Horrible experience. I was there Nov 14 - Nov 16 and upon my arrival… the elevator was not working and they did not have any 1st floor rooms available. Needless to say, between my work bag and personal clothing bag… that’s a lot of extra weight to have to carry up and down the stairs. When I asked each day if the elevator was working… the front desk employees were like “Nope. Sorry. We don’t know when it will be working.” The continental breakfast was not good. Same thing every day. No variety. The “fried” eggs had soo much pepper on them it was unacceptable. The bathrooms are sooooo tiny! No room to move around. Of all the hotels in the St. Louis airport area… do not choose this one.

The elevator was broke and I had to walk up 3 floors with luggage and my dinner. The bathtub had stains that couldn't be removed and I felt uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath only shower after I used the towel to line the tub

Overall, the hotel was good for the price. I was surprised to see the hotel had a peloton bike in the fitness center, but it required a login code that no one on staff seemed to have. Had trouble getting my room serviced (towels replaced and trash emptied) during week-long stay due to understaffing/heavy booking. Free breakfast was good and hotel was generally clean. Very convenient location.

I stayed at this hotel the day prior and work kept me close by so I booked another night. After working 11 hrs and checking in around 430 all I wanted to do was to take a hot shower but that didn’t happen. Was told give it time; so I took a cold shower went to get dinner and came back around 9pm and still no hot water. Got up this morning to no hot water. I understand it’s not the team members fault but after informing them numerous times not one person offered to comp my stay offer a free night nothing. Even after I said I’ll be needing a room potentially Monday 5/5 to Wednesday 5/7.

We stayed for spring break here cause it had great reviews/breakfast.. the only down fall was it’s advertised the pool is open in April til September but was closed. And the kids was really disappointed when they didn’t get to go swimming

The first room we were put in the tv did not work. We were switched to another room. When my husband got in the shower, there was nothing but cold water. We also discovered no hot water in the sink either. We were told at the front desk the boiler went out. That would have been nice to know. If you can spam us with review emails, you could at least let us know theres no hot water!!!

The hallway carpets really needed a good vacuum- like all the debris was very obvious. The room we had clearly was not swept before we came in. There was hair, a sunflower seed, dust, etc on the floor. I used several Lysol Wipes to clean it up.

Not filthy but not clean, felt like when you ask your teenager if there room is clean and they say it’s not that bad and you go in there and it no where near meets your standards. Needs a deep cleaning.

The building had been updated which could have made it a very nice hotel. The problem was it was filthy. It wasn’t just the type of dirty a place gets in a day or two. It was built up grunge on surfaces, in corners and baseboards. The elevator was dirty and sticky. The chair in the room had bodily fluids on it. The bathroom had pubic hairs in several places.

There was hair in shower and on sheets. The toilet would not flush, and I was told to grab the plunger by the elevator and do it myself, even though it was like that once I entered the room. The hallways could have used a good vacuuming. And they were completely out of forks at breakfast. The bathrooms on the 1st floor were dirty as well. The doors to the hotel rooms were incredibly loud and we could hear people letting them slam shut all night long. The pictures it shows on Expedia for the outside of the hotel weren’t even close to what this place looks like. Looks nicer than it actually was. Don’t be fooled. Not a terrible place to stay, but definitely not the best. Little things could’ve made it better. Easily fixed, but it seemed like they don’t care enough.

Room wasn’t very clean. There are dead fruit flies in the refrigerator, pieces of paper on the floor, hair on the toilet, the pillows smelled of wet hair and the mattress was lumpy. I would have checked out but rooms were scarce due to a convention. In my 67 years of travel, I have never experienced anything quite like my stay here. If I could have rated it less than one star I would have.

The hotel as a whole wasn’t super clean. The hallway and common areas needed vacuumed at minimum as there were trash/debris all over. The walls had visible minor damages that needed repaired and painted. The room I stayed in did not have a blow dryer like advertised, the pillows were not full sized pillows, they were more like throw pillows. The chair in the room was dark blue and had a large stain on it. The curtains were stained and dirty in the bottom. It just didn’t have a level of cleanliness overall that I would have expected. The staff were amazing, check in was easy. The area is very loud so if you’re wanting a quiet environment, this isn’t it.

Room smelled like cooked cabbage. We had to go buy room freshener due to the odor. It was late when we got in, & it was fully booked so we decided to just sleep. The ac had to be controlled on the unit. The wall thermostat did not connect to it. It was turned in 60° and we figured out late that it was working. The water was hot and the pressure was adequate for my shower. The towels left white lint all over my body and hair.

Most of the stay went well. The check in process went smoothly and we were actually able to check in a bit early. However, the room was not the best with the main issues being with the doors and the a/c. We were in a suite so it contained 3 doors total and none of them closed properly. Each of them had to be slammed quite harshly in order to be closed. Our second issue is that for whatever reason the room was extremely muggy as if the a/c was unable to pull out any humidity despite the room actually being cool. The lobby and hallways of the hotel were fine and the room of our traveling companions said there room did not feel the same. They also said their doors operated just fine. In summary, the hotel was okay and I suppose my review would have been better if we were lucky enough to have been given a different suite.

One of the quietest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. They are working to update the hotel and make it even nicer. Comfy bed, lots of pillows. I asked for a blanket because the AC was set so low it was going to take a while for the room to warm up and the front desk guy brought it up right away! Very friendly desk staff, easy check in, nice big parking lot. And very quiet!!! No street noise or other people noises. Great stay!

Check in is at 3 arrived at 5 and room not ready. Lady at front desk thought you were killing her to do her job. No greeting and mo attempt to help you. Like why even show up to work. Trying to create drama and blame others for everything. The other lady was helpful and tried to help.

When I arrived at the property, the first thing I noticed was all the trash outside all over the parking lot. Then trash on the floor in the lobby and entryway. One man at the desk, trying to check people in while another sat on his butt and watched without opening a second line. Then to be told that it would be over three hours before the rooms were clean and people could actually check in. Check in time was supposed to be 3 o’clock. I did not get in a room until 6:20. There were no apologies or compensation offered.

Checking in took quite a while. I was told I was accidentally refunded a $50 charge and was asked to look up my credit card from my phone to see if I could see the refund. I was actually charged an additional $50, but was told it wouldn't go through and that I could stop by the front desk the following day to be sure. I did just that and was reassured I was not overcharged. I ended up being overcharged and had to call corporate to get a refund - just took extra time out of my day, sort of a nuisance. I also tried calling the hotel directly after the charge actually went through and I could not reach the hotel desk. Our room smelled like urine. If we kept the bathroom door closed, it wasn't too bad. But being inside the bathroom was almost unbearable. The floor was dirty. The door deadbolt would not work. The TV was not easy to use and we struggled finding the guide. Several channels came up as not available. The gym was decent but there were no antiseptic wipes or cleaners to clean the equipment with. The breakfast was okay and there was free filtered water. We were only staying overnight to be close to a nearby facility the next morning, otherwise I would have asked to move rooms. I debated between this and another hotel. I went with this one just because it was cheaper. I would have paid more for a cleaner and less messy experience for sure.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Christine at the desk was super helpful and kind. She helped us change room and also helped us extend our stay by making us aware to utilize the Best Western rewards program. Breakfast was also decent. Would definitely come back next time when in STL.

We stayed here because of the location being convenient of where we needed to be. Eve checked us in and was fantastic. Other staff we met were also very nice. The overnight desk clerk didn’t seem to want to be bothered though when we approached with an issue. We went back that evening and Eve again was working and handled it for us. Breakfast wasn’t the best but there were plenty of options and its hotel food not a 5 star restaurant. The place was clean, didn’t smell. Our room was clean. The bathtub had some areas where a mat pulled up the coating and the corners by the wall were a little dirty but that’s it. Nothing that would make me not want to shower in it. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean The only complaint was the person in the room next to us was smoking cigars/cigarettes and it woke us up at 3am due to the smell coming into our room somehow. This is a smoke free hotel btw. Then that afternoon they were smoking pot which also made our room smell. (We let Eve know of this so we weren’t charged fees in case the smell stayed.) those guests checked out and eventually the smells went away. The second night no issues. We would stay here again

Staff was not helpful. At first I thought at least room was clean but nope! Too late for canceling. Also breakfast was terrible. Sausage wasn’t cooked thoroughly. We were down there at 645 and it was on steam table but still raw. So disappointed. We were on a tight budget and hate that we had to pay to stay there.

This hotel is super special. Very comfortable, and the lobby area is updated. I enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the outdoor pool. It was amazing. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The on demand coffee in the lobby is wonderful. The price was very affordable. Staff was friendly, but some were hard to understand, as English is obviously not their first language. The only improvement I might suggest is variation of breakfast offerings (both mornings we were there the choices were the same). But breakfast was great! Chocolate waffles!!! I really thought we were at a Drury Inn. The only thing missing was an afternoon kickback offering. : )
