Quiet and clean. Had issues with keycards not working.

Great stay at Motel 6 Hazelwood! The staff were kind and welcoming, and there was plenty of parking, even for large vehicles. The room was clean and roomy, and everything went smoothly. A good place if you want friendly service and lots of parking space.

Had an ice machine, vending machines, microwave, and free coffee/ tea. Quiet place to stay and not too far from downtown area. Rooms was good and spaious, staff was very frineldy and polite.

Elevator wasnt working during our stay. Carpets in hallway stained and dirty. Not well maintained. Room was clean. We just checked in to rest for night and back on road in morning.

Pros: Room key card was required to enter the building at the exit door I used and from stairwells / Denny's is located right next door and I received good food & service there. Receptionists were friendly. Cons: Ice bucket was missing (only plastic liner remained and it leaked) / Only ice maker available was in the lobby / Remote was missing (I got a spare from the front desk) / the 2 chairs in the room were cheap and didn't match / I believe the base of the toilet was leaking and there was a gross stain under the tank / No shelves on the shower wall and no shampoo-conditioner was provided / Argument in the parking lot and heavy traffic noise was clearly heard on the 3rd floor and I believe there was a guy smoking a crack pipe by a box truck (but I suppose the hotel can't be blamed for that one) / The light switch located next to the door isn't hooked up to anything. The only lights are the wall sconces that have an individual switch located under the lamp. Lights should be able to be switched-on the minute you go in the door. / I'm not a fan of vinyl flooring in hotel rooms. It feels weird to go barefoot and feet feel dirty afterwards. / Pool was closed and seemed in bad condition.

Yes, the room was very “beat up”. It had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom wall was severely damaged at the bottom to the point there was a hole in it. There were stains on the sheets 😳. Vending machine in the lobby was empty. We will NOT be staying at the motel again.

I had a great stay at Motel 6 Hazelwood! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. There is lots of parking space, which made it easy for me to park my car. Even if you have a big vehicle, you won’t have any trouble. The room was clean and spacious, and check-in was fast and easy. I also liked that the area was quiet and safe. If you're looking for a nice place to stay with great service and plenty of parking, this Motel 6 is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located/easy to find, good value for money spent. Ample & big parking spaces, friendly staff, vending. RM 201 spacious room & bathroom, good water pressure/hot water, mini fridge & microwave. Great a/c. Surprisingly quiet. Slept well.

There were people sleeping in their vehicles. There was suppose to be a pool, but it was empty. The elevator did not work. There was no shampoo, had to go and buy ours.

this is the best motel I have ever been and the staff is friendly and helpful and the parking is spacious that I can easily park my 8 wheeler

The room was still dirty, so the doors were dirty. The bathroom the tub was dirty. The toilet had some issues with flushing. The towels had hair in it from someone else and at the end of the night when we came back from the event, we came there for we found two roaches and ended up leaving that night because we could not sleep in the room that had roaches. I have a one-year-old And we were looking out for his safety.

Okay location. Has a 24 hour Danny's. However, we had bed bugs in our room

It was nice having a Dennys just feet away from motel. Motel is rundown. The faucet in the tub was not attached to the tub. It was just hanging there. Floor was filthy. The kingsize bed had 3 little pillows. I had to use all 3 to be comfortable. Bed had bedbugs!!! I got cellulitis from the bedbugs!!! Never again St Louis!!

Mold in the shower, killed 2 cockroaches, dirt or blood on bathroom door.

Upom entering service was azong however the sheets were covered in blood and urine we were able to get a new change of bedding but this also had blood stains scattered throughout. We ended up going to walmart for clean sheets when we returned to change the bedding the mattress cover snagged and unzipped showing A LOT of bedbug droppings as well as the actual insects themselves. We left immediately and drove another 3 hours back home. Overall it was a terrible experience and we are now spending the day sunday treating my vehicle and all travel equipment for bedbugs to stay safe. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody who values cleanliness and safety.

Roaches

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly.

Bed was comfortable, sheets and pillowcases were stained. Tub was dirty, floors were dirty, toilet ran all night, sink was clogged and wouldn't drain.

Just because it's a motel, doesn't mean that basic cleaning shouldn't be expected. It felt like a step up from sleeping in your car. Pros: Inexpensive, quiet, safe area, mini fridge, microwave, convenient to major highway, gas stations, has a Denny's and a Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Cons: Lacks basic things like an iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and a box of Kleenex. The sheets and towels were so dingy they should've been discarded. On the first night I was there I had to exchange the set for another one. The room was not clean. It seemed the sheets were simply changed. Dirt and a dead insect/bug could be seen near the bed. Dirt, dust, and hair were visible around the tub, baseboards, and toilet. There was also random hair on the towels and the toilet tank. The toilet seat had cigarette burns. It seems like a family-owned place where everyone isn't pulling their weight, or that whoever the affiliate is, puts very little of their profits back into this location.

Good for the money but be warned, we were only there for a night and decided to share the room (2 couples) . The beds were full size. Way too tiny for 2 adults. Towels were ancient and small. One tiny bar of soap for all of us. No coffee in the room. Very basic. Nice workers. Clean and safe, but no amenities.

The room was super spacious, with ample room both for sleep and chilling out. The bathroom was big and clean. The Wi-Fi worked excellent. The architecture of the hotel is nice. Staff was very nice and helpful

Bed was good, too bright in room and walls were thin, can hear everything.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Shower was good and place felt clean. Only complaint really was the thin walls so we could hear people in the hall as if they were right next to us. Would stay again

The room was clean, the bed comfortable...really don't like those small square pillows all the hotels have gone to, i bring my own. Did not have a lot of interaction with staff. The building itself is older and has the wear and tear expected. This hotel has a rating of 8.2/10, I would say its more of a 7. Inside the room was comfortable but i just got bad vibes when i drove up which made me feel uncomfortable. Based on other hotel prices near by, its a good place to rest your head for less

The room was basic with minimum amenities. It was clean and quiet, but the shower faucet needed to be fixed which it was and worked.

Impressed with the front desk staff as they were very kind and helpful as old people they helped until room and take care of our stay whole 2 days, room was great and bed was down and comfortable, overall nice stay will come back here if we are in town.

Got a room for the night while my grandbaby was in the hospital to be closer to him. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The man running the front desk was professional and very pleasant. He did a great job getting us checked in and helping with anything we needed.

Clean, comfy room and the staff was welcoming. I asked for a late checkout because I had a virtual interview, and they were totally cool with it.

It was great. I lost my key card twice I was given a new one both times. I would like to mention someone was at the desk each time I went whether it 9am or 2am. Staff is great. Wasn’t my first choice but will probably be on my top its when I come back

I love staying at this location. It’s easy for me to get to the locations I have business at. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite. I also appreciated the convenience of having a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. Overall, a great stay

I drove around the building to find a parking space there were people who appeared to be just hanging around sitting on the curbs talking. I felt unsafe and worried about my car. The bathroom tub was dirty. I only stayed one night.

Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and very clean. The mattress and pillows were delightfully comfortable, and I felt well-rested after my stay. The location is convenient to the airport, too.

The room was okay. It was clean and a comfortable temperature. The bed was hard. My son and I stayed 2 nights and the first night there was a man yelling and cursing at a woman late into the night, quite possibly a domestic situation, which made us feel uneasy. A staff member did come after about 20 minutes to address the situation.

Stayed there for 3 nights for next gate Boeing onsite team meet. The staff was wonderful and helpful as well from the front desk to housekeeping. Next door Dennis looks not great inside, but food was good. Overall Great rooms with clean and comfortable bed.

I had a great experience. It was clean, quiet and the staff was helpful and professional. The fact that there is a Mexican Restaurant and a Denny’s right next door was a plus. I have seen other reviews where people had said there was a roach infestation. In my experience, I didn’t see one bug in the place, not even a fly. The place was clean and comfortable. If I had to be critical of anything, it would be the parking lot. It wasn’t in terrible condition but it could use a little work.

Had a great time and loved the Dennys… highly recommend the cinnamon pancakes. However, we did find a bed bug and had to change rooms. They also only have paper plates no bowls, you have to use the ice bucket or be creative.
