My stay was not what i thought it would be. 2yrs it was perfect. This last visit. I didnt see any quality in the hotel. I can tell its under new ownership. Dirty elevator. The hallway smelled like smoke when is a non smoking hotel. To get new and clean towels Id have to bring my used towels to the lobby to get washed. I was highly upset with the poor condition that this hotel is in. The best part about the hotel was the checkout lady. I we remembered each other from my 1st. She super nice and professional. But still. That will be the last stay there.

Stayed here befor a flight. Absolutely terrible. Unsafe area. The entire hotel smells like marijuana and curry powder. Rooms in disrepair. Beds are hard as rocks. We did not sleep at all. Hallways stink with stained carpet. We checked out at 5am. Couldn’t wait to get out. Never again. Don’t be surprised by the ridiculous $100 deposit. You shouldn’t have to pay deposits at hotels that are already trashed.

The staff was friendly but not very welcoming i ended up uaving to switch rooms due to my first rooms (319) shower nozzle not working and being a no smoking hotel the hotel as a hole rooms included smelt like cigarettes and smoke

The hotel smelled like mold. The front door was dirty. We were told we were going into a non-smoking room however, a bag was placed over the fire alarm in the room and it smelled like smoke. We were offered another room, however that room smelled like mildew. This hotel was horrible and we will never stay here again.

I very much like that the room is clean and the bedsheets are clean, I have checked in at another quality inn and the room there was not clean and the sheets were not changed from the previous customer, so I was really impressed by how clean this one is. The staff are friendly and professional also so overall I am a satisfied customer.

Beds were comfortable. However there were cockroaches in the room when I awoke in the morning. Packed up and left immediately, hoping I wasn't taking any bugs with me. And mold around the tub and the floor. Only one small trash can in the bathroom no big trash can in the room. Reported issues to front desk. Hopefully they will address the issue and make changes.

I have stayed for the last 7 years when in S Louis, been going down the last 4 and now it’s horrible, roaches, tv never came on, holes in covers, those pillows soooo sad, wasn’t clean and smelled molded, base birds molded just horrible all kind of people sitting and ganging around outside

It was filthy!! The bathroom wasn't clean! The floors were dirty! The entire hotel reeds remodeling! The so called breakfast was a joke! And they wouldn't give a refund so i could go somewhere else!!

The toilet lid was incorrect for the commode. The shower diverter did not work, so no showers for both of us. We checked out early around 7:00 am because while we were sitting at the Starbucks next door, a large police presence showed up. Apparently someone was shot either in the lobby or in front of the hotel.

Everything was very good, the only thing 6 would change, is the bed was firm, and so were the pillows. It surely wasn't enough to stop me from staying there again. I definitely would stay again.

It's so old and not updated. I didn't want to walk on the room carpets barefoot because I felt they were old and dirty. Not a great breakfast. It was fine for a two star hotel.

The only thing good about this property was the bed. The room itself was a bit dirty and the rest of the place is run down and looked like a place that would be rented by the hour. The place is falling apart and it shows. Spen a little more and enjoy your stay somewhere else

Worst property needs to not be an option to stay in, everything about it is old outdated need an extreme make over or should be closed the rate was cheap cause it’s not worth staying TV can only get very basic channels all others audio only. Please don’t waste ur money unless you have no other choice and it doesn’t matter.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I don’t think this one Hotel is a direct reflection on the overall chain, however I’m disappointed, and appalled at the experience I had at the Florissant, MO location. The room looked rough from the start. Burn holes in the curtains and bed spread. The thick blanket on the bed had black spots on it, somewhat resembling black mold, but I can’t be certain of that. The desk chair was missing an arm on the left side. The tv had stains on it, looked as though it was food related. The carpet was atrocious, stains throughout, and a sticky spot that had not been treated. The bathroom looked old and worn. Ceiling above the shower was peeling and looked somewhat warped. The blackout curtains were broken. Dents and marks all over the walls. The staff was quiet and non-social. When I discovered the issues in my room, I went down to find someone, as the phone didn’t seem to work, and to my surprise, no staff of any type were able to be located. Truly appalling experience. I skipped breakfast in the morning due to it being sparse on selection. Plus I was just ready to get out of there.

Customer service was nonexistent. I stayed for 3 nights. Room had only two towels and two wash cloths and half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the night clerk for towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper on the second night of our stay. He refused to give me fresh towels, wash cloths and told me to use the facial tissue for toilet paper. Being an assistant guest services manager at a hotel this was unacceptable. Unless they have extensive customer service training for their guest service representatives, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

For the price the hotel was fine; they were overbooked so we weren’t able to get the king suite we originally booked. Staff was incredibly friendly, hotel was old but clean. Very close to St Louis attractions and was easy to get in and out of. We would probably use this hotel again.
