Thousand Hills Resort Hotel

took a bit to figure out that the wall thermostat controlled the unit in window. room was chilly when went it which was fine. love the indoor outdoor pool

Our friends picked this location, mainly for the price but also for the on-site restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays, the main day we were here, and the bar was having a security door issue and they couldnt get the alarm to go off. But Wednesday morning we woke up refreshed and drawn down to the restaurant, now open, for breakfast and hot coffee. Isaac and Jason helped us check out and suggested some things to do as we had a couple hours before a scheduled activity later in the afternoon. And one more note, the towels in the room have to be the softest towels we've ever used in a hotel, even the high priced hotel in vegas can't beat these towels! We didn't use the indoor or outdoor pool but they looked very nice and clean!

You need a larger pool. Rather small for size pf hotel

Very nice for the price. The single pool is small for the the size of the resort. Nice with the indoor/outdoor option for cooler months, but WAY overcrowded for summer. Check in was smooth and we had pizza from the restaurant and the included breakfast

Clean beds and room. Lobby was very crowded as this is an older style hotel with a ton of rooms! Elevators were a long wait and stairs were only on ends of the building. 8 floors so not realistic if you are above 3rd floor. Breakfast was just ok, bland and very basic

The parking was a mess however the convenience was really nice staff was polite and friendly.

The breakfast Buffet was amazing! Food was good and they seated a lot of people in a timely manner. The lobby and hallways were very warm. Maybe need to improve the air conditioning in the lobby and the halls and elevators. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. The location was close to a lot of shows and the street maps were color coded making it easier to get to the various attractions. The rooms could stand to be updated. The bathroom was small yet functional. Overall, it was ok

This hotel was not what we expected which was very disappointing. Parking is horrible and the lot lacks efficient lighting. The elevators are extremely slow and when one arrives it’s typically already full so you have to wait for another. Yes, this happens throughout the day. Our shower head sprayed water everywhere some of the jets were clogged. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The traffic at the cross streets to the hotel is ALWAYS congested. This is a very dangerous intersection.

It was great! Staff was super friendly. The hotel has a coffee shop, restaurant, and a bar in it so it was super convenient! We had a great time.

We loved the stay. Wished the hot tub was fixed but other than that. Would definitely stay again.

There was blood stain on one pillow. Carpet was dirty when you walked across your feet would be black. Pictures of pool area are deceiving. Was nothing like it. Hallway carpet was dirty. Our room smelled musty. Not a resort at all

Room was not very clean. Mold in Shower. Rusty light fixtures. No service was provided. Had to call for clean towels from our room. They still never brought us towels. Had to go to the front desk to get towels on both days we stayed there. They never came in and made beds or emptied trash. Towels from 3 days were pilled up. Would not recommend staying here.

Rooms were dirty and roaches in the bathtub and night stand and one on the bed. Will never return to this hotel

I know everyone who gives a bad review says this, but I rarely give bad reviews. This hotel is dirty and outdated for the price. Thousand Hills purchased an old hotel and is trying to make it upscale, but they haven’t put the money into it to make it nice. Repainting a few rooms isn’t a remodel. The ceiling was cracked and dirty. The shower had red slime around the base. The carpet was ripped. I could go on and on, it needs more than just paint and a poor caulking job to make it upscale. Definitely will not stay again.

Centrally located, 10 mins away to most attractions. The shower was strong and the breakfast buffet was very good. The parking lot is large but very slopped. The hotel location is below street level. The room was average size with a tub/shower. The smell in the hallway was noticeable, probably from the age of the hotel and carpet. We stayed on the 8th floor and the carpet needs to be stretched. The ice machine did not work. We were there to fish and see shows. We felt safe at this location/town. I highly recommend the hotel for the price we paid. We and others have booked for the future on the special price they offered.

7 day 6 night stay. Location was great for everything we did. We had two queen beds. Mattress were terrible on both beds they need replaced they sagged in the middle. Pillow were so thick they were uncomfortable. We could not get the heat to kick on every time we adjusted the thermostat higher the AC kicked in we finally gave up and just turned th3 AC off.

Room was dark, even with two small lamps in it. An old armoire had been moved into the room but it was in bad shape. Shower plugged up like a wading pool. Someone else's food was still in the refrigerator upon our check-in. Several guests waited 20+ minutes for elevators to get to their floor. Wi-Fi signal was weak.

Corner rooms are amazing, beautiful view.

The bathroom was extremely small and 1 sink. The toilet is very short and hard to sit on and im only 5ft tall. Was put in a room at first was occupied and had to be moved to another room. For a large hotel the restaurants and dining areas are small. The carpet could be cleaned and updated Enjoyed our view from our corner room was excellent! Our stay was good but a feww hiccups. Just some updating

Room looked nothing like pictures on the add. The carpet, bedding, chair and room in general reminded me of 1998 not 2023-2025 as the add showed. AC couldn't cool like it needed. Was 75 outside and had it set of 60 in the room and never got super cold all night.

The room was clean, but overall, the hotel was a bit rundown and dated. Not a lot of light in the room was something I noticed.

Hotel was very hot in all the hallways/lobby areas. It was cooler in the room, but the smell that would come from air flow out of the AC was less than pleasant, very musty. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom shower and dried boogers on the wall next to one of the beds. Our key card didn't work half the time, though we figured out that was because the lock had malfunctioned. And the staff was nice enough to send a maintenance person to put on a new lock. Unfortunately, it was after 11 p.m. when the thing decided to stop working, so we didn't get to sleep until he finished replacing it close to midnight. Beds weren't very comfortable, but better than sleeping on the floor, I guess. Breakfast was okay, but you had to get down there early to avoid a long line out into the hallway. Our two young boys enjoyed the pool area. So did lots of other guests, as it was always in use. Also note that there are just four elevators for nine floors (not including the main and lower lobby) and 450+ rooms. So, if you're on one of the higher floors, you could be waiting a while to go down, especially when everyone is trying to check out on a busy weekend. Overall, not the worst place I've stayed, but I wouldn't suggest staying here for six straight days like we did. Probably not so bad in the middle of the week.

We arrived at the property at 4 pm to check in. The line was very long and took about 45 minutes to check in.

We called to request early check-in and they said call back later; when we did, Liked that breakfast was included; however, it was the same every day. The pool was small. Our keys were deactivated at least 3 times. The suite was spacious but our air conditioner wasn't working so our room was 77 no matter what. The parking was a bit difficult always being on a hill, we dealt with it but may be difficult for some. We prefer rooms being cleaned daily, trash out, fresh linens, etc.

The staff was amazing. Tristan was kind enough to give quarters out of his pocket because he couldn’t break a $20 so we could do laundry. The room was great, my only complaint would be the pillows they were so fluffy you slept at an awkward angle. Breakfast is crazy… at 6:45 there were probably 50 people waiting. Get your table first then go to the buffet! Food choices could be better . Just in the service alone I would give them 10 stars.

Everthing was good . Breakfast wasn’t that great . We ended up going to dennys th 2nd day . When we arrived the staff was trying to sell us some timeshare spill that was “no obligation “ . I felt like I was at a car dealership .

No housekeeping on our room. Requested at least some clean towels. Took 3 calls and over 3 hours to have some dumbed st our door.

Traveled in got there little early if we wanted to pay 20 Dollars we could get are room. Never have to do that. Then charge extra 10 dollars for something.

We got to the room and our air was not working. We called and supposedly they fixed it before we got there. Needless to say maintenance came up put a new unit in but the compressor was bad came to our room several times and then the front desk finally decides to move us and told us “to bring all of our belongings with us” grant it I have two small kids so that’s a lot of packing things back up going down there they finally got us to a new room where the air was working. The pool was so full and needed to be monitored better it was so chaotic with how people were acting. I’ve never had issues in the past so I was disappointed knowing I invited the rest of my family to stay there with us. And neither one wants to go back

Too much emphasis on selling show tickets and condo tours . People lined up to check in. First room not cleaned from previous guests. Second room A/C not working. Third room had mold on ceiybybair vents. Carolyn the bartender saved our trip.

Great trip and hotel was located close to everything. We’ll stay there on our next trip to Branson.

Great central location for Branson attractions.

The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast several mornings. It had a large variety of delicious items. The hotel is adjacent to the main highway where the shows are making it a convenient location.

Just a quick trip thru Branson we really didn’t explore what the hotel had to offer but it was close to the strip there and close to Walmart if we needed anything

We enjoyed the quiet rooms, the availability to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again. There are 2 parking areas. One is hilly the other is more flat.

Pleasant experience. Access to and parking is on a steep grade. It is not mobility Impaired friendly unless a handicap spot is open. Call the hotel directly after reservation to request ADA room assignment. Free breakfast buffet was ok but not worth 12.95 without hotel patron voucher.

The hotel was very accessible to all activities on the strip. Rooms large and clean. Complementary breakfast and staff A+.

The hotel was well established being that it was previously a Radisson. The room was average size for a king bed, however the bathroom was "small". The food was okay just not a fan of powder eggs. Also, it was the same everyday. Price was okay.

Staff was very friendly, place was clean, plentiful parking, plentiful elevators & great breakfast! Onsite Starbucks!

Extremely outdated. Needs a real good cleaning. High pressure sales upon check in. Tour busses dropped off daily to eat breakfast making it impossible for hotel guests to get a table and crowding the commons areas
