The elevator doesn't access the ground floor/parking lot level in the secondary building but the stairs are easily accessible. Our room was very clean and staff were helpful as well as friendly. We look forward to staying again.

Check in was good. We made a bad decision in one King bed and requested to change to two queen beds. The hotel was accommodating. My two big complaints is that in the photos provided you see a beautiful hotel. At check in we were told to drive around to the side.... to see motel style rooms. Could have gotten the same room but with more up to date furnishings for cheaper. If I would have noticed that the majority of the rooms were hotel style, I wouldn't have booked here. Pillow top bed was a plus. Second complaint, the indoor pool was not heated. Cold as ice. Our three year old had blue lips after 30 minutes of play. So.... back to the room. The breakfast was good. Decent, hot meal. Lots of options. Hot coffee, juice, milk. B&G, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles. The ladies were all very nice. Lots of smiles and they strived to make conversation. That was pleasant. Coffee and creamer available 24/7 in the lobby. Clean facilities with nice landscaping. Safe area, but busy area. If you want to be in the middle of all the tourist attractions, this is your place to stay!

Before I booked this hotel I called & confirmed that there was an indoor pool. I had 3 little boys that wanted to swim. That was the reason for choosing this hotel. When we arrived we were told, no pool! I could not get a refund. I left & rented a different hotel with a pool. I would not recommend this Clarion Inn. They didn't even act like they wanted to help.

Location is very good, room was clean and functional, staff was efficient and friendly. There are 2 breakfast options. The free breakfast is very limited. You can pay $6 for a buffet breakfast which is very good. If you get a room in the tower, parking can be a problem.

The room was clean and inviting. I loved the balcony. The swimming pools and hot tubs were out of order. On vacation that is very important to me. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else. When that happens in a vacation destination, the hotel should give discounts. The desk clerk's attitude and temperament were not warm or helpful. The breakfast room was dark, and no helper was there. There was no ketchup available. And some of the eggs were lukewarm.

The pool area was under construction no hot tub available There was garbage and trash all over On the outside and on the inside by the trash barrels The breakfast was not in the breakfast area because it was under construction also breakfast was ok. They need to tell you if the ammenties are not open.

The indoor pool was ice cold!!! We chose this hotel for the simple fact it had an indoor pool. We ended up having to sit in the room for those couple hours we had blocked off to go swimming. Just really disappointing. Also, that mattress was stained and grossed me out.

I got what I paid for, trying to find the most affordable place to stay for a 3 night/4 day trip. Outdoor entrance = super loud at all hours, people rolling suitcases, running up and down the concrete walkway, slamming doors, car alarms going off, etc. Room is old, in desperate need of renovation, smelled musty the whole time. Again, I should have paid more money and sprung for a nicer hotel or a rental home, but I wanted to spend money on experiences and sacrificed comfort in a room for that, lesson learned.

There was mold in the shower area. Curtains were tore and sliders were broken on window, rug was frayed and not vacuumed well at all. Too many other issues to expound upon. Very disappointed with our stay!!

The bath tub was dirty. We didn’t get to room till late from attending a planned event. Tub had dirt in it. We never had been in tub. It was too late and too tired to complain at that point. Toilet made horrible loud screeching when flushed. Bed was comfortable and pool was good. Continental breakfast not good and long lines. Don’t know if we would stay there again. Our room had several lady bugs in it. The breakfast was open from 7:30-9am however when I checked in the front desk couldn’t tell me the breakfast hours. The pillows were uncomfortable. None of the stairwell trashes or ash trays were emptied so in addition to trash on the ground it smelled like stale cigarettes. The shampoo and conditioner were halfway full making me suspect they are left from last guest. Odd number of towels. I’d been here years ago and was impressed, not anymore.

I saw two cockroaches in room holes in bathroom ceiling you could hear people moving around in other rooms breakfast was crappy waffles and cereal the better breakfast was 7.99 each I can pay half of what I payed and get biscuits and gravy and meat won’t be coming back indoor pool was ice cold!

Hotel is in a great location with shops next door and easy walk to restaurants and the outlet mall but you're not walking back from the mall because you won't get up the hill. When we first arrived we were given a room in the very back of the hotel, although the room was clean, it was dark and outdated. After the 1st night we were able to move to the front building, rooms were a little bigger but definitely brighter, updated and just made you feel better.

I was put in a room next to the elevator 231, could not sleep because of a constant vibrating pulsing sound coming from the wall closest to the elevator. Finally i had all i could stand and went to the front desk about 12:30 AM and asked for a room change. The lady at the desk was very kind and said she had another room further away from the elevator and had no problem with us changing, we moved to our new room and it was very quiet, the rest of our stay was great.

I was under the impression that it was a nicer motel than it was. The furnishings were older and well used. The shower and toilet area was very small (compact) and you can tell the shower had been refinished (painted with a bathtub refinishing paint). The carpet was not the worst I’d seen. Odd thing is when they replaced the carpet the carpet that goes up on the wall as a trim wasn’t changed (it was old gold color like from the 80s). They had 2 types of breakfasts one free (waffles, cereal, toast (that I saw) and a pay buffet (good price). In my opinion they wanted you to purchase the buffet. We opted to go somewhere else to eat. Do not try to check in before the 3pm time or they will charge $25 for early check in (we arrived around 2:30 we opted not to pay that for 30min.)

We were in the 2nd building it has outside entrances no inside corridors. Check in was 3pm, it was 4:15 when ours were ready. Comfortable beds but super tiny bathroom. Rooms are showing age. Adequate breakfast and large breakfast room. I feel like the Clarion name would be a more updated property.

We took our grandchildren to Branson for a few days. The room was big and not cramped at all. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Our server Valerie was fantastic.

The staff was wonderful from the agent that checked us in to the agent that checked us out! You can tell they value their career and the property. The staff will go above and beyond for you! However, you can tell the owners of the property DO NOT care about the maintenance or upkeep of the property. The rooms are very outdated. The rooms smell of mold, the beds are terrible as well as the pillows! These are all OWNERS issues! The owner needs to invest in updating this property. Back in the 90s when I stayed here it was AMAZING!!!

I was very surprised to find our room facing the main highway through Branson was so quiet. With the exception of the loudest motorcycles, we heard no traffic noise and slept well. I'll stay here again next time we visit Branson.

On Hwy 76, right in the heart of Branson. We were told check in was at 3:00 pm. We didn’t get to our rooms until 4:30. We had tickets to a 5:00 show. We’d been traveling and planned on showering and changing clothes. Didn’t have time for that. Girl at the desk told me I didn’t need to have an attitude. She didn’t know me. How would she know my attitudes. Finally we were able to talk to a manager. She changed our rooms so we could get in by 4:30. We won’t stay there again.

When checking in the front desk lady was very rude! Check in, in my email said 2 but she would not let me check in until 3. Our stay was very nice after we left the check in counter. Breakfast was great and the other staff were very nice!

TERRIBLE We had a 3 night stay 6/25/25-06/28/25. I see they lie in their replies to reviews saying the extra $15 per night is for incidentals and will drop off once check out. When you get there they tell you about the extra $15 per night and it is to go towards them having a small fitness area, a pool, and flavored water in a pitcher at the front desk. This extra $15/night is for that(you know the typical things at EVERY hotel), there is even a sign in the lobby explaining this as well. First night we were put in a room with the kitchen above us and we could hear carts rolling, people talking, and loud noises through ceiling till 12:55 am. I called front desk she said that room is not supposed to be used because they know it's uninhabitable. The next day they moved us rooms. Both rooms you could hear things through the walls but the second one was more through walls. We did not want staff in our room and there was even a sign in room stating they would not come in to do anything until after the 3rd day. They came in our room with sign on door not to, on second day. My YSL cologne that I brought was stolen out of room $189 cologne and I would have put in lock box that EVERY hotel nowadays has but this "resort" hotel has no lock boxes in any rooms. Hotel staff said they would check on missing item multiple times that day we contacted and we never got a response or update. Went down end of that day and the night manager said no item and no notes about me contacting.

We have stayed here several times in past most likely will look for something different next time. We always stayed in main building but this time was to the back. Room was clean and beds were good. We had no wash clothes in room, our toilet made a very loud noise everytime we flushed it. We had no wash clothes in our room, walls were thin. We were at pool Saturday no towels with several there, my husband called desk and was told they call maintenance, 30 minutes later left with no towel to dry off..

The paid breakfast was great, and the service people who waited tables and kept the buffet fresh were very friendly, helpful people. The room was what was expected and was clean with plenty of towels and good bedding. We really wish the TV had streaming service, but that is not a deal breaker. This made our second stay at this Clarion, and both times we have been happy.

We had a concern with our room, the new owner Jeremiah met with us within minutes and accompanied us. Jeremiah checked with us several times throughout our visit to make sure we were satisfied. Jeremiah really went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative was a fight outside of our door with continuous foot traffic back and forth all night, talking loudly. Security at night would be beneficial.

It has a restaurant and bar right by the pool. The property is in a fantastic location with several dining options right across the street and within walking distance. Also only a half mile walk to tanger outlets and Farris wheel. Staff is always friendly and hotel smells fantastic!

We have stayed at the Branson Clarion on many occasions. One of the main reasons we stayed was for the free buffet breakfast. Now they have a resaurant on the property, so those great free breakfasts are gone. You can get a hotel anywhere in Branson. Loved the Clarion, but that free breakfast to help ease expenses for a vacation in Branson, will be a huge factor when we lookfor a new "home base" hotel for our many vacays in that area.
