. When I asked about this at the front desk, they showed me a 1/4 sheet of paper - a form that no one gave us at check-in - informing us that we needed to request towel service. Not pleased with this lack of service having spent well over $100/night Additionally, when I attempted to call the front desk to ask about this, our room phone did not work; and the end of the hall security door had a broken lock and the mechanism was taped over so door was always unlocked. Hardly call this secure. The clerk at checkout apologized for the situation and said he’d tell the clerk who checked us in about her failure to inform us about their towel policy.

We checked in around 5 pm and our room was not ready. The cleaning staff was nice and went to work on our room right away and got it done in half an hour while we waited. The room was clean but outdated as it did not have any USB ports for charging. The front desk staff was inattentive both when we checked in and in the morning when we had breakfast and checked out. We have stayed there before but this is the worse we have found the staff.

I had a King Suite paid for, I did not get a suite, it was a standard room with two full beds. Not at all what I paid for. Spoke to the front desk, they would not credit me. The hotel was hot. No coffee available in the am, breakfast had a few peices of bread for toast, one muffin, two yogurts at 7:30 am. Will never book through Expedia again.

Very rude staff. The gentleman at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. When i got there the gentleman was sitting by the customer dining area eating. He did not care that his customers just walked in to check into their rooms. Its as though they don’t appreciate or want your business. He gave me attitude for no reason. As if I am disturbing his meal. Very dirty rooms. Spider webs and unclean mirrors. The water pipe from the tub was squealing! Run down building. I would not recommend this location. Spend a bit more for better service and cleanliness. I hope you don’t make the same mistake as we did by booking here. Definitely not handicap accessible good luck if you have family memebers who are in a wheel chair.

We stayed at this hotel for one night because it was close to a wedding venue we were at and had many issues. We were able to check in an hour early however upon check-in, there were ants in the bathroom. There were no pool towels available that evening and when we asked for a few extra pillows before bed (family of 5!) and they told us they had no pillows to give us. The next morning we went down for breakfast. Out of coffee. I and one other person went to let the front desk know. The front desk man instead went outside to smoke cigarettes, and the front desk lady was eating cereal from the continental breakfast. Eventually some coffee came, but no decaf for a man who asked the front desk. We came back for more coffee upon checkout and they were out of all coffee again. The front desk man was AGAIN outside smoking. We saw him smoke 4 cigarettes in a matter of an hour and even holding them in his hands while he also grabbed food and drinks from the continental breakfast. Due to the unprofessionalism and unsanitary-ness of this hotel, we will not be back even if in a convenient location for the wedding venue and I plan to call a manager for further discussion.

Hotel is a bit hidden,out of the way. Trees around sign need trimmed for better visibility. Once located its a fine hotel, desk clerk quick, courteous, and helpful. Room was excellent for the price. Will definitely stay again if in the neighborhood!

Was the right price on short notice. I checked in late, got to the room and was unable to connect to the wifi. No instructions on how to connect. Was late so I used my mobile hotspot. Next morning breakfast was ok. The juice dispenser was inop, so no juice.

This is a nice reliable chain in the upper Midwest. It was interesting that the location is isolated, nearly hidden even though it is just off the highway. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast - modest - that was OK, but the seating area is far too small for the number of guests even at non-peak times. We also had trouble getting the coffee container refilled. Patience goes a long way, but some travelers may not always be able to indulge.

Our room was not as clean as it should have been. Hair still in tub and sink when we got there. No extra blankets anywhere to be found in room. Please dont get me started about the lack of coffee or the cold coffee ever single morning. We probably wont be back.
